    If you want your order to be correct do not go here. The food is Taco Bell, it tastes like Taco Bell. No complaints about the food. I have never once gone to this store without them either ignoring customizations or straight up leaving items out of my order that I paid for. Doesn't matter if you order in the drive thru or the app. I've talked to management, filled out surveys, and talked to corporate and nothing has changed. It's been this way at this store for well over a decade. At the very least you need to thoroughly check your order before you leave the drive thru if you want a complete and accurate order.

    Went tonight, about 10pm, the young woman at the window was STRAIGHT UP RUDE! First, long nails like that require GLOVES when dealing with customer food. Second, she rushed my order and I told her twice I wasn’t done yet… she didn’t care and the second time completely ignored the fact that I said I have another addition to the current order… I wasn’t even there 2 minutes ordering… finally, at the window, I ask her for a receipt and she says, “the receipts don’t print. We have none.” And slams the window shut on me. My order was incomplete, I don’t know what I was charged for, and I ended up having to go to McDonald’s for the 3rd persons food because I couldn’t stand to go back around to be treated so poorly again. I understand it’s late. I understand it can be a struggle to smile, or be patient and kind when you don’t want to be there… but the patrons are the reason you’re still open… you can practice patience and kindness. This is the first time I have been so disgusted by the service at this location. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    These people have THE WORST customer service in the industry! When I called and asked why they put crispy chicken tenders on my chicken soft Tacos instead of the normal shredded chicken I got hung up on. Called up there a second time and asked to speak to a manager, the guy refused to give me his name, yet claimed to Be the manager. When I asked again why they put crispy chicken tenders in the chicken instead of the normally shredded chicken, they hung up on me again. I'm now on my way up to the store to have a chat in person 👌

    Had a really great experience last night with Ari and another boy who's name I'm forgetting at the moment, food was made to order and definitely delivered on the extra tomatoes! However tonight when I went by to place an order at 145am, I called at 130 and on through until after close and the phone either kept ringing, or they would answer and not say anything. I also happen to work in the food industry so I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND trying to get cleaned up and get out early. But to not answer the phone or drive-thru bell. Or even just to let anyone know what the heck was going on it would've been better. There was two cars ahead of me that both drove off as well ad my vehicle and the 3 other that came in behind. Communication is key.

    Stopped by for a quick pick up of food or so I thought. The staff were taking bad about customers in the drive thru. A customer asked for a receipt and the lady at the window went on a tirade about unrealistic expectations. I would provide the names of the two ladies working the counter and the window but their neither identified themselves nor did they have name tags. I must confess I stop by this Taco Bell more than I should and this isn’t my typical experience. It was a substantial wait for the food. If they spent half the effort working as they did complaining about their customers, things would be smoother.

    Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in and around the plant city area! The lady that I believe is the manager came to the door and started screaming at me and treated me in the most disrespectful way! The mobile app says in store pick up and we get to the store and the line was wrapped around four parking lots due to the hurricane that came the day prior. We had no clue that we had to go in the drive threw to get our food and all I was trying to do was ask a question. She cussed at me and told me all I was trying to do was cut in line and I explained that the app said in-store pick up and that our foods been ready for over twenty min. She cussed at me some more and said I personally just finished it myself and was throwing it around to get the door opened cause she locked it. My food was destroyed when I got home and paid over 30$ for my meal. I can’t believe a woman like that still has a job. I’ll be reaching out to corporate tomorrow to find out her name cause she wouldn’t give it to me so I could make a complaint against her cause she knew she would get fired over this. I can’t believe the way the world has come to recently. Please be careful when going to that Taco Bell cause they are rude and treat people horribly. Then after going through all that we get the food and stuff is missing so was a complete waste of over an hour of arguing with them and waiting in line!

    Drive thru staff was very inappropriate with my husband as he was ordering his food. I feel that she should be working on the street or in a strip club instead of a family place. Taco bell sure does hire anyone off the street. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! Taco Bell STRIKE

    Let me preface by saying that as a service worker myself, I NEVER write bad reviews. I understand that service workers are human and no one is perfect. However, my experience here was appalling. I’ve never had anyone be as openly and audibly RUDE and HORRIBLE as the woman at the window today, who also seemed to be a manager or something. The way she treated me was seriously insane, when nothing had even gone wrong except for the fact that maybe I didn’t hand her my credit card as fast as she would have liked. She should really go to into a job where she doesn’t deal with people if she hates dealing with them that much. At least the people on food seem to know what they’re doing, since that was fine.

    Between the 2 Taco Bells in Plant City, this is the one I highly recommend. I never had an issue with them in terms of food & service, + you can understand them clearly, unlike the one on West Baker Street (US 92).

    When you're in Plant City, Florida, you just have to deal with it. Most restaurants here are not up to the standards of their counterparts in other locations. I assume that thus is because there is pretty much always only one single store/ location from each company (only one Taco Bell, only one Arby's, etc.) in this so-called "city." Hence, the mentality is this: 'You don't like it...? Then drive to the next one... sir!' (attitude included, of course! 😆)

    This girl name Skyy C was being so rude. We asked her a question about getting a boxes she snapped back at me we told her to give us a second to see the menu and she was tryna make us hurry up by asking if we were ready over and over again. I understand she had customers no excuse to be rude like she was. Will not be back.

    Rudest employees possible. This Taco Bell has nearly all 1 star reviews. I think it has a 3.6 star rating due to old reviews that are no longer accurate. Reviews should no longer count toward the average after a certain amount of time. The real rating of this store based on current service is way under 3.6.

    This location sucks!! It's supposed to be open till 2am but every day if yougo after 12:30am they will tell you that they are closed or just taking door dash. I'm sick of this Taco Bell, and it was one of my favorite places to go eat, but not any more, unfortunately 😒

    Placed a small mobile order 15 minutes ahead and they still did not have it ready. They cannot put the right things in the right box and removing anything off of your food is impossible for them. All around terrible service and incompetent people.

    Lady working nite shift with glasses had a bit of a attitude got a 12 pack cinnabon 3 had no cream and were almost like overcooked not sure never seen it before or tasted before I can deal with a lot but dont deal with snarky attitudes she did give half another bag of what I ordered ,usually you guys are really good and awsome but defintley wont be back because of this my brother is on same beat quality gone downhill with service

    This Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 location is located at: 2442 James L Redman Pkwy, Plant City, FL 33566 This Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 used to be a Long John Silvers and a Taco Bell 🌮🔔 in one establishment. However, over the last few years I've seen Taco Bell 🔔🌮 and Long John Silvers part company. This Taco Bell location is one of the latest to do so. So, has the location on North Church Ave. in Mulberry Florida. The food was great at this Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 as usual, but there was a breakdown in the quality of Service. There was a communication problem with the Drive-thru employee as far as being able to fully understand each other, and I believe because of that the order was wrong. Ordered all Soft Tacos 🌮 and got a combination of Soft and Crunchy Tacos 🌮 No where close to the amount of Taco Sauce in our bag.

    On Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 11:20 PM, I pulled up To the drive thru and the person inside greeted me and asked me what I would like to order. Then 2 seconds later says "I'm sorry, we're closing early tonight." Next time just put up a sign that says "we're just here to ride the clock, not to provide the services we're being paid for." Atleast the one on Baker put some effort into their poor customer service by saying they are updating their computers so they can't take anymore orders after they just took 2 orders right in front of me.

    Beyond unprofessional! I don’t know what the heck Taco Bell is putting on their cinnamon twists but they should not be selling them! Their cinnamon twists use to be so good but now they taste like cardboard and chemicals! I tried calling them to see if the situation could be resolved but no one would answer the phone! I will be posting a TikTok video about this!

    If I could give zero stars I would. They never get any orders right the first time and they are unhelpful when you bring their mistakes. Worst of all, the food is always subpar. Don’t know how that’s possible but they managed to do it. Should be shut down permanently!

    First of all, inflation is crazy just like every other place. The taco 12 pack is now $20 which is insane. But not as insane as the people that agree to waste that kind of money. Also the nacho fries were so stale as well as the tortillas for the beefy 5 layer burrito, I had to tear off at least half of the tortilla and there was like all beans and barely any beef. Not to mention those cost almost $4 and it looks like half in size as it used to. So I only got 2 taco 12 packs, 2 boxes, 2 beefy 5 layers and a cinnamon twists for $74. Unless you want a hole in your wallet, don't purchase.

    The food here is fine. The service is absolutely terrible. For example, the last time I went through the drive thru my food was literally just "tossed" into the bag. They didn't even properly wrap the food either, they basically just put the food on paper, folded it once and tossed it in. It looked like a bar fight happened in the bag.

    I thought i was gonna make it home after my purchase so i didnt get a drink…nope was to hungry so i sat and started and instant thirst. Told the young lady behind the counter of my dilemma and she ended up giving me a soda free! Everyone was smiles even though they looked grossly understaffed.

    VEGETARIANS BEWARE!! 3 times now ordering a BEAN burrito at this location (supposed to be vegetarian according to the menu) only to find meat inside all 3. Just a heads up. Check your food before you leave.

    I love Taco Bell but this location constantly closes early. I’ve seen them close 2 hours early multiple times. Came tonight their closed an hour early it’s so annoying, I hate complaining but it’s happened to me like 5 times guess I’ll just start driving to the other side of town
