Picture this: it’s Christmas Eve. Your wife ran out to do some last minute grocery shopping but decided to wash her car on the way. While vacuuming her car she accidentally locked herself out of it. She called me and had me come down to help her. We called our insurance company for hours (literally) but because it was Christmas Eve, the insurance company could not find a locksmith in their network to come help us out. Out of desperation, I decided to call Plant City Lock and Key. The young man said he would be at our location in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he showed up. Quickly opened the car and told us how to ensure that our insurance company would foot the bill (which was minimal $60). I couldn’t believe how fast they were and ON CHRISTMAS EVE of all days. Well done! We are customers for life.

Staff was very friendly and very experienced. I had to have a key made but I needed a specific key for my car. They we're able to order it and program it in about a weeks time. Thank you for this experience! I will recommend.

I called the on call operator and she quickly answered after 6pm. I then received help from Daniel after requesting assistance. He was very quick and helpful. Left my keys in the car late one night. Knew I messed up the second I did it and figured since it was Plant City l, I might be waiting until daylight. A quick search brought this company up! The tech got there FAST. Quickly got my car opened in only a couple tries with zero damage. (It's a newer car with remote locks, too.) And it was very reasonable which means a lot to me. BASICALLY A SCAM. Called to have them come 3 minutes down the road to program a key fob that I already had. They were going to charge me $180. Hometown Locksmith got it done for $85 AND cut us a replacement housekey for free.

Bought a used car that only came with one physical key and no key FOB. They made both a physical key and a FOB for me in just a few minutes. We left the car and walked down to Wooden Spoon for lunch. When we returned the keys were waiting for us! Cost was WAY below the competition. Highly recommended!
