I came to this location by accident because I thought I was going to the other 1 in 49st. Anyway it was a nice spot, all women, and the receptionist Darlene was very helpful. I had multiple questions and she assisted well. She gave me lots of tips in regards to my insurance. I didn't wait long, they diagnosed me quick, prescribed me, that's it and im glad I ended up here💚

As soon as I arrived, the 2 ladies at the front desk, were very nice, they have a great “Patience Service”. So attentive in what I needed and they did everything to make sure that everything will be fine at Pembroke Pines for me to do the X-Ray that I needed. Dr. Pozotrigo is the best! She is knowledgeable, kind, professional, lovely, patience but above all empathic! She asked me all the questions necessary to give me a diagnosis, but she also answered all the questions I asked her and was very intentional, directional and instructive. I really felt so confident having taking care from her and the logistics at the front desk. Thank you so much for that EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

After waiting 2 hrs. I was told after 8:30 pm I should come back in the morning so I may have my x-ray and be seen by the doctor. I thought this was an Urgent Care Center, you don't send someone home without being seen. I gave this place 1 star but it doesn't deserve any. Oh, if your planning to go here, don't be shocked by sitting in a cramped waiting area where social distancing doesn't exist. No professionalism whatsover.

I went to a visit and i noticed lady at front desk did not call to my insurance so overcharge me instead go by my insurance fee so now i have to be dealing with overcharge fee to get reimburse but doctor is very nice honest and advice me go to hospital if still not feeling well due clinic not have all resources to do test and provide a more accurate diagnostic like hospital has thank you to doctor for his advice

Deserves 0 stars. The staff very nice but save your money and go somewhere else, the work is very disorganized. Was left paying hundreds of dollars after going 3 times for labs they forgot to do and was given the wrong prices for them.

Needed to have my daughter seen today and my husband suggested coming here as he had a great experience recently. You can register and save a spot online which is great. Once there the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Waiting area is nice and very clean. The nurse who saw us first was great as well as the doctor that saw her. I would definitely come back here.

Very nice staff, had no wait and everything is clean

They opened on time and the receptionist was very pleasant and understanding. She assisted me with the registration process and was very sympathetic. I did not wait long to be brought in. The nurse took my vitals and the doctor came in a few minutes after. Overall, it was a great experience.

No busy at the time i went very friendly staff doctor listened to all my symptoms i had overall i was satisfied.

I'm not happy at all with location they didn't want to do anything and when they did it was rush rush rush and here you go take these pills without even doing blood work or labs to even see if I can have or take these things or if something else is causing me to feel the way I do. I am Very Very disappointed in this location and will not be going back there nor do I think anyone should

The doctor was amazing! Great knowledge, ethic and very respectful. The nurse was very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this Urgent Care and their health professionals.

I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time attending an Urgent Care. The young lady in the front Sandra was very sweet and very easy to talk to. I wasn't seen right away but that's understandable but during the wait Sandra would talk to me and before I knew it I was seeing the doctor. I was definitely surprised in the staff. Definitely recommend
