I’ve been living in Playa for a month now and this is my favourite workout in the city. I come back three to four times a week. The view of the resort and the water is amazing. At night with the cool breeze, you can’t beat it. The instructor is inclusive with English and Spanish. The staff are so sweet and helpful throughout the experience.

I needed a workout routine for the two months I was visiting in Playa Del Carmen and I'm SO glad I came across Rola. It does not disappoint! I got so addicted to these classes that I attended 3-4 a week. They have such an amazing team of instructors, a breathtaking view of the ocean while you're working out and they make the classes really fun! They definitely exceeded my expectations in a spin studio :)

I was SO excited after reading all of the great reviews to take a spin class here while visiting for the summer - it did not live up to the anticipation! The instructor did a good job teaching the class - it was a great playlist and fun energy. What ruined the experience were the unfriendly women at the Rola desk who were rude and unhelpful.

Been going here for a while and love it. Just had a class with Grecia, she’s amazing. Totally recommend. Fair prices as well.

Best ride Eugenia is a great coach, she kept her rhythm spinning with each level. Amazing to have the sea view, sun energy, great breeze and a perfect heart rate. PS: they have the shoes and the ride cost is 250 pesos (13 US $)

Such an amazing cycling studio. The ocean view really gives it a vibe. The coaches were EXTRAORDINARY, and passionate with their classes. I highly recommend it.
