    The worst experience I've ever had! I wish I could do a ZERO STAR. Let me preface by stating I've NEVER written a negative review online only positive experiences up to this point, but this one topped the cake in the horrible customer service department. I ordered almost $50 worth of food & was missing an item. When I ordered, I was told at the window that there is 2 for deal, so I ordered that. I kindly stated at the pickup window that I was missing a sandwich, they told me to pull around wait behind another 10 cars to pay for the additional sandwich that I didn't receive after I ordered & paid for it. That would have added another 20 minutes to my morning commute!! I went inside and asked to speak to a manager, her name was Crystal and she gave me not only attitude but after explaining what we didn't receive stated that I there is no 2 for deal and that I needed to pay for the extra sandwich, which I was happy to do. She then walked away and someone else dropped a bag off and it sat there waiting. I had to ask another employee if that was my sandwich. Talk about a lack of customer service. I then called an asked for the GM, who's name is Yolanda, and they had no idea how to get in contact with her, nor did she have a schedule that she would be back at that store. I asked for corporate McDonald's number, and she stated it was on the receipt, WHICH IT'S NOT, and did not have the number and proceeded to hang up. This will probably never be read by corporate, nor do the employees care, but it's common courtesy and all people should be treated the same way YOU would like to be treated & I know I would never treat anyone that way.

    This particular McDonald's is ridicules. They NEVER get the order right, they consistently miss items and the way they prep the food is disgusting. I would love to see what a health inspector would say about this place. I am shocked that the crew is so incompetent that they can't even assemble a decent burger. And these are the people who think they should get $15 an hour...smh. does this place even have a manager? If they do get it together it isn't rocket science. The 5 star reviews must be employees, thats all i can think of because makes no sense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION SERIOUSLY.

    Took a little time for someone to take our order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with no onions meal.... got the meal and the cheese was half hanging off. Picked the bun up to fix it....realized the burgers was old and dried out. All the tables are a mess as well.

    Pulled up to outer drive thru ordering station on 12-27-22 at about 2:30 pm and the car that pulled up to the inner station after we had already been waiting to place our order, was asked to place their order. We continued to wait patiently to place our order. The car in the inner lane pulls forward and a second car takes its place. The 2nd car was greeted and asked for their order. At this time we decided that since we were skipped we woul pull around to the first window and place our order. Upon arriving at the first window we explained what had happened and asked if we could place our order. The female at the window was visibly annoyed and unapologetic. She told us that she was the only one taking orders and that she has to do more things than just take our order, she has to cash people out. We asked again if we could place our order and she said, "yeah, what do you want?". Of course this was still in the same annoyed tone. I know this facility suffers from being short staffed and a host of other issues but, being rude to customers shouldn't be on the menu.

    Had an AWFUL experience here tonight. The front counter was swamped in orders- only one girl was working, doing the best she could to keep up. There were at least 3 other employees just wandering around, not even making her drinks/coffees/icecream etc. The manager stayed in the grill- even though they had 4 guys in the grill AND the hopper was FULL of items- they were 12 orders behind- drive-thru was at a standstill, front counter was 10-12 deep. I asked the manager if she wanted to help at front counter, but she just kept making more food- which just kept piling up and not being bagged. It was pure insanity. Took me 30 minutes to get one happy meal after I mobile ordered and drove there. Never again. Stay away.

    I went to McDonald's for a happy meal for my autistic son. Ordered at the drive thru. Had a 30 minute wait. Got a happy meal with no toy. Went to door, got told they don't have toys. Talk about horrible mismanagement. Never going there again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

    ordered a #1 combo extra big Mac sauce they gave me like a drop of sauce and no middle bun. The employee was incredibly rude never met a ruder person in my life her long dyed magenta hair was all in people's food. We waited in a very long line for 22 mins before we gave up and ordered on our phone the people in front of us without their phone got so upset they left specially after she yelled at them when the man asked if they had any intention on taking orders for people standing inside they had alot of employees handling the drive thru not sure why this very rude employee wasn't doing anything but standing there. she tossed a bag of food on counter to people who had been standing there awhile and our food then sat on the inside counter for a while before my husband got angry and asked if she could hand him the obvious bag infront of her. she then only gave him one bag he walked away realizing he only got 1/3 the order. the tables inside were a mess I had a long waiting time so I got napkins and used water from the soda machine to wipe down 3 tables then used hand sanitizer as there was nothing else left they had no lids for cups in dinning room a lady with 4 kids the one knocked over a drink so I felt I should help her as she had her hands full my son said he sandwhich was old and dried so after one bite he refused to eat and didn't want to wait to get something else we had gone through alot our roof came off in the hurricane so we were kind of stuck with this as our option trying to pick up my son as usually a trip to mcds does the trick when upset this just made it worse don't recommend this one I would say try ur luck at waffle house or wawa 🤷🏼‍♀️ chick Fila was closed because it was a Sunday

    The drive thru line was very slow. The first thing I noticed was there was trash all over the parking lot. When we got around and paid, we saw the trash can overflowing with trash. If we had not already paid we would have left and went somewhere else. They may have been short staffed but if the business has that much trash outside, I am worried how dirty it may be inside.

    Is not always open 24 hours as they advertise on their own building. Sat in a line of cars for 10 minutes before finally reaching the window only to be told they were closed for maintenance. Some sort of message or sign on the drive-thru menu boards would be appreciated for those nights. I let the rest of the drivers behind me know so they didn't have to waste anymore of their time. I also very rarely have cash on me these days yet this McDonald's only accepts cash more than any other restaurant I've ever gone to.

    Very disappointed today went through the drive through. Order a kids meal and the number 7 . On the two cheese burger. We got no cheese or meat. I called and spoke to the manager and asked if they was out of meat . I explained what happen he asked if I was gonna come back o said yes . Went inside and got them replaced for one of them the crust on the bun being hard . Will not be going back there

    Sitting and sitting in the drive thru line at 5am. Finally called at 5:10 am Employee answers. Was told they were closed and not opening until 6am because they had a "little issue last night ". Then turn off your drive thru lights or communicate to your customers. You advertise you are open 24 hours. I will never be back.

    Good crispy chicken sandwich. Good water. Strawberry shortcake mcflurry was just a cup of ice cream with toppings on top. Not actually mixed in the ice cream. Service decent. Fresh taste.

    Drive thru always takes forever! You are lucky if they get your order right. There is no point in ordering fries anymore even when they come out and they are still piping hot, McDonald's Corp has shrunk them down so much they are just disgusting now. Why can't they go back to 80's fries?????!!!

    The staff was very friendly, although it seemed very disorganized. We ordered at the self checkout, and had almost no interaction with staff. There was Noone at the register, and I had to ask for my cups once I received my order. The restrooms were kept clean at least!

    Poor experience all the way around. I had to repeat my order several times, and they still got it wrong. When I paid, once again, I told them the order was incorrect. When I went to get my order, it was still not correct. I get home, the fries are cold and old, and the Big Macs were really not in better shape. All of this and spent 30 mins in the drive thru. Definitely not worth paying people $15 an hour, for something like this. Questioning if I should go back.

    Worth a visit if you're in Orlando visiting. Look around and you'll see foods and things you definitely don't see at every McDonald's. You usually WILL see lots of kids, especially running around the play area and upstairs arcade. I thought it was maintained well and the food was as expected.

    Spent over 15 minutes waiting for a totally disorganized staff to have no idea who’s orders were whose. Absolutely ridiculous for a Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Would not recommend to anybody, and would expect a management change to correct the problems.

    Best fast food experience that I’ve had since I moved to Florida! Service was fast and the food was hot! I’ve worked at fine dining, high end, Chicago restaurants for 10+ years and this Thursday night midnight staff is one of the best I’ve seen! The gentleman that was taking orders was patient and courteous. The lady working the window had a smile and was smart and accurate! The chef nailed it! Congrats to this late night staff, you should be paying them more! Best in Florida!

    My husband went to drive thru and Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts. They didn't give our hash browns, of course we didn't know until he brings it home. Hash browns are our FAVORITE part of the meal. I immediately call, spoke with Audrey, who was apparently having a great time because she was laughing, along with someone in the background, tells me to come pick them up tomorrow. No apology for screwing up our breakfast, instead acted like she's doing me a favor or "giving" ne something for free. Tomorrow is too late! We wanted breakfast today!

    We stopped while traveling through. Looks like a new McDonald's with modern furnishings. Kiosks used for ordering. Friendly staff and if you sit inside they bring the food to you via table tag.

    I was there last night after the Plant city parade. It was crazy and I have to say that the staff handled it very professionally and the customers were horrific. It was very obvious that they were not prepared for this amount of people but they still smiled and did their best. The customers, however, were rude and impatient. Get it together people. Being rude to service workers it’s just not OK!!!

    I thought Mobile orders are supposed to be faster. Ordered at 7:27 and still sitting at curbside pick up at 7:47. It don't take that long to warm up hotcakes. Never again!

    Absolutely Absurd Staff and Manager While in the drive thru I noticed my order was incorrect I politely told the staff I didn't mind coming inside to wait for a remake. While inside members of the staff who were not involved asked me for explanations and receipts after I made those arrangements already in drive thru ...AFTER my burger was remade it was thrown on the table and was all fallen out the bun I asked to speak to the manager for a refund... while getting my refund the staff member kept saying rude comments and were careless to the point I no longer wanted to eat there. How is your staffed trained to handle polite complaints I wonder how they would handle rude ones. Considering I was very patient and polite

    Not open 24 hours. Pulled up and after waiting forever at the menu board I as told "we're kinda closed because we're preparing breakfast and won't open until 3:30". Pulled up to the window and asked for the manager's name. He slammed the window shut. Sawed off Mexican kid in a blue manager's shirt.

    Don't go here at the breakfast to lunch switch. The burgers tasted like they had been sitting around overnight. One had the worst burnt onion taste. We asked for no onions or salt, but only one half tasted like no salt was added. The McChicken wasn't even warm all the way, either. Not sure if there is new fry seasononig, but it wasn't good and very salty. We waited in the curbside spot about 20 minutes, which gave us time to each run into the bathroom, which was disgusting! How is the women's bathroom so gross at 11 am? 2 stalls were out of toilet paper, one looked clogged and the other had brown speckles all over the seat. The runner bringing food out was the best thing about this visit. Very disappointed in this experience and this trip. Should have learned from a previous stop...they are just so hit and miss.

    De!ays at the drive thru speaker taking 2 orders from the right lane then one from the left more delays at the pay window and even more delays at the food window food was half way cold NOT a lack of help in there so much chattering going on in there .Terrible service for the prices they charge . I watched 15 cars pull in off the street then leave without stopping . I was 3rd in line when I got there and got my food 20 minutes later .This McDonalds could learn alot from the Chick-fil-A right across the street from them

    Walked in cause drive thru was packed. So I thought I would get faster service. Boy was I wrong. There was only 5 customers inside 2 were waiting on Door Dash. But we were just being stared at. I finally spoke up and the girl came over with an attitude. And the manager didn't even help. And then the same girl was talking rude about a customer im drive thru. Again the manager did nothing about it. 30 minutes later I finally got my food.

    The store is nice and clean. We got good, fast service at the counter on our to go order. The only downside is getting to the interstate requires u turn. The parking lot is a little jancky because of the way they split the drive thru lanes. You have to be careful which space you park or you may get blocked by drive thru lanes when you need to back out of a space.
