Found Brown's Jewelers by Google Reviews. Very very please. I first took two crosses to be fixed. I was pleased that it was a mom/pop owned business & everything is done in house. I also followed with a gold chain & a ring I had for 5yrs I needed to have sized down. Quality work, reasonable pricing,friendly, & fast. We will be back! Thank you so much.

Great jewelery and jewelers. They fix my gold/ rings whenever I have a mishap. And they do a great job, I can't usually see the repair. Prices are very reasonable.

My wife passed away 11 yrs ago. I finally decided to sell her Jewelry. I had a rough idea of its worth but know nothing about jewelry. I brought it to Browns Jewelers .They were very helpful and gave me a very fair price for the combination of costume and precious jewelry. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

I haven’t been to a jeweler since relocating almost 12 years ago. After losing a substantial amount of weight I needed to get my wedding ring resized. I didn’t want to trust it to just anyone and was skeptical of the rave reviews I read. I took a chance and now I won’t go anywhere else!! Not only did they have it done the same day, the quality of the work was impeccable!!!! I came find any signs of work being done!!!! They also cleaned my wife’s wedding ring and they both look absolutely spectacular!!!! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!!!

There’s absolutely nothing bad I can say about this establishment…. Rusty and his staff always provide exceptional quality and care to my family’s jewelry…. And all while you wait….. I trust NO ONE else with my jewelry…. If I could give more stars, I would….

I brought a ring in for repair and to correct work done by another "family" jeweler in plant city. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, they did great work, it was done when they said it would be, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be bringing them all my business in future!

Went to drop of a repair. Sign clearly states open on Tuesday. Stopped by and said close. Girl came out and told me to come back later in the week because they were too busy. What has happened to customer service.

$30 to have my eyeglasses shoddily soldered back together crooked, then just handed back to me like "It's a little crooked and they can't fold in anymore, but oh well, just don't fold them and you'll be alright." But of course, i already paid and the job was done, so they couldn't exactly un-solder them. Unacceptable. The only perk is that they offered the service to begin with. You're supposed to take pride in your work, so the guy who did this should have been embarrassed to give these back to a paying customer with his "stamp of approval. "

I just wanna say browns jewelers did an amazing job on my grandmother's necklace that she past down to me before she passed away. The lobster claw broke on my necklace and they replaced it for me. And also cleaned my necklace as well. I want to thank browns jewelers. What an amazing team will be back again for any of my jewelery needs.

I had 2 of my husband's necklaces repaired and it was fairly priced and I was able to pick up the next day! Everyone was very nice!

Browns Jewelers wants to take care of their Customers. Service like it should be. I have taken several pieces for repairs, resizing in the past. Yesterday I took a ring for my Daughter to have a stone secured in the ring. Literally took care of the issue, AND cleaned the ring in about 3 minutes.
