    I go to this location with all of my radiology needs they have been nothing less than absolutely wonderful. Sometimes if i need financial assistance they have never let me down.     I cannot thank Baycare enough for the care I received. I especially want to thank Nikki at Winter Haven's Breast Imaging Center for the wonderful follow up and following through to get my Ultrasound guided biopsy done. I would still be waiting for an appointment if she had not navigated my appointment. When you know you have cancer, waiting for appointments while wondering if cancer is growing inside you is an awful thing to think about. God Bless you all.

    I arrived December 28th 2022 to South Florida Baptist Hospital Plant City fl around 3:50pm. After arriving and I checked my daughter in, I stood for 30 minutes because there was no available setting; with my daughter screaming in pain, I then got called to check her temperature and blood pressure to only be sent back to the waiting room for 3 hours! Once they finally called us back, the nurse tried to take the bandage off my daughter finger but it was only making it worse, I explained to her that you'll need to cut it off instead of pulling on the bandage because she's in pain. She finally did cut it looked at then explained the doctor will be in. With blood dripping off her finger she never gave me anything to control the bleeding or pain untill I asked for it when she was about to exit the room. It took another 6 minutes for them to bring medication into her. The doctor took 30 minutes to come in and tell me that they would do and proceed to have us wait longer for them to numb her finger, longer to do the stitches and once they did, the nurse aid but a bandage on the finger walked out, came back in to pull on it, once again I told them to cut it off. I asked them if they could wrap her hand up so she couldn't pull the pad off and they didn't. My husband and I was sent home with little to no instructions on how to care for her finger and we had to go get the right things to wrap her finger up so she wouldn't pull at her stitches. She's 2 and she even told them to wrap her hand up🤦‍♀️.

    Jay Farr was so amazing when it came to my anxiety he talked me through everything and made me laugh witch helped my anxiety so much. He even recommended me to listen to music witch put me at ease. He made me fell so comfortable and cared for.

    I have recently had multiple x-rays, mammogram, ultrasounds, and CT scans, with more to come. As an outpatient I appreciate the appointment staff scheduling multiple imagines on the same day, The entire staff at South Florida Baptist Hospital was patient, kind, efficient, while being sure I was comfortable during each appointment.

    I had to write this review to share my most amazing experience ever!!! I am in severe physical pain and then add in the anxiety of getting an MRI. From the moment Lawrence got me from the lobby my experience was AMAZING! His demeanor immediately started to calm me down. Once I entered the room for the MRI test, I was greeted with Carletta who listened to my concerns about the MRI and made an adjustment that I could go in feet first (test was for lower back). This immediately helped to relax me. I was having back spasms and worried about staying perfectly still. At this point I was offered an ice pack for my back, which greatly helped to keep the spasms down. I was then offered warm socks and a warm blanket!!! That made this experience feel more like a spa day then being put into a big loud scary machine!!! I work in the medical field and have to comment that Carletta and Lawrence are something special. To feel heard and seen as a patient is rare today and they truly went above and beyond. It was not only how they treated me, it was how they made me feel. A huge applaud and appreciation to them both!!!

    Although I am in a hospital it's been a fantastic experience. The medical personnel, the nurses both male and female have.impressed me beyond belief. It's a pleasure and it makes one's stay here a truly great experience,my room number is C423 to just say thanks is a understatement signed T E BLANCHETTE

    All the nurses and the Dr was deeply concerned about my health problem I was having and was knowledgeable, courteous, and was passion about the pain I was having. Thanks to them all and God continue to bless them for what they do for others.

    Your CT examiner was wonderful great personality funny just all around great employee. I wish all your employees were as great as her. And your young man that does the IV machine was good also no complaints with people in the back.

    Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the way I was treated. Hugo kept us informed on what was going on and that means a lot to us. Everyone was very professional and courteous to both me and my husband. Thank you all so much.

    Every single Person I encountered was so sweet and was awesome at their job! From the parking lot attendant to security to the girls preforming my imaging procedures they all were wonderful! I'm very impressed with the entire staff! The girl who did my echocardiogram (I believe her name was Alexis) was so friendly and efficient! I was very impressed with her warmth and professionalism. Keep up the great work!!

    Why was the ambulance not having their lights on and not receiving pain medications for 2 hours in the ambulance or at the hospital. I was in a car accident. The nurses and doctor took way too long to give me my pain medications and nothing relieved the pain. They gave me medication by mouth seconds before staples were placed in my head and my pain was not under control before I got staples in. I was in a car accident and was in severe pain and could barely walk. They did not offer to take me in a wheelchair until I almost fell on my wife and then we had to ask for a wheelchair. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please avoid this hospital at all cost. You are better off traveling further for better care. My experience is a negative 75 star rating

    Everyone from the Security Guards to The MRI tech were helpful, personal, efficient!! Everything was explained. They were awesome!! Impressive that my report was to my PCP in less than 24 hours!!

    Service was excellent! I was able to schedule same day appointment. They were prompt and very nice. The wrong dx was on my paper order however the staff went above and beyond to get it corrected by my doctor&didn't place the burden on me to try to call and fix it. Catherine who did my ultrasound was amazing&made my anxiety go away.

    Because the schedule was full at St Joseph Main I had to go to South Floria Baptist hospital. Could not have asked for better service. From security to the imaging staff everyone was professional, kind, and treated me very well. Thanks for the opportunity to shine the light on the wonderful people who serve at that facility.

    Lisa, the P.A. Sam and the two amazing ladies that assisted in my procedure were absolutely amazing. Sam kept me informed as to what he was doing and what was going on kept checking to make sure I was ok. The two ladies assisting were very personable and engaged you in conversation to try to keep you at ease. Highly, Highly recommend this hospital for whatever care you need. Amazing.

    The staff and techs in the X-ray Department were fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. The entire process was very easy and I felt comfortable the entire time. A++ service.

    Everyone was just wonderful. The nurses were so nice and they really went out of there way to see that I had every thing I needed. Even the Guy that cleans the rooms was very nice. A real gentleman. I think his name was Richard. I would tell anyone that is the hospital to go to. Thank you all very much.

    My nurses, Rachael and Devon on 4N were so amazing. The genuinely cared about me and what my needs were. Austin, from PT, was kind, caring and helpful. Every team member was great. I just don’t remember everyone’s name.

    I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Everyone was on time, explained everything in detail, scanned the area multiple times to ensure it was done correct. I had this done once before somewhere else and the service at SFBH was superior. Thanks

    I was already pre registered, so I went straight back to imagery and was taken back 5min before my time. The staff was very courteous and met any special needs I had. Thank you. Would reccommend!

    From the front door to getting signed in for the x ray and even the tech was great!! Mya helped me get my pants back on..you dont know how helpful that is till you struggle to do it.

    Every person who has worked with me at the hospital has been friendly and positive and helpful, except one (already dealt with when I was at the hospital). I am basically healthy and had a mini stroke on a Sunday morning. Steph was compassionate to my fears and supportive. Thanks to them all.

    I brought my wife to South Florida Baptist Hospital and was treated nice and not like number.. They were caring and compassionate. They explained what they were going to do thoroughly and asked if Iwe any had questions. Great service and would recommend this Hospital to anyone. So glad we were finally treated right by physicians in Florida. Thank you to the whole staff that worked with my wife, we can't thank you enough.

    I came in the hospital approximately at 1:50 and I didn’t see a doctor until 5pm I was actively bleeding heavy blood and I’m pregnant. Didn’t get ultrasound until 6pm and finally was discharged around 7:30 after I told them I was leaving for another hospital. I felt neglected and not taken care of the ultrasound sound tech was mean and was afraid to help me while I tried to get up and get the blood off of me. Overall experience was horrible. I’m sorry.

    Everything went GREAT at Daycare's South Florida Baptist Hospital. All was performed in a timely fashion, and the technician, Jay (don't know his last name), could not have been more helpful or courteous. He explained everything he was going to do which gave me a sense of calm.

    My mom received amazing care but the down fall was when my mom was transported by ambulance they didn’t have any rooms available and had to wait in the hallway for over in hour on the stretcher with the paramedics. Something needs to be done about that issue. They need to save rooms for patients that come by ambulance.

    Wait time was pretty long and I was disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to take videos of the ultrasound or bring anyone back to see the baby. Tech was awesome explained everything clearly what she was looking for.
