We were a private group of six adults and 2 14-year-olds. We were signed up for a whale shark snorkeling adventure. We were picked up on time, and escorted to our boat for the day. The crew from living dreams took excellent care of us. We spent over two hours trying to locate the elusive whale shark. Many boats were also searching. We were one of the last boats to abandon the search. The crew offered us a snorkeling stop instead. After spending an hour at a beautiful beach and having lunch, we then stopped and were able to enter the water for a great snorkeling adventure. Riaz and crew were awesome. I would work with this company in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our trip was absolutely amazing! The water was breathtakingly beautiful! I still cant believe how fantastic our pictures came out. Claudia went above and beyond for our group. She was kind and so knowledgeable of the area, Mayan Culture and offered us so much insight into the local culture. She made us feel welcome from the moment we were picked up from the hotel. I would highly recommend this trip and if you are lucky enough to get Claudia you will not regret a moment of it. Thank you so much for making our day and our trip one we will never forget!!!

I was incredibly impressed with Living Dreams private tours, our guides Mariana and Arturo were simply amazing! Mariana was incredibly knowledgable about Chichen Itza, she took her time to tell us all about the historical site and culture. We left feeling like we had learned a lot! We then went to a small town for lunch and were taken to a wonderful restaurant that was delicious and beautiful historic building, then a little shopping before we went to swim in a cenote. The chukum cenote we went to was amazing and Mariana took care of everything even taking all our family photos. I am so glad we chose a private tour, it was more expensive than a bus tour but during COVID times and the personal tour pace and attention it was well worth it!! I felt safe and secure with them the entire day and my family including our teen aged girls were completely impressed, so much so we booked a second tour with them later the same trip to Tulum. Another perfect day! The office called, emailed and set everything up quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my family!

We had the aquatic turtle tour with Alex (Alejandro) as our host. What an amazing time! Would highly recommend Living Dreams experience to anyone. Alex picked us up for a private tour from our resort, just our group in the vehicle, and we had great conversations in the car between locations. Ruben at the sea turtle location was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable of all the aquatic life we saw. The open cenote we went to afterwards was gorgeous and the water was so clear, the little fishes were inches from our fingers while we swam. And lunch was delicious - Alex ordered ahead of time so when we got to the restaurant the food was already getting prepped and then hot in front of us. It was a fantastic day and experience, we would definitely go through Living Dreams for another adventure again!

First time booking Living Dreams Mexico. I booked a deep sea fishing trip for 4/27/2022 for 3 clients. Pick up at the resort was right on time. Staff were friendly and courteous. Clients caught 2 Mahi Mahi that they were able to enjoy after the trip. Lunch was prepared with the fish they caught 4-5 different ways as well as octopus and shrimp. Everything was delicious. I absolutely love that everything was included-transportation, lunch, pictures and beverages. I will definitely be using Living Dreams again.

My wife and I went to Riviera Maya for our honeymoon and booked two excursions with Living Dream Mexico through our travel agent. Our travel agent recommended them as being the best possible choice for excursion in Mexico and she was so right! The first excursion we went on was "Dream Puerto Morelos" and it was exactly as the name suggests. Our guide Uri Garcia took us out to see the beautiful marine life at Puerto Morelos with great local guides to really help experience what the reefs have to offer. Not only did they guide us, they also helped make sure we felt safe and comfortable during the snorkeling allowing us to go at a pace we were comfortable with. Uri was fantastic not only as a guide, but he also took wonderful photos of both my wife and I, but also the beautiful nature we experienced. We loved having Uri as our guide so much that we requested to have him be our guide on our second excursion if possible and he was able! Our second excursion was the "Mayan Jungle Expedition" with the snorkeling with Sea Turtles addition. I highly recommend doing this excursion as it has something for everyone. Your thrill seekers get to do some cliff diving and zipline riding, while also allowing everyone to relax in the beautiful cenotes of Tulum. Uri walked us through the trails gave us lots of interesting facts about Tulum and Mexico as a whole. I highly recommend anyone who makes a trip to Quintana Roo contact Living Dreams Mexico and book excursions with them! Also highly recommend asking for Uri Garcia if he's available as he made our experience absolutely fantastic!

If you go to Tulum or Playa de Carmen, you MUST book this tour with Living Dreams Mexico. And ask for Helios. 😄 Three generations of us, ages 15-70, spent a wonderful day exploring and creating lifetime memories thanks to our knowledgeable, friendly, and totally amazing tour guide HELIOS! Discovering cenotes and zip lining and learning about the Mayan culture and sharing their authentic cuisine surpassed our wildest expectations. Thanks to Helios, we will always remember our family trip to the beautiful country of Mexico.

My husband and I booked a Private tour to Tulum and Coba with lunch. Our guide was Ivonne. She was fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable about the site’s visited. Ivonne made sure all our questions were answered. She also took pictures for us. Lunch was delicious! It was so nice being able to tour at our pace and being able to hear and ask questions unlike most group tours that feel rushed and you can’t always get close enough to hear everything. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we requested Ivonne again to be our guide for their Private tour to Chechen Itza and a beautiful peaceful Cenote. She introduced us to several wonderful Mayan artisans. And taught us some simple Mayan words. We always try to purchase our souvenirs from local talent/ shops and Ivonne new the best places for what we were looking for. I highly recommend Living Dreams tours. Ask for Ivonne. She’s the best!

We had an amazing excursion to Tulum with our guide Alex. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of Mayan history. I would highly recommend Living Dreams Mexico for a tour.

This was the most incredible experience! We've done several guided tours and have never had a bad tour guide yet. They've all been nice and informative; however, Paco was our favorite guide yet! He reads about the history and was full of fun and interesting facts that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He was joking with us and sharing his life the whole day. By the end of the day Paco felt like more of a friend than a tour guide. The tour was amazing! It felt so exclusive. Everything we did it was just my husband, me, and Paco. I hope to book with Paco again sometime because I swear he just was the literal icing on the cake!

Our experience on the Mayan Jungle Adventure was absolutely fantastic in every way. The incredible service began at communication before our vacation. They customized our day based on our kids ages and adventure levels. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, and our guide Jorge did an exceptional job with our entire group. Beginning with private transportation, and a customized cooler of our favorite beverages, then heading to the jungle to experience 4 cenotes, zip lines, cliff jumps and the most delicious lunch. We had memories made that day that will last forever. He also took a TON of photos of us - it was like having out own personal photographer on top of a tour guide. It was such an enjoyable experience, we decided to book a second day with Jorge!!!! Our second day was just as awesome! First off, Jorge took us to swim with the turtles in Akumal Bay. My son was having a bit of a meltdown for some reason or another, and Jorge actually comforted him, carrying him along with the extra float, calming him down and allowing all of us to have a great time. It was so special. Our last adventure was the underground river - we went down into the jungle to a very uncrowded cenote that we climbed down into - and learned from him once again. It was an experience unlike any other! If you are even considering an experience with Living Dreams Mexico, this is your sign to DEFINITELY DO IT!!!! One more thing I loved - the VALUE of this experience is far beyond what you see at first glance. We considered doing a larger group (less personalized) tour. While at first glance, it may have looked to save us a little, in the end - when we added up the private transportation, personalized beverages, and ALL OF THE PHOTOS, it was almost the same - but the experience with Living Dreams Mexico is absolutely unmatched.

The perfect day snorkeling with turtles and then in cenote caves, and then lunch at a local taco spot. The experience is hard to put into words, so much better than we could have even imagined. Paco was incredible yo, so knowledgeable, and really brought everything to life for us. Thank you for a day we will remember forever.

Our first adventure was a large group to see Cenotes and eat lunch at a village. The tour was incredible and the lunch we had was the best food I had all week. We loved Freddy so much that we booked a second adventure to Chichen Itza. Thank you to this company for their excellent customer service and super fun excursions!!

Our tour guide, Hue, took us on the “Aquatic Dream” excursion (snorkeling with turtles and underground cenote) and we had the best time! Completely safe, private, exciting, and a day we will never forget! Hue went above and beyond for us and was a well of information. He definitely made the day even more fun. He even took and delivered photos for us since we were living fully in the moment without a waterproof phone! They also gave us a beautiful little gift for our anniversary! Sweet extra touch.
