First time here and it was amazing! Follow a friend here and we will definitely be back! The staff is sweet, the presentation is beautiful and the sushi is fantastic. A great deal of time and attention goes into making each sushi roll fresh. I'm very impressed.

I have been reading great reviews about this restaurant for a long time and I finally made it there today. If you like Asian food this is the place to go. They have a nice selection of sushi, appetizers, veggie dishes, entrees, soups and desserts. There was so much to choose from, I will have to go again to try all the things I was not able to try. I can't wait to go back. My friend from Thailand loved it too. This place was SO clean, you can probably eat off the floor. The bathroom was so clean as well. The service was great too. An emply plate never sat on the table for more than 5 minutes. The young lady was always near. I can't wait to go back.

Had a dinner date with my husband here and it was pretty good. Lots of selection in the buffet, very clean and organized. The staff was friendly. If you are into sushi, they have a nice pretty big selection. The food was flavored and fresh. We went on a Friday night which was $18.99 each.

We go pretty often because the buffet is great with a lot of choices and they keep the food fresh. The sushi is really good and they keep it coming so the sushi bar doesn’t get too low. I love it when they have the crab legs specials. We went again tonight and they did not disappoint…the food was great the the service was great as well. If you leave there hungry it’s your own fault! A bonus is the place is always kept clean which truly matters to me when eating at a buffet. Double thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

Been hearing about this place for awhile. Finally had to check it out. I'm so glad I did. If I had to rate this on a scale 1-10 and 10 being the best buffet style Chinese restaurant ? 10 10 10 TEN! If your close enough to drive to this place won't be disappointed! Trust me! Listen, I'm big guy ... buffet I'm getting my money's worth but this place you wish you had more room in your stomach! All type of Asian foods , even sushi (which I didn't expect and all type of sushi rolls) ahhh just go trust me! And there's a movie theater right next door! Make it a date and family outing! I'm going to be freaking regular! Lol 🙏

I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant ever and I've been a number of times! The food is delicious. The restaurant is clean, and it's a very nice atmosphere. I was so excited for the buffet to open as well and my family went on the day it did and everything was so tasty. We will be back many times. It's worth the money.

Friendly waitress. Nice selection of sushi, asian dishes and desserts. The hot tea was Very Hot. Pleasant, quiet Asian music in the background.

My husband and I did the buffet. Was ok. But better once they started adding fresh items! Crab ragoons my fav Jasmine is an amazing waitress

First time at Kyoto Palace and we will be going back. It's about a 45 minute drive but worth it. Exquisite buffet with a great selection. First time we can say if a buffet that every one of our choices was delicious. Food was hot, abundant sushi selection and desserts. The restaurant itself very clean, servers attentive and pleasant background music. Reasonable prices for what is available on buffet. We've been to other buffets but we were impressed with the freshness and flavors of their menu. We are already making plans to return for another satisfying experience!!!

My wife and I discovered this excellent buffet during dinner hours. Literally one of the best tasting food- fresh, hot- for a Chinese buffet. Cool decor. I had every type of Sushi they offered.(white tuna, salmon, shrimp, and fried as well. All made to perfection. The hot foods were all infused with flavor. Beef, chicken, and fish. Lots of shrimp and seafood dishes. My wife loved it all. Blue Bunny ice cream to finish it off. Highly recommended! Wait staff was friendly and attentive. You won’t be disappointed.

Pretty good buffet. Would go again. Beer is a little expensive at $5 a pop. There's a decent sushi selection including fried and raw rolls, Philly, California, volcano, tuna, salmon etc. They have fried crab Rangoons, egg rolls, fried butterfly shrimp, peel shrimp, blue bell ice cream, pineapples, they do have snow crab legs occasionally during holidays - check the website.

This was our first visit, and WOW. Worth every penny! Hands down, this is the best chinese buffet we have ever eaten at, and we have been to MANY. The food is delicious, and this is a very clean restaurant with beautiful, chic, modern decorations and soft background music. Many sushi and fish options, the hibachi steak and chicken were cooked perfectly - definitely not chewy like some places. They offer regular chinese buffet food options but somehow they have more flavor than anywhere else. Hey - chefs that know how to cook! We live in Plant City and are kicking ourselves for not giving this place a chance sooner. Hello, new special occasion meal spot!

Definitely regret going here for Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a major let down. The food was OK, definitely not worth the cost. I took 3 kids with me. They are 10, 11, and 16. I completely understand paying adult price for the 16 year old, but come on. I think it was very greedy to charge adult price for a 10 and 11 year old. And like I mentioned earlier the food was definitely not worth the $30 per person I paid, and then an additional 2.50 or so for their drink. Classic example of greed! And will definitely never go there again. We should have went with the first option of the hibachi grill, it would have costs just as much, but did would have been much better. They even have a table tent that states they will weight your wasted food and charge you extra for it! Ridiculous!!!

I've been receiving text messages from this restaurant opened since it opened, but today I was treated to lunch there. To be fair, we got there around 2p, so we missed the peak lunchtime crowd, and there were about 20 people seated, but the server stacked us in one small section, I felt closed in. The server had zero personality! The layout of the buffet was without rhyme or reason, and none of the food looked appealing. As to the taste, nothing would make me come back. My advice is, it's not worth money at all.

The sushi, teppanyaki (or as most Americans call it, “hibachi”), and tempura here are really good. I gotta say though the juxtaposition of classic rock and AFHV with the traditional Japanese decór is a bit jarring. Still, one of my favorite Japanese restaurants.

When I say I order from this restaurant every single day on Uber eats I’m not kidding. I’m absolutely in love with this restaurant the Thai tea is addicting, The food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in town that’s really craving some fresh sushi with great customer service. And yes I will order from them again tomorrow lol

The soundtrack they play is an eclectic classic rock mix. Great place for take out or dinner before a movie. Nice variety in menu selections and most entrees are enough food to eat for 2+ meals, so don't let the prices keep you away. Hoping the buffet will open someday.

This place serves up delicious, authentic sushi. The ambiance is intimate and laid-back, and the service attentive and friendly. We tried so many different dishes there for our dinner. Every dish was well portioned and deliciously prepared, so we had plenty of room to try some of their specialty sushis as well.

My first time eating Sushi and I loved it. The atmosphere and the owners and help were super nice. Lovely place.

I was looking at all the positive reviews before I visited Kyoto and my experience was very positive as well. I was there for the lunch buffet. The food was excellent and freshly made. The best part was the sushi. I have never been to a buffet that had the variety of sushi that Kyoto did. It all was very tasty. I will be bringing the rest of my family back soon.

Delicious sushi. Intimate setting. It's so nice to find a great sushi place nearby. The servers were attentive and very kind. We ordered three different specialty sushis and the yummy chicken dinner. The sushi was delicious and the yummy chicken was generously portioned.

This restaurant is absolutely what Plant city needed. The owners are wonderful people who have been business owners in Plant city many years. The food and service was excellent and the cleanliness was five star. The prices were really good for the quality and amount of food you get. We will be back real soon.

The staff is super friendly and the food is always good. I appreciate that all the staff is still wearing masks and gloves. Great value for the price! They also have a menu you can order off of if you want instead of the buffet.

Bad experience, unwelcoming feeling. You feel like an inconvenience. Had to have cleaning lady get me a refill. The manager just played on his phone. Didn't bother greeting us or saying goodbye. 10 years old and older are charged like an adult. They weigh your leftover food and will double charge you if any food is left over. Just a weird experience lots of rules there. The waitress herself was kind and attentive. Rest of staff not so much.

Great service on a Monday night. Great music playing in the background. We started out with a crispy salad, with their creamy ginger dressing. It was different then more but still good, nice and cold. We also had an order of pork fried dumplings, which were really good and the dipping sauce had an amazing taste paired with them. We had the steak hibachi and shrimp hibachi, both with fried rice and vegetables. The steak was cooked perfectly medium with a really good seasoning. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and seasoned great as well. The fried rice was the only slight disappointment. It was good but not great. I'm not sure how to explain it but we have had better at similar restaurants. The veggies were cooked al dente to perfection with just enough seasoned juices. The price was good, and it was a good amount of food. We will definitely return again to try other items!

It's a great little sushi joint in Kyoto. The sushi is fresh, and the prices are fair. There isn't anything fancy here, but for the price and the customer service you get, it's great. They are always friendly and very quick at refilling. My favorite roll is the peppered tuna roll.
