Well,
I
went
in
to
see
about
a
membership
at
the
Plantation,
FL
location,
in
Jacaranda
Square,
and
a
very
nice
young
lady
greeted
me.
I
told
her
that
I
wanted
to
get
some
information
about
a
membership.
She
asked
me
if
I
wanted
to
take
a
tour,
and
I
said
yes.
She
then
turned
a
screen
around
and
told
me
to
complete
the
screen
and
she
would
get
someone
to
give
me
a
tour.
I
looked
at
the
screen,
and
it
was
asking
me
to
provide
my
name,
email
address,
and
phone
number.
I
reviewed
the
privacy
notice
carefully,
and
decided
to
ask
why
this
information
was
needed
just
to
get
information
about
the
gym
membership
and
to
get
a
tour
of
the
facilities.
Then,
a
young
lady
name
Tanisha,
or
something
very
close
to
that,
walked
up.
She
was
told
that
I
needed
a
tour,
and
she
just
turned
and
faced
me....No
smile,
no
greeting.
I
asked
her
if
I
really
needed
to
complete
the
screen
just
to
get
a
tour,
and
she
said
yes.
When
I
asked
her
why,
she
responded,
"Because
that's
our
policy."
Then,
without
another
word,
she
was
done
with
me,
and
walked
off.
I
tried
to
get
the
screen
back
to
its
original
screen
and
I
walked
out.
I
did
not
feel
welcome
at
all.
There
was
absolutely
no
interest
from
the
employees
there
about
my
joining
their
gym,
and
customer
service,
for
Tanisha,
simply
did
not
exist....Definitely
not
the
person
who
should
be
giving
tours
or
being
"the
face
of
Planet
Fitness."
I
shouldn't
have
to
give
my
private
information
just
to
find
out
more
about
a
gym
membership
with
Planet
Fitness.
