Beware...Drive-thru lane extremely narrow!!! Im in a RAM 2500 and barely made it through. But the food was good....typical Popeyes chicken.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Watched them chase off 3 potential customers due to pure laziness. They pick and choose who can order in. I ate in. Next few people came in got kicked out.. yelled at “drive through only!” Of course they just left. Another guy walked in and ordered. It was kind of hilarious to watch. This location can’t be doing well.

Will never visit this place ever again in my life. Paid with my credit card and it wasn't returned and it was also used day one of the workers at multiple stores. I came back to the store to ask about my card. I spoke to two managers and show them the video of the worker using my card. And was told there was nothing they can do. The worker is still working there. Can someone please tell how is this possible..

This is coming from someone who works there currently but won’t be soon and actually does their job.. do not eat here it is built on the worst management I’ve ever seen the manager gives the workers that don’t do their job correctly or is sleezy will sit in the car not prep anything correctly will leave residue on dishes I’ve seen in the past this manager wonders why she’s losing business but it’s a no brainer when you keep employees like this I saw the the franchise owner sit down with her and just click the mouse and keep saying mmmph this place just needs to do better everyone here has a terrible work ethic besides a good 4 people so coming from someone who has worked there again do not eat here if you want good service

This place is so nasty they do not change their grease They leave their chicken out on the counter where it gets hot before they put it in the fryer. I have caught food poison !!!! three times within four months. If you respect yourself and others, you will keep everyone away from this restaurant. I do believe the health department needs to be called and sent there immediately. That is my next action. Also, every time you try to call their phone number, they have it off the hook you cannot ever speak with anyone

Due to COVID there is no dining in. Food is typical delicious Popeyes and the gentleman operating the drive thru was very polite and professional!

Website says they close at 10 but every time I go there either for myself or a delivery they're closed. It's happened more times than I can count and it's just ridiculous. Sometimes they don't even tell you they're closed, they just make you wait at the speaker for 30 minutes without saying anything and then finally someone will say they're closed or you drive around and realize no one is even in there. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! It Says they open at 10am I went through drive-thru with my family at 12:55pm the worker comes on the speaker says “we are not open yet!” I confusedly replied “okay, what time do you think you will open.” She said what time is it now I said it’s 12:55pm she couldn’t tell me when she would be opening up a restaurant that clearly is posted opens at 10am she was so rude about it and this needs too be brought too corporates attention ASAP!! This is not how you treat your customers that are willing too spend their hard earned money at your establishment.

I went through the drive through Saturday at 7:00 P.M no one answered or pretended they weren’t there! I saw a worker inside sitting down ignoring me doors locked. Worsts service ever might as well close store and close off the lights instead of paying someone for sitting down working for free.

Very upsetting of what I received the biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way I don’t even think they put butter on them that whole chicken was completely bad a whole piece we could not eat the rest of the chicken was terrible the fries were hard and cold I ordered a 10 piece family meal and did not receive not one breast of chicken And that’s what I mostly ordered whitening they didn’t inform me that it was gonna be mixed but I did not receive no breast or dark meat

The service here has always been fantastic every time we’ve come here! The food is always great. The store itself needs to get fixed! It’s unsafe for the workers to be subjected to multiple leaks in the roof! To the District Manager and Store Manager you should be ashamed of yourself for subjecting your employees to these kinds of working conditions!

This is the worst restaurant I ever seen in my life. I waited 35 minutes between two cars in the drive-through because I couldn’t get out. people are rude and the place is filthy in and out. Oil spills behind the building and the drive through is full of holes. The state inspectors should come down here and shut it down. I would never come back here or recommended it. After waiting to water my food for 35 minutes, then I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring the food to the parking lot.

Terrible service! rude employees! How does any respectable restaurant constantly be out of chicken tenders! 3 separate times now they have been out of chicken tenders! Who ever the dip-s*** managing and placing orders of this place needs to be fired!!!! Excuse my French, but my wouldn't hurt my feelings if this placed burned to the ground and was replaced with another chain!

If I could give a zero I would. The workers are rude and I waited at over 30 min for food for my customers and had to cancel it even though they were handing out food for everyone else including in the parking lot. Sorry but Popeyes will never receive my orders for chicken ever again. This was not the first time they have done this 😡

Had to wait 5 mins for tenders and they were not even hot when we got home. My husband's got 2 chicken breasts and both were pink. Mash potatoes had no flavor. Coleslaw looked old and tasted horrible.

Drive thru was slow. No mild chicken was available, estimate 30 minutes. Only told when we reached order station. Got spicy chicken and it was over cooked. Cashier was nice enough to verify what pieces of chicken was available for my order.

Sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and not one car has moved. 2 drove off and left. Lobby is closed. At this point I’m not sure there is even anyone working. Count me as 3rd to leave

Got to the order intercom and was asked to wait a minute. When she came back on she said she couldn’t help us because she was on a 30 minute break and she was there by herself. In what works does that happen?!?!? Will never go to a Popeyes again!!!

Charged $ 20.00 for 8 piece chicken only we asked for a receipts was showed a computer screen will never go there again he said new management you eill be eating your own chicken 06/25/2022. Good bye!!

Not much effort is put into the franchise. I was very disappointed in my order, asked for no pickles and mayo on my chicken sandwich and I ended up getting one that was loaded with mayo and pickles. The fries were also rather cold. The Popeyes by I4 in Plant City is much better.

so today I witness something you normally see on tik tok videos.while waiting on my food at Popeyes on Alexander.I’m already at the window not even 5minutes of me being there random lady comes to the sliding window and yells for somebody.rudely approached the employees telling them this is ridiculous why is nobody assisting them.are they doing there job are they cooking the chicken.what you want me to do leave or wait etc kept going on and on while the employees kept there cool and letting her know mam it’s just two of us we are low staff we are trying etc. I just want to say we are all human ! how will you feel if somebody did that to you on the job while being low staff ? shout out to the lady’s that kept it nice and professional and didn’t let that one person ruin there night ! If you can’t wait for your food just simply go that was not necessary.

Went to this establishment and door was unlocked with another costumer their saying no one was in the store.. we checked the bathrooms and was to worried about going to check the freezer to make sure no one was hurt so we called law enforcement.. The register was left open and appeared to be robbed... Wated on law to make sure no one was hurt then left... Crazy&Scarry!!!!

Ordered a 3 piece tender box for $5 online and paid extra for sauce, ridiculous. Picked up via drive thru. Girl at the window lacked any common courtesy, I told her I had to three piece box she gave me the box and rushed away from the window I had to honk my horn to get her attention and ask for my sauce, she then said "you don't have a drink". I did not ask you for a drink I asked you for sauce that I paid for. she said that's extra, I told her I paid for it, maybe if she checked the order she would have known... And then when I finally got home to check my order it was a two-piece chicken instead of a three piece tenders, lousy lousy customer service. Get your act together or move along.

Honestly it never changes, the staff is an absolute nightmare. It's like you inconvenienced them by ordering. I just don't get the attitude every single time. Like once in a while, okay fine, we all have bad days but if you are having a horrendous day every single second of every single day I don't think this is the right type of job for you. At the end of the day it falls on management and above to ensure employees aren't like this and clearly that isn't being done. Unfortunately it makes it hard to go to this location at all if we ever decide to again. Time after time it's the same rude thing and why would I spend my money here when I can go somewhere where the employees at least try.
