WORST PROPERTY EVER!!!!! Horrible construction. You can hear anything and everything! I understand it’s apartment living but this is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve taken it up with management and was treated terribly and basically told it’s not their problem! I call BS! One of the managers is very rude in my opinion but have liked dealing with one of the newer gals that have come in within the last year or so. When it comes to safety this place is a joke! Constantly hearing fights, screaming, cops pulling up. Personally have seen a horrific event here RIGHT OUTSIDE MY WINDOW.... along with arrest! Granted it’s out of management control but come on!!!! This is my last month here and I couldn’t be any more excited to get the hell out of this dump! Not to mention within a two month period my rent has gone up twice??? Once from a $10 difference to a $25 difference!!! All I have to say is if you’re truly wanting something decent and more bang for your buck please please do not look here! There’s much better options just take your time and look!

Absolutely ridiculous that we have to wait over a month for them to come and spray for roaches, the 900 building is INFESTED!! I’ve lived here for a year and never had a problem with this and I get new neighbors and bam!!!! Sooooo many!!! The laundry room is even filled with them!!! Everytime you go in there’s one! Over a month!!!!!! Management doesn’t seem to care but I have small children and this is veryyyy a big deal for me!!! I would have recommended this place a few months ago but after this I am just baffled… are they going to give us any type of compensation for the traps and spray I’ve been buying?? Probably not!! Or even some money of the rent for the TROUBLE WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! :(

DON'T DON'T DON'T live there!! Almost broke my hip on broken ladder at pool..Police at my building 95 times in 2 years, DRUG dealers, domestics violence and beyond FILTHY tenants. Management cares nothing so don't let the pretty flowers and outside fool you!! Police do NOTHING when called about the noise and drugs. Took 6 months to get hot water and dryers burning up causing fires do to LACK of maintenance!!! AND the police now watching the maintenance man that enters apartments ILLEGALLY hoping to see naked woman and teenage girls!!! Conlin recently arrested at the courthouse!!!! CROOKS and people that work for him WORSE!!!!! Won my battle with them but "problem" tenants still trashing the place and care NOTHING about their neighbors or property.. Rent any place NOT owned by Conlin Properties !!!!!

I want to rate this as a 2.5 but dont have that option, so I gave it a three for the benefit of the doubt. Let me start with I have been here going on 2.5 years and it has had it's fair share of ups and downs. I'll start with the PROS: location is great, I love pleasant hill! I live in the ones across from the bowling alley making access to highway super convenient. I think the apartments are spacious both the two and the three bedroom accommodate for spacing depending on family size of course and how much stuff you have. The management is nice and friendly every time I have encountered having to call them they seem that way anyways. Now let me get to the CONS: I pay almost a 1000$ and I'm not getting my moneys worth, the parking lots are not convenient for how many people live here, people literally throw their trash all over idk how many times I have spent my own time making the place look better by picking up other peoples trash just because it's the right thing to do, instead of getting new appliances for the apartmente they just keep fixing the old ones, for being such a big corporation Conlin properties should have the determination to accommodate all their tenants but thats not the case. Back to rent wise for how much I pay I should be able to do laundry either for free or at least have a useable laundry room, I am currently pregnant and have called twice now because the dryer being broke so I have had to haul my laundry across the parking lot. The washers and dryers are not nice, By the way The laundry rooms are disgusting and I am saying that in a nice way, literally washing my clothes in them makes me feel like they are just getting dirty again. Out of the 2.5 years i have lived here 5 people have been evicted in my building, The people are not the Hi how are you kind, they are kinda rude and could careless about their surroundings. This place could have so much potential for being in the location it is. I just wish Conlin Properties would take living conditions into consideration I sure know the top dogs of that company wouldnt live in these places and that as a corporation you wiuld thing would be their motive but honestly here money just rules the world. I wish I could say I'm paying my moneys worth but I'm not. I do like living here, I just wish I loved living here but I dont. So before you look here just know it definitely is a 2.5 star rating. Hope the future for others here can be better and they see all the things that need to be done, like I said it has potential.

My fiance lived here for 2 years and I lived with him for the last year. This place is horrible. I went without air conditioning for a week in July because I called and no one wrote my request down. then on the day I was supposed to get a new air conditioner I left my apartment for 15 minutes and that's when the matience man came and he wouldn't go in because my dog barked when he knocked. When he got back to the office they called an old phone number of my fiance that he changed and his old roommate that was no longer on the lease so we didn't know the matience man had already came. Then I got a note on my door that said I had to get rid of my dog which we had the whole length of the lease and they knew about him my fiance told them when he moved in but no one wrote it down so our dog had to live with my parents for the last few months of our lease. The pool is always closed. They don't have any security at all. My friend's car got hit in the parking lot and all they said was that's to bad. Right before we moved out the cops busted a meth dealer on the first floor of our building. I felt super unsafe the whole time we lived here so glad to be out.

This place has MICE, ROACHES, MOLD! DONT EVER RENT HERE!!! THEY DONT HELP!!! Unsafe unsanitary place to live!!

They are nasty apartments. Bugs and rats. Saw dead rat in the hallway. The landlord ment me at court cause I was late on rent (that was a my bad my wife was in the hospital and could not take care the children.) She told us we could make a deal with her and stuff b4 we even saw a judge i had no clue was I was doing I was young and she seemed nice. Tshe basically lied so we did not have to see a judge and it made us lose our apartment and we lost all our baby stuff and my child ashes cause they said we had till Tuesday night to get everything and Monday they called and told us we don't have time anymore. There a bunch of druggys and the police were there everyday for something or someone new. It was horrible. When someone broke into our apartment and took our stuff they refused to even work with us as well.

Excellent independent living complex! Extremely clean and always on top of everything. Even making sure their aged tenants are safe upon making wellness checks, fast turnaround. The staff care and the tenants seem to make friends well as well. I recommend. My mother lives there and has never had an issue.

In this apartment complex they have to be very careful, the office staff are scammers, they charge you for water without showing you a bill of what you consume day by day. I lived for 1 year and I never received a bill in my mailbox, it's what they want to tell you every month, that is, you can be absent and they will charge you for water that month. It's a business. What they have in the office with that. But it's not enough for them, and at the end of the contract they don't return the deposit you gave, because they tell you that you have an outstanding water debt that you owe for the first month when you moved. And one going month by month to ask him how much water is. This place is the worst. I do not recommend it . EYE.
