Absolutely horrible or location. Will never return. Was forced to sign a leaving against doctors orders because a nurse was tired of me asking her to connect my IV back after 2 hrs of waiting and 20 times hitting the nurses call button. Stole my Apple Watch as well! The doctors are not very knowledgeable. I left here and went right to Advent and got thorough care and was NOT admitted for low potassium, which I didn’t need in the first place.

Took my fiancee here because she was very sick. To be told by security I wasn't allowed in and no reason as to why. Never personally been to this or the main hospital in Brandon so I am at a loss as to why I'm not allowed here. Thank God I'm not the one who's I'll in this case as I talked her into staying while I wait outside for who knows how long to find out what's wrong with her.

I had to go because my asthma and Anxiety was acting up. They took me right in and gave me top treatment. Addressed all my concerns. Great staff, Great Doctors.

I went there very sick with 104.5 fever stiff neck and back and they took me back right away . The front desk was wonderful and apparently runs the Iv too he was quick and excellent.. He did not blow my vein and leave me with bruises like most people do.. I had a spinal tap I was scared but the staff was nice and it went quick.. They treated me fairly and promptly.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. All they are after is your money. Regardless if you have insurance or not they will scam you for every imaginary penny they can dream up. A 20 minute visit for a mil ear infection with insurance resulted in a bill of $1,500. They will wrap up any attempt for bill justification in as much paperwork as humanly possible. Go anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in to be greeted by a smile named Alex and my nurse Lori my overall experience was the best care I have ever had. Even though I was so ashamed of the reason I was in their care to begin with they made me feel no different than one of them. I put off going to the hospital for the reason of judgmental health care Physicians but not this place not these physicians. I cried when I left and I’ve told everyone about the amazing care that I received. So thanks again to everyone that worked that night but most of all thank you Alex and Lori . Everybody from the receptionist to the doctor and nurses were excellent if you can call in emergency room visit a great experience this was it 10 stars in my book

The two guys at the front desk was super awesome and helpful with checking me in and giving a reasonable expectation on the wait. After I got in however, it was all downhill from there. The practitioner (Arsen, Tan) was great, but the xray specialist and nurse that I dealt with was abrasive even though I was trying my best not to be a bother. I was told to bend my arm a certain way, and I explained that I physically could not (despite trying my best to give her the angle that she was requesting) she abruptly stopped and said "we'll just have to hope for the best with what we have" (???) when I brought it up with the nurse, I was rebutted with "she knows what she's doing, she's a professional" (???) and I remember the physician (Villanueva, Salvador) gave me this disgusting scowl after his diagnosis on my way out that I'll never forget; and I honestly don't know why because all I had was a bruised elbow. All in all they were able to address my issue, but I'm absolutely traveling to another city before I ever consider coming back to this place. This experience STILL bothers me to this day.

The staff is very thorough in their task. We received quick and quality service while here. The doctors explained what they were doing and what they were trying to find with all the procedures that they ordered. We spent more than two and a half hours here as the medical staff ran about checking on us and doing what they had to do to ensure the safety and well being of my wife. I want to thank the entire staff for their compassion, their excellence to details etc.

bald man at the front desk is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Constantly interrupting you while you’re trying to talk and when you mention it acts like he’s done nothing wrong. Staff also started laughing right in front of us after my boyfriend explained what was wrong. Because a 19 year old “can’t have severe back pain” 🙄 wouldn’t take a dog there.

I mean what can I say…. I couldn’t even take 1/4th of a deep breath before I came in here. (ASTHMA) staff was friendly and kind enough to accept my opinion as a patient. The true definition of my body my choice haha. The 3-4 people I interacted with were great. I can only speak for this because of them.

Took my daughter here after taking her to Bartow ER. This place is 100% better not only did they do a great job but the staff was amazing. I definitely recommend this Emergency Room.

Came here today for my baby girl. The nurse, staff, doctors were amazing! I usually go to Lakeland children’s hospital but we came here being that I live around the corner & they were amazing! They treated my baby with so much love & care. Even gave her a supply cup & doll she was so happy. Doctor also made her comfortable by checking her “dolls” ears before hers which helped her not to cry! Amazing thank u guys for treating my baby with so much care God bless

I took my son to HCA Plant City over the weekend for an allergic reaction while we were visiting family. Our experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, caring and explained what was happening/treatment plan very clearly. The doctor even followed up the next day to make sure my son was doing better. I was nervous seeking medical attention in an area I wasn't familiar with and had heard horror stories about the local hospital but HCA Plant City was nothing but positive. Pediatric care can be complicated but the staff were knowledgeable and I felt confident in them. I would not hesitate to seek medical assistance there in the future.

Came for an xray due to being in car accident last night and was literally in an out. I have never spent under 2 hours in a ER.

We visited this week and our nurse Cairra was very kind, she took her time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable while we waited on our test results. It was the best experience we have had at an ER and will be coming back for all of our family emergencies.

We where in on the 31 of October and the nurse and the doctor went above and beyond for my daughter... The nurse also tried to make sure my sister and myself where comfortable while they ran test... I wish hospitals had more nurses like Consuela... She is amazing

This ER is a freestanding one, but wow did they go out of their way to make sure I was ok before heading home. Some ERs rush you through like you are just a number, but the doctors here took their time to find out the cause and proper treatment for me. I was never alone for very long when wondering if I would live or die and the conversations with the docrors were caring not rushed. Thank you!

Dr. Moersi and nurse lliana were very quick and excellent on helping me with my care tonight.

3 hours to get an X-ray and a make shift cast for my son. No urgency at all whatsoever by anyone. Miserable experience.

The man working the front desk 7/18 around 1:30pm was EXTREMELY RUDE. I walked in. I was not acknowledged, the security guard had to let him know I was standing in front of him. He said “are you wanting to be seen” OBVIOUSLY! Why else would I drive here. I explain my issues with worsening symptoms Covid and he said “go home. There’s nothing we can do for you” in a very demeaning tone. Absolutely upsetting as I have a baby at home and wanted to speak with a doctor as to what treatments I could do and how to avoid spreading to my baby. I will never come back here.

This ER is suppose to help people feel better, went in to see why my finger was swelling up, The only thing the doctor did was poke my finger and gave me a pill, then wrote a script out, that was all she did was only there not even 30 minutes. Then to find out that I was charged twice for the same visit a level 3 and a level 2 so which is it. This is a fraudulent act upon the billing Dept. and the Doctor. Especially when level 3 was 3100.00 and then charged 999.00 for a level 2 plus we paid with a credit card and it was not on the itemized statement. This issue will be publicized so more people are aware of the over charging that the medical field is doing to the consumers. Most people have insurance but we do not and even if we did we will not over look it. Because we work hard for our money and keeping our credit in good standards. Stay away from this place drive the distance or see your Doctor even if you have to wait.

Went here last night and this place was efficient, clean, friendly staff and gave me the proper meds to get feeling better! I was discharged an hour later! This ER is an example of the way all healthcare facilities should operate while providing exceptional patient care!

They got me in right away and within 30 mins they got an ekg done an x-ray done, they drew blood to run test and I saw a doctor. I would recommend to come here if you are in need of emergency medical care as they seem to be a well oiled machine here!

Misdiagnosed by “MD” Vegas Brown. I saw MY PCP the day after my visit at the ER and was immediately diagnosed and provided the medication that was needed. This could have gone really bad!

Came in overnight tonight and was very impressed with everything from checking in to discharging. Wonderful medical staff. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. I was treated throughly and quicker than I expected. I appreciate the care you all provided.

I had a good visit. They took me right back and took care of me. Staff was very kind and caring.

I would not reccomend this facility at all. The bedside manner and care is absolutely nonexistent and you will be charged by the hospital and the doctors separately because apparently hospitals are no longer responsible for paying their doctors. It is overpriced and the doctors are rude. If you go expect 2 bills which is never made clear

Waited since 9o clock at night and got served at 3 in the morning the next day,isn’t it supposed to be “emergency” care,somebody could die in that amount of time especially,with severe symptoms.and the crazy part is that there were only 4 patients.

This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered with any medical professional service. The entire staff was very rude, dry and disrespectful. The nurse (or man) would not even acknowledge being asked a question, give us no information on what was happening or what they were doing. The doctor came in and the first thing she said was you should have went to an optometrist (had a piece of metal in the eye). Examined my eye while continuing to lecture me like a child about should had gone to an optometrist. Than said there was nothing they could do that I would have to go an eye specialist. Told me I could leave and on my way out ask me to wait around to register. Wow!!!! I thought you registered when you first get. Hell these people didn’t even know who they were treating. Surprise the place is still in business.

Personally, I hate going to the doctors. So when I absolutely had to go for an emergency I was dreading it. But they treated me nicely and we're very friendly. They were clear when explaining what they were going to do. Definitely would prefer this place over any other near me.

I don’t think I have ever had such an amazing down to earth rn , she talked me through the steps and every thing that she was doing and also talked me through aftercare ! When I say she was absolutely a blessing she was a blessing I was in pain and she was a life saver !! How is she not employee of the month !

I brought my niece Braylynn to the er on Halloween and I got the best service! I got the best nurse!! She made sure we were well taken care of. She put our mind at ease and made sure that my niece was taken care of with meds and got us in and out as quickly as she could. We appreciate everyone's help thank you very very much!!

Came in, in absolute pain! They got me back super quick, Cairra was my nurse and she was amazing! She worked super quick and efficiently to get me out of pain and comfortable! I was super dehydrated and she was able to find a vein anyways. I always will recommend Brandon Plant city location!
