Didn't even get to speak to the doctor. I've been here three times, for two different issues, and they haven't helped me at all. The only treatment offered was cortisone shots, which are no longer effective for me. Refused to complete any disability paperwork, because it is against office policy - they're happy to take my money, but I left with no treatment and no help.

Dr. Mark Sando of the Orthopedic Medical Group was the Orthopedic Surgeon called in to look at my shattered ankle in the EMERGENCY ROOM visit at BayCare's South Florida Baptist Hospital. The next morning he performed an Emergency Surgery to repair the damage. The follow up Office Visit was here at the Orthopedic Medical Group at the Lithia Fishhawk location. This facility is brand new, they are still finishing up the final touches on this facility. It is a large Orthopedic Facility which includes Consultant Services, a full Rehabilitation Services, and a full roster of the finest Orthopedic Surgeons. The next time you are in need of replacing a joint, or fixing a broken bone or joint, or working out some tired old joints, give this place a try!!!

All the staff members are excellent. They made my 6yr old daughter feel safe and comfortable while there for a broken toe. The Dr. let her pick out what color wrap she wanted and they really gave her the diva treatment all around. She asked when can we go back after we left!

Every time you come for a visit all you do is sit and wait. This time waited 2 hours after appointment time. You know you need to schedule your time better never again will I come after lunch that was not cool waiting for 2 hours. Never again I’ll walk out! I have things to do with my time also.

Dr goldsmith and his staff is the best. I had my hip replaced about four months ago by Dr goldsmith and the whole experience was great. If someone is reading this review and trying to decide on the right orthopedic surgeon look no further.

Went there and the staff was quite nice had a good bedside manner. However the doctor wearing his gold chains his little Mr t starter kit was very rude like if I could go somewhere else I would but this is what my insurance covers I'm going to pray for all of them in that office that's all I can do.

The podiatrist, Dr. Donovan, quickly diagnosed my foot issue and treated it with an injection. A month later and I’m still getting a good result. I highly recommend Dr. Donovan to anyone who needs a podiatrist.

Dr. and staff were competent. I lowered my rating because it was an hour past my appointment time before I saw the doctor. If patients are expected to arrive 20 minutes early, this office should return the courtesy of being on time for patients.

Very impressed with the friendly and courteous, professional knowledgeable staff. The different offices were laid out so consistently making it very easy to go to the different offices prior to my surgery. For years I've heard nothing but good things about this organization.

Front desk personnel were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally understanding and accommodating. The same could be said for the x-ray technicians, nursing staff, and doctors alike. Everyone was caring, compassionate, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. I can't give them enough praise!

I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr Donaldson has guide me to a way of recovery I know that. I am in good hands . Everyone in the was very nice and helpful. Yes I would recommend all my friends and family to Dr Donaldson and staff.

I was happy with the service. I’m just sure I was thoroughly examined regarding my hip pain. I feel they just looked at the X-ray and determined in need a hip replacement like yesterday. But I think it’s sciatica or a pulled tendon or ligament since it came on suddenly. From being fine to being unable to walk at all

I’ve been holding off for quite a while to get my knee replaced. I’ve got other opinions in the past from other surgeons which didn’t sound correct to me. My primary physician Dr. Baskin recommended that I see Dr. Goldsmith. About the same time I found out my wife’s best friend had her knee replaced by Dr. Goldsmith and was completely satisfied. Made my appointment here in Plant City. It’s amazing the professionalism right from the start from the receptionist to the x-rays and the consultation with the Doctor. To make a long story short I have an appointment scheduled for my knee replacement.

My second appointment here. Was supposed to see another doctor, but, saw a person who told me she was a Physical Therapist (unfortunately I do not remember her name). She was nice and quite informative, but, my appointment was with a DOCTOR. Who, by the way, was recommended by one of YOUR doctors. To provide an evaluation of my condition for non surgical treatment. Of course, the 'reason' for this screw-up is because the 'paperwork' (referral from my primary along with their own internals) had me down as an appointment for an injection. Despite the fact that my reason for BOTH my visits there was expressly for the exploration of non-surgical alternatives. And, this was discussed with EVERYONE twice. Basically this comes down to the following issue: You're asking me to trust you to fix knees and you can't get a checkmark on paperwork in the correct position.

I have a ganglion cyst that was removed by another dr 6 years ago but it came right back after surgery. I was hoping Dr Nguyen could help me out here thinking my first dr didn’t do something correctly. Apparently, Dr Nguyen said it will keep coming back so I’m not a candidate for surgery. Appreciate her honesty and the fact she isn’t gonna ‘milk’ my insurance for something that will reoccur. She is direct and to the point and also explains things very clearly. Very good experience even though I still have the same issue I have to live with.

Dr. Ngyun was rather ill-tempered. The tech who took my x-rays could not explain clearly how he wanted me to "pose" my injured hand so he manipulated my hand, which hurt and gave me anxiety attack. I had made appt to have a brace made. The doctor told me "we dont do that", and that her "front office" relayed bad info "90% of the time". Would not recommend.

I have had great visits here. I appreciate how easy and organized the staff along with the offices are! Dr. Nguyen was my doctor and couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Dr. Donovan is very nice and knowledgeable. However, the waiting room is packed and the wait was over an hour. They seem to schedule patents 10 minutes apart, so there isn't much time with the doctor. You need to have your questions and concerns prepared ahead of time as things move very quickly once you get in a room.

Staff is great to work with, no holds bar! Made the process of surgery easy and understandable. Have all ready made recommendations to family and friends!

The office was very clean. All of the girls in the office (front desk) check in and check out were amazing! Very presentable, kind, efficient, knowledgeable with their task and loved all of THIER smiles they make you feel at home. Thank you too the desk staff! The Dr. Was not so lovely she made my husband feel like he was at fault for his injury. He had a tragic accident and is lucky he didn't lose his whole hand that was said from the hospital and special at the ER his bones are shattered in hand and basically just put a cast on it and said let it heal with basically no concern she just was a snot and dismissed him, we are not dirty people, didn't come in there like Thugs, we have worked all of our lives we have letters behind our name too because we were sent there for help doesn't give the Dr. A right to make him feel he is Less of person than she is we are all people put our pants on the same way 1 leg at time. It's disrespectful he didn't deserve her snooty attitude

Pleasant staff, and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough kind words about my physician, Dr. Thao Nguyen. She did an excellent job with my tendon repair in my dominant hand. If it wasn't for her then I would not have been able to continue my career as a Phlebotomist/ M.A. and so much more. She even called me right back when I needed her assistance after surgery, (before even clocking in)! Her bedside manners are awesome too and very comforting. I am so grateful she was my Surgeon. Thanks again Dr. Nguyen!! :)

This practice was so amazing my son is four and broke his tibia everyone there was patient and understanding thanks everyone for your hard work. It is so appreciated!

I had a pleasant experience as far as it goes I had a problem with my right shoulder and staff was friendly courteous doctor was efficient and I no longer have the pain in my shoulder so I'm a happy camper

My first visit to the office went smoothly and the staff was very professional. The process of checking in, X-rays, nurse evaluation and visit with doctor went like clockwork. Very well run office!

I had a bit of a problem finding the office with my map program but we called and got help with directions,step by step until I was in the parking lot. Wow and thanks team. After I did my first time patient check in everything moved right along and I got my minor surgery,patched up and my follow up appointment. All in less than one hour from my arrival. Thanks Doc And your your team was excellent.

Except for the wait for checking in, it was a great experience. Little bit longer than I thought it would be. 2nd visit there was no wait for the check in which was better. The issue I had was I never saw Dr.Donaldson who my appointment was with. I'm funny about that. I want to see my doctor not trainees. 3rd visit was horrible! Need more help with check-in!

I was put on Meloxicam for my shoulder. I was seen last month. I needed a refill. Was told they don't do refills without scheduling another appointment. This in my opinion is Medicare fraud. They just want money!!

Therapy center very clean, organized and up to date. My therapist is the greatest. He is always concerned about my comfort level as I am doing the exercises. He works with me on my level….let’s me rest when needed. The secretary is an asset to the center as well. Always greets me with a smile when I enter very pleasant and mindful of my schedule when making my appointments. Can’t say enough about my experience! I put 5 stars easily could be 10 stars. Thanks OMGTB!

Everyone was professional. X-ray room needs patients chair with wheels instead of tech trying to scoot the chair over with me in it, seriously? Doc was ok. I think I should’ve been able to look at X-Rays and shown what is going on in my feet not just the doc telling me!

My visit was great and it was fast. I did not just sit and wait. From the asst that called me in, to the xray tech then, to me the Dr the we’re all friendly, kind. And show an amazing level of team work.I would go back & refer my friends and love one. Great job keep up the great teamwork

Unfortunately, initial appointments are made via a central booking service whose only interest is obtaining your contact and insurance information and absolutely will not listen to or act on any other information you give them. If you need a second opinion for surgery or non-urgent treatment, you may do better here than other orthopedic practices if you can wait two weeks or more for an appointment. The location I used looked well staffed but service seemed rushed and chaotic. Appointments were on time. You may have a better experience if you go directly to the location where you want treatment and deal with the office staff there for appointments and treatment options.

The place is almost impossible to find to start with. Then I had over 2 hour wait after my appointment time. The doctor did not listen to one word I said he had 1 suggestion for a torn rotator cuff and that was cortisone injections every 3 months (to keep his cash flow going) which he told me will not fix my problem only delay the proper response to it

Dr Donaldalson is always kind but firm when it comes to recovery. He wants you to do well. His staff is always pleasant and sympathetic. I never have to wait. Everyone is very efficient.

Orthopedic Medical Group of Tampa is where I get my Ortho care and I love them! The lobby is always clean as are the treatment rooms. I love it that the care providers are attentive, listen to what I have to say and then waste no time providing treatment. I usually see Kelsey and she fits that description perfectly.

Dr Shield is by far the best Orthopedic surgeon I have had. And I have a quite a few. I have been dealing with my right knee issue since college and have had a total of 12 surgeries. The last which came on 4/8/2022. Due to the issue with infection in the right knee he has had to make some Difficult decisions but they all have been made to help me to keep my leg. So I really appreciate everything he does him his team and Orthopedic group of Tampa Bay totally. So I just want to say thank you. In Dr. Shield we have a great great orthopedic

I like my doctors, they are very professional and the office staff are very attentive and helpful.
