Is now only a xpress wash but they do provide bug prep window cleaner Microfiber towels, brushes to clean the rims. Rubber mat station to clean them, rug beaters and for carpeted mats and very helpful employees

This place was good, now it’s trash. I paid $17 for this. Biggest rip off. I will not be going back. A $5 Mobil gas station wash could have done better. They were a full service location but I guess because of COVID they don’t do interiors now. And apparently prevents them from getting the exterior of your car clean too.

I used to come here all the time and they did a great job. Now it’s trash. Employee are rude, every time I get my truck back the rims are dirty, the tailgate doesn’t even look like they touched it. The tire shine is unevenly applied. And the windows are just smeared not even cleaned. If you want to better car wash go to Walden Lakes car wash or the new one by Lowes

I do very often miss the full service, I never complain because I respected his business for many a year.. but you have to get out of my truck every time to re-wipe into why my wheels I do get tired of it..

I love Octopus car wash in Plant City. Of all the car wash facilities I have visited they are the only ones that always have people there ready to wipe your car down. That makes all the difference to me.

It's not a hand wash and clean inside and out as good as you could do yourself, but if you feel like putting in the effort to vacuum your own vehicle it can be pretty good. It's convenient and if you pay for any of the memberships and only use it 1 or 2 times a month it's still worth it. And at least your vehicle is still towel dried by hand and the staff has always been friendly. They even have sinks with clips to hold your floor mats up to give them a decent scrub too! Special buckets of solutions for windshield and tires/rims....if people would just keep some respect.

I've been coming to this business since 2014, the workers are very professional and helpful and nice. I live an hour away, I tried others and by far I find that they are the best. They get you in and out quickly, and your vehicle is nice and clean. I work hard for my money, so far I have gotten my money worth. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Didn't wipe off wheel covers after tire goop. Windshield still had bugs - acted put out when I asked them to clean windshield.

The staff that dry the cars really work hard, they deserve more tips!! I'm a member I go often, the place is always clean.

I paid for the unlimited as it was on sale. The guy I met in front was really cool and nice. However I went through 2 times and car still is unclean. Gunk on front and all over. I left saw. Turned around and went again. Well this time my girl took it. Came out and is the same.

Great place to go. I bought my wife a monthly membership, and she could not be happier. I would have given 5 stars, but some of the vacuums need a little more sucking power.

Self service car wash. Upon entry there is a vacuum area with towels, brushes, and spray bottles. After you decide on your wash there's someone who direct you into the wash area. They will apply foam, spray the front, and brush it. The rest is you just sitting in your car while the washer cleans. When you exit there is someone who will dry your car.

way too much money. was a time when cars are wrapped around the bldg. i do not enjoy vacuuming my own vehicle! the new drive thru costs almost as much as the full svc cost before covid. they do a good job wiping off the car but that’s it. ;( Walden car wash is the only full service left n it’s over 25.00 for the basic. lol. people in pc are NOT going to pay that ! i’m not. going to buy me a new shop ac today!

My wife and I both have a monthly membership for our vehicles. The wash does a great job and everyone is always friendly and smiling.

I pay $38 monthly for as many washes as I want. Great deal as I like to keep my beautiful Challenger clean. At 1st it was great they have something scrub a little, you drive through the auto wash then they hand dry and do tires was always bright and shining. The last 2 times I went.. not so much. Still dirty around the tag, the front bumper ect. They better step it up or I'm stepping it out!

I've noticed the quality of service has steadily declined since Eric came on board as the new manager for the second time. I know he was fired once before for his poor job performance. He should be fired again.

Paid extra for tires shine and such and my car was too low for their machine. They were dirty when I left. Went there because of a gift card turns out they don't offer detailing any more. (Please update your site) same clean level of any gas station car wash. Not worth paying anything but their lowest price. Won't be returning.
