I highly recommend this tour agency. My friend and I went on the Tulum Yalku Plus tour. Our guide Max was so informative, providing lots of history about Tulum and the cenotes. They were well organized and, although it is an early start to the day, trust me when I say they plan this out so you avoid the crowds! It was perfect! My friend never learned how to swim properly and Max was super great in making sure she was still able to have the best experience at the cenote and snorkeling. The lunch spot we went to was also beautiful and the food was incredible! I will definitely check out Cancun Adventures the next time I'm in Mexico! 🇨🇦🇲🇽

Our group used Cancun Adventures for our visit to Tulum. We had the pleasure of meeting Lalo and Sexy Charlie. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and a blast to hang out with. If you guys get Lalo, make sure you ask him about the two brother story. Management at Cancun adventures should give both sexy Charlie and Lalo pay increases. They more than deserve it.

These guys are superb! I went to 3 tours with Cancun Adventures and all of them were awesome. Just wish I could have stayed longer for more :) All the staff were super friendly, professional, passionate, and helpful. To name a few, tour guides Rafa, Carlos, and Alexia, drivers Fernando (might be wrong on this, Rafa’s partner), Rafael, Alex, and Carlo. Special thanks to Alexia and her swim coach partner who helped us experience ATV and cenote and gave us an unforgettable day!

We had the best time on the Cozumel Luxury Sailing Tour. Our guide Hugo was so informative, and every single crew member was so kind and helpful. Here is the itinerary of this tour: 1. You get picked up from your hotel in a van with others, and taken to Paseo del Carmen mall where you pay for the Cozumel ferry with your group. Bring cash, $20 per person 2. After some instructions, the group walks over to the ferry, waits in line and boards. By now you’re about 2 hours into the trip. We left our hotel and 10:30 and boarded the ferry around 12:15 3. The ferry trip is about 30 min, you arrive at Cozumel and board the catamaran. Our had a total of 20 people and it still felt spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. 4. Sail to 2 snorkeling locations and swim for 30-40 minutes in each. First one is a protected reef 🪸 and the second is a beautiful area of water where you can paddle board or swim. 5. Sail back to ferry location, and you can either explore the island for 2 more hours or take an earlier ferry back and pay your own taxi back to your hotel. It was a wonderful trip and I would love to do another trip with them!

July 2022 We had a spectacular adventure to Cozumel from Playa Del Carmen. When we arrived from the ferry ride we boarded a smaller boat and Cancun Adventures took us to an absolutely beautiful location called El Cielo. The snorkeling was excellent and the water color was exquisite. They team served a light lunch and drinks (including alcoholic choices). We highly recommend this Cancun Adventure. Photos attached are not edited, it truly is that beautiful!

So much fun… The only problem was we didn’t want it to end! The staff was friendly and everything was clean and wonderful. Jorge was our main guide and I think our photographer’s name was Fernanda, but all of them were great. We sailed to Isla Mujeres, snorkeled on the way, and lunch and open bar was included. Fabulous!

What an amazing tour! I’ve never done anything like that before - totally incredible. The Mayan ruins, Cenote and snorkelling were unbelievable! I really am so glad we booked this tour - it was just the best day! Jesus and Abi were also so kind and made sure we had the most wonderful time. Jesus was really knowledgeable and gave us so much information about the different places we visited. Abi drove us from point A to B and really made us feel safe and secure. Cannot recommend this tour, staff and company enough!

Julie and Romero were excellent! Julie was our guide and was very knowledgeable and a ton of fun! Romero was our driver and did a fantastic job getting us to our two different destinations. The Cenotes and snorkeling were very fun. Cenotes are such cool places. We saw 15 different types of fish in the lagoon.

What a wonderful excursion today .... We got picked up at the hotel... A wonderful driver greeted us and our tour guide. We started the day in a cenote and our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the entire experience. Then we traveled by Van to a beach where we could swim with sea turtles.. although the water was not the most perfect condition to see we still had a lovely time and saw five of them. We finished the day on a private beach and had a wonderful lunch with enough time together get a nap in. Overall the tour was amazing and the staff at Cancun adventures was top notch. This tour does require quite a bit of walking so I would advise that you definitely wear comfortable shoes. Saul and Pepe were amazing!

Our family took the Cozumel Sea Safari. The trip was spectacular!! Our guides, Hugo, Charlie, Ricardo & Esteban were phenomenal! I don’t often leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Hugo was very knowledgeable about the snorkeling sites/wildlife & had a great sense of humor. My wife needed assistance while snorkeling & Charlie helped her the whole time - it made her day. The water was incredibly clear & we saw all kinds of fish, barracudas, starfish & stingrays and of course the reefs. This trip is a can’t miss!!

From England: Absolute dream trip! Definitely worth it, great food, unlimited drinks, Inc alcohol. The representative James was so informative and safe. Captain Ricardo was brilliant, Fabian and Daniel were so good at refilling my cocktails without having to ask too! If I could give 1 million stars I would. Thank you for a beautiful day. Edited: lost 1 star because of Steven. Steven was our initial meet up correspondence...on picking us up we were taken to a shop by the ferry and told we were not allowed to use sunscreen at any point on our trip. We should buy scratch vests from the shop we were standing in.. I asked if I could use reef safe after snorkelling. Just to use on the boat he said no. Most people then bought the shirts...thankfully we didn't as on the tour we were informed we could use any sunscreen on the catamaran after snorkelling. James told us that Steven would meet us at senior frogs when we return on the ferry back to play del Carmen. Steven didn't show up. We were there for so long but no Steven. Thankfully one of the guests knew the driver personally so he called him and the driver told him where to meet him. If it wasn't for that guest knowing the driver we would have been there for much longer and got a taxi back. Thos was the only negative point of the day. The actual.staff on the catamaran were amazing.

The crew and the experience exceeded my expectations. Andi, our guide and the rest of the crew, made sure we were safe at all times. We had a great time snorkeling for the first time too. I almost backed out of our group for this excursion…glad I didn’t!!

Oliver was an absolute amazing guide for our trip snorkeling and visiting Isla Muejeres! He was so welcoming, professional, helpful and clearly cared about the safety of everyone in the group! I don’t remember the names of all the other crew members, but the whole team was awesome! The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, the photos captured are memories my family will cherish forever and the captain did a fine job as well! Thanks for making our trip one of the most memorable Mexican vacations!

This was a great trip ! This was my 4th and my spouses 3rd excursion and by far the best of all being at Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya ! What made it exceptional was three things; Trip planning, quality of places, and the Guide and driver, Super Mario and Alejandro from Venezuela (beep, beep, beep, ….) ! You’ll get it when you go on this trip ! Tour was great with very good historical explanations from Mario. Senote was beautiful with lots of catfish ! A special treat was a second senote, Aktun Chen which is a Caleta senote. Beautiful snorkeling and fish in an enclosed type of senote. Saw big Rainbow fish and many more! A real highlight of the trip !! And we finished at their private beach where we had a great lunch. Although very late was very good. Have the burrito, they are great ! Thanks again to Super Mario and beep beep Alejandro !

Great excursion to Coba and snorkeling with Turtles. Oscar and driver were great with providing site information and with whatever our needs were. Would definitely recommend this excursion and tour guides. Thanks guys Note: Seeing turtles through goggles is clearer than iPhone pic through waterproof phone case or at least the one that I have.
