Updated Review - 9/29/23: A vendor brought in Panera for lunch meeting today. YAY! Everyone loves Panera! I normally like to try something different each time. This time I got the Deli Turkey Sandwich. It was delicious! Panera is ALWAYS great! ————- Updated Review - 7/20/23: A group of us at the office decided to get lunch... and we chose Panera. I am glad we did. I was in tbe mode for a really good Chicken Caesar Salad. It was delicious! It can with two containers of dressing. The French Baguette was fresh and tasted great! The delivery was fast and friendly. I highly recommend Panera! -------- Original Review: Delicious food! Fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that ever time I decide which sandwich is my favorite…. they pull it from the menu. BUT…. I guess that keeps us on our toes and gets us to try different things all the time. I love Panera!!!

32min wait for drivethru. Don’t recommend coming here. Go to the one down the road 11miles north. It’s 10min drive it’ll be faster💀 32min wait and I didn’t even get my spoon. Don’t listen to Steve reeves 👇🏻 about fast service I call CAP on that part

Great food if you can wait. 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches and bowl of mac & cheese. Lots of people sitting around just using the wifi that where not paying customers. It looked like a library. I was telling a joke to my kids and a few people looked at me like be quite, So I told them buy some food and then give me an attitude. Clean and limited parking.

I ordered two soups w/ bread bowls for Jessica (stated she is the manager) to tell me they had no bread bowls, no baguettes, and no way to substitute for a different bread and/or refund the cost difference between bowl of soup verses bread bowl. She was also incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.

ordered from the kiosk, took 25 min to get our food. My husbands mac n cheese was ok but mine was like a soup, super runny. Took my salad to go because I could not listen to one more person complain about this place. Will find some other place to eat, never again here.

I just got the take out order…. And the order is incorrect… but what they charged was!!! It would be ok if they’d let me know they ran out autumn squash soup…. Instead they gave me the nastiest soup ever!!!!!! I paid for a group size and that NoT what I got!!!

We got Panera drive-thru tonight for dinner. My husband was the only person in the drive-thru. I ordered the Greek Salad for $8.89 and it was not fresh. Much of the lettuce was brown. The strawberry banana smoothies we ordered tasted watered down and different than they usually do. The sandwich, 1/2 salad and soup we ordered were okay, but the entire order appeared as if a 12 year old made and assembled it. We used to order from this Panera all the time, but the quality of the food is not what it once was. We will not be going back to this location.

I called yesterday with an order of 18 boxed sandwiches to pick up this morning and Julio was so patient and knowledgeable in the catering process. I appreciate it so much and picked it up this morning with no problems whatsoever!

I'm extremely disappointed on my recent visit! I ordered the chipotle chicken with egg & avocado on a ciabatta bun. They are charging over $6 for this sandwich. Barely any flavor and super small.

Arrived around 12:15 on Sunday to pick up a sandwich and soup for lunch. The restaurant did not seem overly busy. Waited over 25 minutes for a cold sandwich(Bacon Turkey Bravo) and soup. I didn’t order anything that seemed like it should have taken nearly that long. Absurd. Also, when did Panera’s prices also get so high. Spent over $20 for a sandwich and soup and they wanted a tip on top of that. If it is that expensive I would expect it to be somewhat fast. On the plus side the food tasted good and the restaurant was clean. Needless to say, will not be returning.

Signature chicken. Sandwich had like a dehydrated cheese pieces,no tomatoe,no Mayo or any sauce just plain was terrible, bubbler lemonade was nasty, chips just greasy nothing good about them either, the Bearclaw was the only good thing and all cost $18.07 to boot. I'm not going back to Panera. It was terrible food and very expensive. What happened to being able to choose your sandwich? Now it is chefs' choice the new menu. Sorry, I was terribly 😞 😞.

The food is good, but I ordered strawberry poppy salad with chicken for my husband and son. It was on the receipt. When I got home, there was no chicken on their salads, and I got extra chicken on my green goddess salad, (Which was still somewhat frozen), and the chicken slices were stuck together. I separated it as it defrosted and shared with my husband and son. I'm glad I asked for poppy seed dressing, extra, cause there was none on their salads. Chicken noodle soup was good, and the chicken and rice soup were also good.

The sandwiches and soups are amazing, a large part having to do with the fresh and well-seasoned bread they bake. The food is already a little expensive for what it is, but their drinks are WAY overpriced, as they're trying to push some membership just for the drinks. Still, it's worth it to visit once in a while to try the new seasonal dishes.

My experiences at Kenosha’s Panera Bread location have consistently fallen short of expectations, mainly due to the lack of good customer service and the persistent issues with incomplete and inaccurate customization of food orders. As a customer, it is disheartening to be met with indifference and to receive meals that do not meet the specified preferences. I sincerely hope that the management at this location takes these concerns seriously and undertakes the necessary measures to rectify these issues promptly. By prioritizing exceptional customer service and meticulous order customization, Panera Bread has the opportunity to regain customer trust and deliver the satisfying dining experience it promises.

Love the feel of the remodeled store. Great place to hang out a bit with a meal or just a beverage. For a value meal, check out their Duets menu for only $6.99. It's basically a pre-chosen selection of the You Pick 2 menu for half the price. Seem to be short-staffed or training staff regularly so can sometimes be quite a wait (especially at noon). Update July 2023: Wait times have improved, but still some staffing issues. Ran out of all coffee at the self serve stations around 5pm.

Food is decent, but they are either too busy or their estimate for rapid pick up is way off. Took at least half an hour longer than estimated. Disappointing service.

Customer service is very poor. Employees can be heard swearing at each other and ignoring customers that come in. Employees at the front are just relaxing at a table talking. Multiple customers came up to the front counter and nobody went to help them. I won’t be returning here, this establishment is very unprofessional.

We love coming here Sunday on our way to church. For the past few months they occasionally have staffing issues and have had delayed opening times. They don't always have the souffles available which is the only reason my son wants to go there.

This review for Panera bread, and this specific location is long over due. This specific location will forget things for your prder, take forever on a mobile order (i come 20min after the projected ready time for a small meal and still wait), they usually have no one at their counter for help, Panera bread over charges for their for based off packaging and the esthetic of the establishment. The food isn't fresher or healthier it just get delivered every 7days (as they advertise which really doesn't seem too different from any restaurant). Today I had the displeasure of spending 12 dollars on a dry under seasoned chicken sandwich and a 59 cents worth bag of chips, I was still hungry. They over charge for food that is less quality than your local Kwik Trip (who's food is delivered everyday BTW). The only thing that's arguably worth the price are the salads. They need to be stopped.

I’ve been going to Panera for years—various locations in and out of WI. I had a reason to be in Kenosha all week long. I visited this particular store three times over the week (both dining in and out (bagged lunch) around the 1:00 hour. I always order the same custom salad. This is By FAR the BEST quality I have ever gotten! The portion was great, The quality and freshness of the ingredients was perfect, even down to the perfectly sliced onions! The only sad thing I experienced was my last two visits they were out of avocado☹️ and today the garbage was piled high outside along with no working internet. But I’m still giving five stars because they clearly care about quality ingredients and presentation. Great job and testament to the management-team!

This Panera is very inconsistent. I always get the strawberry pecan oatmeal and the first time was good, the second time they didn’t provide any utensils to eat the oatmeal, and the last time I went they didn’t put any of the cinnamon topping and they gave me a fork to eat the oatmeal. They need to pay more attention to the orders they are packing.

We usually love our Panera expirience, but that particular one was not so pleasant. Asked for dine-in, had to wait order for like half-an-hour because "there were no clean trays". People ordered to-go were served much faster. If will go next time probably order to-go and consume on a spot.

The restaurant was extremely cold inside and it made our dining experience miserable. Middle of December in Wisconsin, you have to have the furnace on. Food was okay. My daughter's sandwich was made incorrectly and my tomato soup tasted sour. Unfortunately we will not return for a second visit. The staff was kind which I definitely appreciate!

Understaffed and missing ingredients. Visited at 1:45 on a Saturday. Moderately busy, lots of To go orders. It was clear that people that entered after us who ordered through the in store app got their Food before us, who ordered through the Mobil app. It took a very long time, grub hub would come up to the cooks and say “I need my grub hub order” and they would stop what they were doing to fulfill order. Food was good and fresh. Restaurant was a mess, dirty dishes, dirty tables, dirty floors. They are clearly understaffed. They were also missing a lot of ingredients no croutons, steak, avocado, basil, out of multiple soups.
