    It was crowded and loud BUT social distancing protocols are in place. Our waiter was training another waitress (Tiffany) and she was awesome! Well deserved tip! Food was hot, prompt and delicious.

    I’m pissed, I’ve been a loyal rewards member for many years, the new app update does not function well at all. I called a manager at this location, didn’t get her name but she was not helpful at all. Called another manager by the name of trace. She was more helpful but I still lost 75 points trying to use my rewards to online. The app logged me out. When I logged back in I tried to use the code and it kept saying the code was in use but my points were taken. I had 170 points, and was looking forward to getting two Appetizers with my points. 75 were taken and not used so I was told I would have to wait until Monday to call customer support. I never had this problem before the app update. I want my 75 points that I earned back. It is Saturday and I will be contacting customer support Monday, I want this resolved. As stated before I’ve been a loyal member for years but will be no more if I don’t recieve my 75 points that were basically TAKEN from me by the app. No one in store could help me with the points. I earned those points and I want them. This location seems so short staffed. The manager that helped me was waiting tables, working the online orders and trying to supervise staff. Myself and another customer waited at the front for a while before anyone came to address us. The associate was happy when we told her we didn’t need to be seated and that we had to go to the online order area. We looked around and saw so many empty tables. This location has just been getting worse and worse. I had an issue years ago with an associate here and someone, a general manager I believed reached out to me and rewarded me with points because the associate was not knowledgeable and rude. I guess that doesn’t happen anymore. I use to love coming to this location and using the app before the update. Both need to improve and I want my 75 points.

    I ordered the full rack of ribs. Take into consideration that it's late and they are going to be closing soon. When they came out the meat on the ribs was dry like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. I told my waitress about it and she said that she would bring out another order. When she brought out those ribs they were absolutely delicious. Probably the best ribs that I have had at a Fridays. I think that they realized the mistake and fixed it perfectly.

    We went during an early hour when they just opened. It was very clean. Our hostess is very polite. The food came out piping hot very delicious. My drink was very good.

    I wanted a quick drink and a snack. I tried the New Dragon Fruit Margarita with Sugar. It was definitely yummy, and I added sugar on mine instead of salt. I enjoyed the pretzel with queso cheese it came out super fast and was fresh. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.

    Ruined New Years Eve. Went with a group. Reservations made and they knew we were coming. Was supposed to be 19:30 to 21:30. Was actually 19:30 to 23:30+ by the time everything was sorted out. Arrived at 19:32, meal was ordered from their specific 3 course party menu at around 20:30 (for our table), other tables had various other times. I had to go around to empty tables to get cutlery. My meal arrived at 21:45, I wasn’t hungry anymore, I asked for a takeout box. Other members of our party got dinner by 22:45. We had come in after an intense 2 hour swim practice and the team was HUNGRY! Fortunately those that got fed very late were able to scavenge leftovers from tables that got fed earlier to hold off their hunger. The restaurant had lots of empty tables and we saw people that came in after us get fed before us and leave. It also appeared that take out had priority over dine in. When asked one man told us his dinners took 20 minutes after he ordered them from the parking lot. I ate my dinner a day later and it was OK.

    It is 11:00 p.m., in Broward county, Plantation to be specific. You get the litmus call from your tummy.. hunger, hunger, hunger! Where in the heck do you go for a nice meal 11:00 at night on a Monday. I'll tell you where.. TGI FRIDAY'S. That's where.... Not only do they leave the light on for you, but you also find lots of signs of............... WELCOME! BEM-VINDOS! HUĀNYING GUANGLÍN! At the entrance, you'll receive your first taste of the superior customer service. Their customer service is akin to the results of rubbing Aladdin's lamp. Immediately you get a sense of your wish is my command. The choice of eating in or carry out is offered. If dining in you are escorted to your table or for those as I did, carry out, you are directed to the special area for carryouts. I place my order, -of which the server at the takeout window is all accommodating in my special request. And though it's a 25-minute wait, I press on. I pick up my order in 20 minutes and I'm on my way.. I will say it was somewhat of a younger, college age of local folk enjoying TGI Fridays, there is this very festive and jovial group of young ladies, who literally took the party out to the parking lot after they finish their TGI FRIDAY'S experience.     My daughter and I was seated, food and drink orders were taken and no one attended us to bring our drinks or appetizers that we ordered in over 30 mins. We waited patiently until someone finally asked if we were helped I said no, explained myself and decided to leave. I can only imagine if drinks took that long imagine how long the food would take. I would understand if the restaurant was busy or short staff but no one seemed like they wanted to work. I sat in an area where other customers are being served. This wasn't the best experience but I will not come back again to this location.

    Would give zero stars if it were an option. We called in well in advance for a large party and created a reservation. We arrived at 7:30 and weren’t served for 3 hours. We also had one person order a gluten free meal. They first asked if they could put croutons in the salad which we told them no just a bowl with lettuce. And they proceeded to serve the salad with a bread stick on top and the salad dressing which they were told is not gluten free. Would not ever come back! It’s going to be Friday by the time we leave here … it’s Sunday!

    I wanna send a warm thank you and appreciation to our server last night Jordan. He was so efficient and he made sure we were taken care of always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. To whom ever is in charge at this establishment please give Jordan a gold star for his service and personality, and Jordan if you see this please don't change from the young man you are. Thank you!!

    I had about a 5 minute wait before being seated. Seems like they were short staffed because the wait time to order and get the bill was also long. Others were also waiting to be seated and waiting on their bill. The food was good. We ordered the Bucket of Bones platter. It was more than enough to share for two persons. The new whisky glaze blaze sauce wasn't that impressive. I'm assuming the blaze means hot/spicy, which it was by no means (they had whisky glaze and whisky glaze blaze). They have a good special on Mondays at 5:00pm - 50c wings and $2 beers. Also happy hour specials (clearly, they invented it lol).

    If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would do so. Myself and my family went inside with hardly anybody inside the establishment. We honestly thought our dining experience was going to be quick. It took the waiter almost 25 mins to bring our drinks. They brought our cold appetizers out first before our drinks. We barley saw our waiter most of the time. Even when we try to explain the dinning experience was horrible, no one seemed to care, and received a nasty attitude from our waiter. Never ever, myself and my family will return to this restaurant again.

    We’ve heard good things about the food, but when we came in it was 4:40 pm, almost empty just few tables, and even so we waited for an hour. Around 5:40, we were wondering what happened and we were told our food was never made 🥲. We don’t like leaving bad reviews but it was very disappointing. Will not return

    The waiter Jada at the bar has the worse customer service I've ever ran into with my visit to this location. I understand you maybe short staff but at the bar none of your customers should have empty cups or waiting 30 minutes for a check/bills, with you no where insight. Then when you do return to the bar area you make room for your friends at the bar and make them drinks before taking care of your customers who've been waiting. Would never come back to this location. PLEASE REMOVE HER FROM THE BAR.

    Do not take this restaurant as an Uber eats driver. 2:00 pm on 10/27, short dark skinned woman had me waiting there for 20 minutes. Where the poor service comes in is that my order was sitting there for 10 of those minutes. I didn’t think I was being completely disregarded and thought my order was being tracked since she was the one who told me to wait 5 minutes. Also had an attitude the whole time. If your staff is rude to delivery drivers maybe you shouldn’t list your restaurant on the apps we hate getting treated this way and it destroys our hourly income

    My server was very good. A nice young man, but the food however wasn't good at all. Lack of flavor / seasoning, I ordered a chicken dish with mashed potatoes and the potatoes were extremely runny with the chicken burnt at the bottom, rubbery and flavorless. My daughters got kids meals with the mini burger sliders. The bread was too hard to bite into the little burger patty had hard cheese stuck to it as if it had been sitting out for a while. Sorry but never again

    We visited this location, we had a great time, food was delicious, our waitress Erica was attentive and helpful. The manager Jose stopped by the table to say hello and he told us about the reward program.

    Excellent service. I let the waiter know I was seeing a movie soon and he put a rush on our food, brought it to us quickly and gave us the check. The steak was very good, and their prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants. It's a great restaurant choice for a date, I'll come back at least twice a month or so.

    They appeared to possibly be short staffed. Our server was nice but not extremely attentive. Offered refills once and only brought 2 of us them. Appetizer wasn't right size or items. The burgers and chicken tenders were over cooked. The patio door was open making the area humid. It just wasn't a good experience overall. Very disappointing for the money.

    The food quality is declining at this particular location. For our latest visit, they burned my husband's southern chicken sandwich and packaged it like it was fine. It was a to-go order, so we didn't see it until we got home. Our past few visits have been mediocre (food wise).

    Chelsea has been my bartender for years. I love her. Her energy is amazing. Beautiful soul inside and out. I always return because of her. We will laugh and always have great conversation. Keep it up!!!

    Staff is amazing at this location. Anthony & Jonathan are awesome & our server Jada is THE BEST will always request her. I had guest from out of town & they wanted to enjoy the outside dining the original server refused to serve us on the outside however Jada jumped in (cause they really wanted to dine out) & she served us with a pleasant attitude & a smile. She turned my one star experience around to a 5 star 🌟

    Went for new years dinner and the waitress came to take my order which was pretty normal. It was when she came around for the second and third time to ask for my order again 2 hours later that I realized I might never get my food. Overall, the ribs were pretty good but I probably lost about 5 pounds sitting at my table before the food came. However I did manage to master the game of cup pong on game pigeon while waiting… which is saying something because the wifi was almost as slow as the service.

    Worst experience we have had in any restaurant, please stay away. Waitress took our order as normal. After 40 minutes of waiting she claimed the system was down and had to take our orders again and that they would rush our food out. Another 40 minutes and only 30% of the order had come out. We spoke to a manager to discount us the food that hadn't arrived yet as it was ridiculous and he discounted the items, except he cancelled the remaining order so we never got our food. Wasted 2 hours for a lot of our party to not eat, with no recourse. Don't waste your time here.
