Our two families of adults and teens enjoyed a this amazing tour. We chose to leave our Cancun resort at 5:30 am, and it was definitely the right call, as we arrived at Chichen Itza before the heat and the crowds. Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Alex, and driver Rodrigo were an excellent team, as we learned a ton and kept us all engaged. The cenote swim exceeded any expectations, and is something we will never forget. Awe-inspiring and beautiful, we are so glad we did this. The lunch at Vallodolid was a great choice. We SO appreciated the delicious food in such a beautiful town. This was an unforgettable adventure, and we cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, Alex, and Absolute Adventures!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I went with a group of 7 to Akumal Bay where we saw 4 turtles, 3 stingrays and a bunch of fish. After that, we went to Taak Bi Ha cenote which was so beautiful and probably one of the coolest things I’ll ever see! We finished with lunch which was provided by the tour. The tour guide, Dulce, was so nice and informative about everything. Our van driver, Rodrigo, was also super nice and did a great job getting us there and back. I would recommend this tour to anyone! What a great experience!

The day spent with Arturo was the highlight of our holiday. He was fun, informative and seemed to take pleasure in our enjoyment. The Kaan Luum lagoon and the Cenote were both very special. My wife snorkelled for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it in a calm and safe environment. I would highly recommend Absolute Adventure who offered prompt responses and a first class service. We’ve done many private tours around the world, but this one was by far the best. Our guide, Dulce, was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and our driver, Carlos, was so lovely. Highlights include Dulce’s incredible knowledge of Mayan cultural heritage across Tulum, zip lining and swimming in a large cenote all by ourselves, enjoying a delicious lunch in the jungle, and ending the excursion snorkeling with turtles in a reef and crystal clear waters. Juan José was our tour guide and Carlos was our driver and let me tell you how amazing they made our experience! They were punctual on coming to get us, so knowledgeable on the Chichén Itzá and even tought us a few words. After he took us to the Cenotes(spring water cave) and it was absolutely breathtaking! After we went to have lunch in the cutest little town near by and the food was amazing, we walked around and seen the little town before taking us back to our hotel. It was so nice to spend the day with them and I will be recommending him to EVERYONE I know! Juan José is such a nice genuine person who you can tell is so passionate about his job and loves to teach people the history of the Mayan people!

We had an amazing time going to Chichén-Itzá and Valladolid with Absolute Adventure! Arturo was our guide, and we got there just as the park was opening. Because we were there before the crowds, we were able to get photos with the temples as backdrops -- and no one else around. Basically had the park to ourselves for a while, which was valuable! We learned so much about the ancient city from Arturo, who was able to point out aspects of the temple and history that we would have completely missed had we been in the park on our own. We then went to Valladolid for a fantastic lunch, and got to walk the city on our own for a bit -- stopping off in a beautiful old church at one point. If you are in the Yucatán Peninsula, make sure you book a tour worth Absolute Adventures! It's worth taking a private tour and not to be missed!

Pick up was smooth and on time. A convenience store stop after our 6 am pick up was perfect for our needs. Our guide, Arturo, was knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, great with kids, and very informative. He guided us through Chichenitza in just the way we needed. We chose our cenote swim based upon his recommendations and enjoyed it tremendously. He helped us avoid the crowds and was flexible in regards to our kids needs. The lunch was excellent... we shopped a little at the end in town all based upon what we wanted to do. The return back to our hotel was smooth. The company Absoute Adventure Mexico is outstanding in their customer service. I had a previous experience in February in cozumel for which we missed the ferry for our tour. This company helped me through it, offered solutions, and gave me a refund when I could not make the tour. Great company.

Juan and crew are consumate professionals. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They know how to make your experience memorable and will go above and beyond to provide a wonderful day. Juan took extra time to help my wife who cannot swim, enjoy the cenote we visited. Would highly recommend their tours!!

We had the absolute best time with both the tours we booked through Absolute Adventure Mexico! Alex G. was our guide for both excursions. He was knowledgeable and fun every minute. He showed up early with a smile, coolers full of water & juice and then organized the group of 20 of us, took our food orders to call ahead to the restaurant (this was no small task as many of us have life threatening allergies) and took us on the most incredible adventures we could ever imagine all while maximizing shade, time and fun! I can’t possibly go into each detail but we were safe, hydrated, had all of our history and culture questions answered fully and had an amazing time! In total we did Tulum Chichen Itza, 3 gorgeous cenotes, toured Valladolid and ate at two fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend Absolute Adventures to everyone!

Our family (2 adults, 1 teen) thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of the Tulum Mayan ruins. Our guide, Alex, provided a great overview of the Mayan culture on our drive from the resort to Tulum. We arrived at the site in the morning and before it got too crowded. Alex explained the importance of the city and the Mayans. We loved it. Afterwards we stopped at the shops just outside the entrance and picked up a few things. Prices were better than in the Cancun Airport. We left our resort around 7:30 (stayed at Hilton Tulum) and were back by lunch. Perfect amount of time! Our driver was very safe as well. This was our second trip with Absolute Adventure Mexico. When we return we will book another excursion with this company! Thank you!

Jorge was a safe driver taking us where we needed to be and Alex was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!! We ranged from 8-77 yrs old and he went above and beyond! Can’t say enough great things!

We had an excellent experience with Absolute Adventure. Our tour guide Juan is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitality. When we first arrived at the Tulum ruins, he brought us to the viewpoint and took the photos without the crowd. After that, he walked through the Mayan culture with us. He had a booklet with him that included some pictures to help us better understand. His explanation was easy and clear to understand. Meanwhile, he took many high-quality photos of us. The two cenotes he recommended to us was fantastic. Our tour driver is also very professional and caring. He prepared drinks in the car and snorkelling equipment when we arrived at the cenotes. He is also very polite and gentlemanly. It is my unforgettable tour experience in Cancun. Thank you, guys!

I had searched for a while and read a ton of reviews before going with Absolute Adventures. It was above and beyond anything I could have expected!! Claire was so amazing, so friendly, so knowledgeable. The driver drove very safe and made us all so comfortable. The van was new and clean, they even kept cleaning it out in between each stop while we were doing an adventure! The guide knew all the right places and ways to go to skip lines... it was just so fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better day and I will most definitely be back for another adventure!!

Absolutely the best decision we made while visiting the Cancun area. Our drivers were spectacular, and Juan 100% made our vacation. We chose private because dealing with large tour buses and guides that have dozens of people means you spend a lot of time waiting and miss a lot of info. Going with Absolute Adventures means you get to experience local culture and history much more intimately and in-depth. When you go with Absolute Adventure, I hope you get Juan as your guide! He had personal relationships with the people everywhere we went. He was able to relate to each of our family members in our own way. Dulce & Carlos were truly amazing, they were very sweet and very accommodating to us and our children. We went to the Tulum Ruins and to swim with the sea turtles. We were picked up exactly on time at our hotel lobby and arrived at the ruins early which was great because it got hot...as in super hot quickly! Dulce was very knowledgeable and answered all our and ours kids very inquisitive questions. She took many family pictures of us and was just overall a pleasure! They provided us with lots of water and other drinks to keep us hydrated. When you arrive to swim with the turles they hand you off to a snorkel person who is actually the one you go snorkeling with. We were provided all the equipment needed and were able to keep our valuables in the van which was great! I will point out, the snorkeling with turtles is off the bay where there is sea grass that the turles like to eat is, you do not get on a boat...you swim from the beach. We had a wonderful time and saw 4 turles and stingrays. The snorkel guy carries a life buoy in case anyone gets tired from the swimming. Overall I recommend this company, very professional and Dulce and Carlos were amazing! Oh and the lunch we had in Akumal (by the turles) was delicious!!

Juan, our tour guide and Omar, our driver, were absolutely amazing! They provided a private tour of Chichen Itza, the Cenote and Valladolid. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Mexican lunch at Atrio. Juan was very knowledgeable and will definitely request them on any future travels to Cancun. We highly recommend them.

We booked the Turtles and Cenote tour with “absolute adventure” and we had such a great time! Arturo was very kind and a perfect guide! He gave us very good recommendations and make our time the most enjoyable. We will recommend this experience with everyone.

They have been the best , very helpful from start to finish (from when we were in Canada till the end of our Tours) .They were Very informative and very respectful. We highly recommend them as this has truly been the best Tour experience we have ever had . We will definitely be seeing them again when we are back.
