I
had
had
an
interest
in
Freediving
at
least
for
two
years
now.
After
the
death
of
my
father,
I
realised
that
being
water
brought
me
comfort
so
I
started
researching
scuba
diving
and
I
came
upon
the
sport
of
freediving.
After
realising
that
it
was
possible
to
be
in
the
water
in
a
more
natural
way;
this
became
my
goal.
For
two
years
I
researched
schools,
locations
etc.
and
I
came
upon
Amancay.
I
first
contacted
them
a
year
ago
and
they
were
very
kind.
I
was
drawn
to
them
specifically
because
there
were
female
trainers
and
I
felt
as
if
male
trainers
might
be
more
focused
on
being
competitive.
This
year,
I
was
finally
able
to
dive
with
them
and
it
was
the
most
cathartic,
eye-opening
and
almost
life-saving
experience
I've
had
so
far
in
my
life.
I
was
going
through
a
very
unexpected
breakup
and
the
coaching
from
Candela,
the
support
from
Mariana
and
simply
being
around
their
energy
was
what
kept
me
sane,
motivated
and
focused.
My
review
is
not
just
about
their
technique
but
the
human
connection
that
I
gained
from
these
lovely
human
beings.
I
was
in
a
very
low
place
and
the
sport,
their
coaching,
their
understanding
and
kind
words
were
what
helped
me
through
it.
Laughs
both
in
and
out
the
water,
precision
and
detail-oriented
classes,
secure
measures
and
reassurance
that
I
would
be
ok
no
matter
what
happened.
At
no
time
did
I
feel
at
risk
and
I
am
100%
sure
that
I
would
have
been
able
to
do
much
better
if
not
for
the
situation
I
was
going
through,
however,
I
am
happy
it
happened
that
way!
I
now
have
a
love
and
respect
for
these
women
and
the
sport
and
I'm
continuing
my
freediving
journey
with
them.
In
short;
If
you
are
looking
for
not
only
professionalism,
attention
to
detail
and
assurance
but
also
that
kind
human
empathy
that
we
all
need...
I
implore
you
to
try
them
out.
They're
really
great!
Keep
shinning
beautiful
women!
Forever
Amancay
