Excellent sandwiches and almost never busy. I have visited this place twice and every time it has been pretty much empty, fast service and great food and their ice tea is in fact the best. I got the BLT-A this time and it was fantastic light not to many calories just the perfect portion. Staff is very polite and suggest you different combos to make your meal even better.

Was getting ready for several hours on the turnpike. I wanted something filling but fast and preferably not typical fast food then I found McAlisters conveniently located on sunrise just west of the turnpike. Food was fast, delicious, and well prepared, Best corned beef sandwich I’ve had in a while. Wife had a terrific roast beef club, sides were fresh I had fruit salad for fifty cents more great deal . Next time I’ll try the choose two special make sure and ask about it. We ordered online and food was waiting hot and ready just a few minutes later. Fast pickup and curbside offered. Highly recommended

Enjoyed a nice meal after my Dad recommended this deli. I found a table and ate the meal there. The dining area is huge. The food tasted very good. Prices are decent and the sweet tea is good. Service was helpful and courteous. I had a maxed out potato but next time I believe I will try a sandwich.

First time here...nice warm decor and friendly staff. Ordered the Reuben sandwich with potato salad, pickle and their "Famous" sweet tea. The Reuben had plenty of meat and was delicious. Potato salad had the taste of a deli made salad. Tea was sweet and perfect. Nice change of pace from burgers and other fast food places. Just visited yesterday and today and ordered the New Yorker with Mac & Cheese. Awesome...

First time here and Very Satisfied! I was looking for a sandwich place in the area for lunch and saw that McAlisters had good reviews and the pics look good. Stopped in and got the Grilled Chicken Club and it was great. Also got the Mac and cheese side which was decent. Food tasted fresh, bread was soft, and everything was overall good. The prices are a little higher than your basic sub or sandwich but if you want better tasting or fresher food you pay for what you get. I would highly recommend McAlisters if your are looking for a good lunch. Also, the employees were super nice and friendly. It felt very inviting to be here.

Not one of those places that comes to mind when you think fast food! But it should, it's so good. I use the app to place my orders, food is delicious, staff is friendly & efficient, prices are fair, portions are huge and the best part is that the food is delicious 😋

Great choices, great prices, great staff..ordered choose 2. Ordered club with side chef salad, chipotle dressing n came with pickle!! .. The portions are perfect as well. Crisp and amazingly fresh food. Will be back. Enjoyed this place very much!! Stopped in again.. The French dip was amazing..and steamed veggies so good. Southwest turkey and Cesar salad. So yummy!

I ordered catering from the McAlister's Plantation location a few weeks ago and the service was phenomenal. It was for a surprise birthday celebration at my workplace, so I needed the items early on the morning of pick-up. The manager was very accommodating in making sure that someone would be available at the restaurant for the time that I needed. Not only was the service exceptional but the presentation of the platters was very neat, and the food was also fresh. I would highly recommend ordering catering from McAlister's for your next event, whether large or small.

I had the SW chicken sandwich on GF bread. I expected more flavor, more spice. The bread was good. If I'm in the area, I now know that's it's a safe Gluten Free option, even if it's not the tastiest. Most of the fruit up was good, bad couple of blueberries were at the bottom.

Ive eaten here since I was a kid in Mississippi and never have I been served such trash. One side literally had a tiny less that an inch of cheese and 2 slivers of ham and no turkey. The bread was so soggy. I just trashed it. There were random pieces of corn and jalapeños on it as well. The club doesn’t have either.

Great salad could use better lettuce . Soup was good too would return

Found this place on Doordash after wanting a nice sandwich a few months back and have been ordering from here ever since! Never disappoints, food is always fresh and flavourful. I try different items and thus far every order, I am impressed! Glad I found this place!!

I have been here at least a dozen times already and always for takeout. It’s just been really convenient and during the busy times of the day where we don’t have time to go out and sit to eat somewhere. My wife simply orders and pays for the food online while I’m on my way home from work on long tiring days where neither of us wants to cook and it has become our go-to. McAlister’s is healthy and delicious! We love the loaded baked potato and one is always enough for both of us to split. Whether we have it with Turkey or bacon or just a veggie one, you can tell the ingredients are all fresh. The place is always impeccably clean and the service is amazing. I often just walk in, grab my order which is ALWAYS ready, and tell them “thank you” as I race back out. Whenever there is any more interaction it is always pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend McAlister’s Deli to everyone!

I really enjoy the SW salad. I always get it to go with the choose 2 but I was off work and decided to eat in. I got the full size SW salad and it was huge. I really like the chicken sandwich too. Fair prices for the food. Thanks!

The food was delicious and there was a lot of meat in the French dip offering a refreshing take on the sandwich (as most restaurants give less meat and more bread to reduce costs). While the Mac and Cheese tasted like most pre-packages restaurant-style Mac and Cheeses (making the $1 up charge not necessarily worth it), it complimented the sandwich extremely well. Overall, I had a great time and look forward to going back!

Our office has ordered catering 3x now from this place and each experience has been AMAZING. Everyone loves the food. They're always asking "what's the name of this place again"? The manager Dan has been so helpful! He has been accommodating my requests since our first order. The presentation is great with utensils included and the quality of the food is great. The employees always greet you when you walk in and the establishment is well kept. We will continue to order from this location.

Food is great but the half of the sandwich combo meal with soup or salad any other adds $1.50 on the menu. They didn't honor that meal deal. They wanted to charge me a regular price to add on. Not fair just take the sign down with the online menu as well.

Dan and his team at McAlister's is terrific. Very helpful and patient and pleasant. Please give them a raise. TwiceI ordered items for a gathering and heiteralky bent over backwards to accommodate my very persnickety requests. Thanks again...Oh and the sandwiches are insanely delicious. I'm not big on Red Velvet anything but those cookies are a HIT...

Disappointed at this location. Drove here to pick up my order . Opened it once I got back to my job and noticed my salad didn’t have any chicken. I called and was help immediately so I’m really happy with the customer service. But they need better attention to details . I unfortunately can’t drive back to pick up another order . I guess next time I need to open the food to make sure they did their job correctly.

I ordered the choose two options for the lunch special I believe,🤔 but it was the load of baked potato and a steak salad. The salad was fresh the load bake potato was loaded. The presentation and freshness of everything wasn't something that I was expecting while ordering during Rush of the lunch hour 🤯 And it was my first time ordering / eating from this restaurant.

This food is the worst! I rarely write a review like this, but I could hardly eat after this, as the food was old, stale, and unhealthy! No good faith effort to deliver good healthy food. I could not eat after that no matter how hungry I was. Bad bad! They knew full well after they sent this food out that it was old and unhealthy, and stale. Dishonest and deceptive practices! Don't go to them!
