I love this club and the main reason I’m a member is because of the tanning beds after my workout, but honestly this is not my favorite location because the tanning beds are so old and rusty. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location, I’ll prefer o but and old tan bed and out it on my house, I was disgusted and very disappointed. I’ll come back to the other locations

This Gym has got to be one of the best Planet Fitness Locations I have ever visited. First and foremost the facility was super clean, I was greeted warmly upon entering and you could just tell everyone was in a good mood. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO RUSSO! I mean she was such a pleasant and helpful employee, beautiful smile and made sure I found my way around the gym. Top notch employee at a top notch gym.

I went to this planet fitness as a guest a couple of days ago and the gym was very clean which cannot be said about a lot of gyms. The staff were extremely helpful too. Especially Michelle, she answered any questions I had and even recommended a workout plan to me! Above and beyond customer service. Not to mention her coworker, Steve, he was extremely friendly and just as helpful as Michelle! He checked up on me multiple times to see if I needed help with anything! It really made me feel at home. I plan on getting a membership the next time I come to this gym just because of their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend getting a membership for this gym. It’s affordable and worthwhile because of the staff!

I stopped going for a couple of months, the place was FILTHY. Have used this gym since the first day they opened and after Covid had became most filthy. Yesterday I went in and asked the person at the desk if there is a new manager and Danny said "I am the Manager and just transferred here". Thank God. Danny is a true leader and the team was cleaning while I was there for the first time! Looks so much better, more organized, and CLEAN! On my way there now. If only you served beer :) XX Next week they are upgrading alot of the equipment. THANK YOU ALL

Sign up for the low monthly prices, stay for the friendly staff! Been going to this location for 1.5 years and I love it. I’ll be moving from this area in a few weeks and I’ll be missing the friendly staff. Special thanks to Pablo and Chris; they always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had in a Planet Fitness location.

Well, I went in to see about a membership at the Plantation, FL location, in Jacaranda Square, and a very nice young lady greeted me. I told her that I wanted to get some information about a membership. She asked me if I wanted to take a tour, and I said yes. She then turned a screen around and told me to complete the screen and she would get someone to give me a tour. I looked at the screen, and it was asking me to provide my name, email address, and phone number. I reviewed the privacy notice carefully, and decided to ask why this information was needed just to get information about the gym membership and to get a tour of the facilities. Then, a young lady name Tanisha, or something very close to that, walked up. She was told that I needed a tour, and she just turned and faced me....No smile, no greeting. I asked her if I really needed to complete the screen just to get a tour, and she said yes. When I asked her why, she responded, "Because that's our policy." Then, without another word, she was done with me, and walked off. I tried to get the screen back to its original screen and I walked out. I did not feel welcome at all. There was absolutely no interest from the employees there about my joining their gym, and customer service, for Tanisha, simply did not exist....Definitely not the person who should be giving tours or being "the face of Planet Fitness." I shouldn't have to give my private information just to find out more about a gym membership with Planet Fitness.

I was having issues with my membership and Ruthnie was able to help me figure it out! She was very helpful and professional. I love that parking is easy to find and it clean!

This location is very nice and was a wonderful experience. One of the workers, Michael, gave me a tour and presented the gym area, the 30 minute work out area, and the yoga stations. With the black card membership you have an opportunity to have exclusive access to the spa stations. Great facility, can’t wait to sign up.

Edit: Ruthnie is an amazing employee, she's so sweet and super helpful!! She helped me without any issues despite my hearing issues and I really appreciate that! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The employees are FANTASTIC! From a customer's perspective, it seems like they all get along so well like a family and I love it! They are always so nice to me and the other customers. The facility is constantly being cleaned by customers and employees, I feel very safe working out here right now. Sadly they are still making customers work out with masks on at all times but that's not their fault, they're just following city / county laws.

I love my gym. However yesterday I had a not very pleasant surprise, I was stopped at the door and kindly asked not to bring my own mat, because the gym provides them. I told the nice lady that I don't like to use public mats, but she insisted those were the rules and I had to leave my mat at the front desk. I've been taking my mat for months and no-one ever said anything.

This planet fitness is located is just so pleasant to come to daily. The staff is just so polite and helpful. My trainer Kenneth is just beyond phenomenal. He is helping me to get to my healthiest and fittest self. From meal ideas to daily workouts he is whipping me in shape..he is just the absolute best. He definitely pushes me way past I think I am capable of doing. I am getting so strong.. loving the process

This place is really good but today I'm so disappointed because I came and it was supposed to be open at 5:00 am but it wasn't. This is terrible because you have your workout schedule for the week and this just breaks your schedule. No respect It's 4:45 a.m. and nobody showed up. Many people also came and they have to leave.

Chris Garcia is an amazing employee! He made my sign up process super easy, and showed extreme knowledge over all the equipment and was honest when it came the fees to sign up. He is a model employee as well as Steve (super funny guy at the front desk) they are a awesome team

I went to Planet Fitness a few days ago with the intention of setting up a membership. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful towards me. More specifically, Michelle went above and beyond. Michelle provided me with information about Planet Fitness and provided me with a sense of warmth that I have struggled to find at other gyms. She is the best. My family and I attend Planet Fitness regularly and are continuously blessed with her grace and kindness, as well as the other team members.

This PF branch is an outstanding gym with an incredible value for your money. Their facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern exercise equipment. What sets them apart is their welcoming and non-intimidating environment, making it perfect for people of all fitness levels. The staff is friendly, and the 24/7 accessibility is a game-changer. Been referring all my gym bros to this location it's a very good gym and the Staff is great Allie was very profitable when signing up all my gym partners and showing them around and amenities.

After I realized enough was enough, and being unhappy with my weight, I decided to sign up with Planet Fitness. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Chris who was extremely friendly from the beginning. From signing up, to answering any questions, Chris was absolutely amazing with the entire process and made everything so simple. If you are looking to sign up with Planet Fitness at this location, definitely ask for Chris. I’m very grateful for the sign up experience I had today.

The gym is good. I had a problem cancelling my membership initially and was billed for an extra month. The manager reached out to me as soon as they heard I had a problem. She was able to cancel and get me a refund. Problems always happen but its the people and customer service that fix them. I really appreciate the follow thru!

Always feel good and comfortable working out at this location everyone there is pretty chill , one of the workers Christopher he’s a pretty good dude always walking around checking on everyone and making sure it smells good in there , the other staff is very cool and nice as well

Trey the employee on 6/30 2023 was simply amazing. Been a member for years and greeted me when I arrived and departed. My car battery died and he happened to be parked right beside me. Came out and assisted on his break. I had to shout him out. Simply amazing. Need to be manager by 2024!!!

My boyfriend and I have been going to this gym for awhile. It's always clean and even when it's packed, there's something everyone can do. I recently experienced issues with billing and as we all know, that can be a hassle, but Yami helped me through the process. She kept me updated and found the best solution for me. Not once did Yami make me feel bad for calling in and reaching out. Every time we spoke she was a delight.

The staff there is so polite and always greets me as soon as I come through the door. I never have any issues checking in and get through my workout with ease. Alyssa was the sweetest today with exceptional customer service and she made me feel welcome. The staff at planet fitness in plantation has some of the kindest people.

The staff here is 🔥🔥🔥. The machines are always being cleaned & updated. If a machine is out of order & you notify then, they're quick to address it. The cool Latina sister Yami & brother Corey are on point. They have positive energy and greet people in a kind fashion all of the time. Brother Julian is sharp as well. He remembers the members always makes you feel comfortable. Brother Alan is always positive & makes sure you get checked in even if you don't have your phone. This is a dope gym.

Tanesha at this Planet Fitness was the nicest most heart welcoming employee I've ever interacted with! She really made my afternoon with her smile and contagious laughter. Can't wait to see her again!

I love this location. Not only is it clean and not as busy but the staff here is wonderful. I especially want to shout out Wayne A. who works at the front. He is super professional and motivating. Every time I come in- I always feel extremely welcomed. Thank you for being the best!

Nice environment. Nothing weird. Felt comfortable. Although theres a lack of weights over 60lbs on the bars for biceps. There are no bars for chest benches other than the ones for on rails. It's a good place if you are a girl, or only want to jog, do quads and abs.

I like how it's an east process to get in, just scan your app and go. There's always Equipment ready to go even on the busiest days. There are days where it's 24 hours which I appreciate! All in all this gym is amazing and I love how I can workout in peace. Great place!

Planet fitness is great gym for beginners who starting their fitness journey the staff is very friendly as plus women I feel very comfortable going to plant fitness and using all the machine 10/10 recommend

Morning Gym go’er so i speak for my gym time : Great morning staff, very clean, never busy where i have to wait around for a machine or cardio, its not a social club morning folks are in and out. Big windows the length of gym so it feels open and bright. I travel all over the country and have used plants from Indiana to Arizona, from florida to Maine and i very much enjoy this planet.

I accidentally forgot a pair of pants in a locker. It was thrown out. Why couldnt they have kept my clothes in the lost and found for a few days before throwing everything out?

I love a particular machine and wish it were at my home gym. However they don't have a particular machine that I do want to use also. The gym atmosphere is great. Everyone here seems too be focused and working hard. Great visual motivation.
