When I checked in there was a woman standing outside the front door asking for money. This made me nervous, as I was traveling along. Room had a musty (almost like old smoking room) smell. I left a part of a durable medical equipment in the room at check out. Called later that evening and was told that it was not in the lost and found. Front desk person who I spoke with that evening was very pleasant and helpful. Called back the next day and spoke with someone else who was not as friendly and was told that if housekeeping found something that it would be in lost and found. When I asked if they would check with housekeeping I was told that the person would have to contact the housekeeper and call me back. I explained that this part runs around $250. She seemed annoyed to have to investigate this further I have not received a return call from anyone at the hotel. I was staying for business but will not be back.

I felt compelled to comment on this hotel due to my last horrible hotel experience. This hotel is so very clean. It’s wonderful to stay in a clean, no foul smells, no mold, no bugs hotel. The staff obviously cares about this hotel. Also the front desk staff was very accommodating. All with a reasonable price, this is a sure bet if you want to relax for the evening after a long drive. Thank you to the people who work here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, spacious and quiet! We were there for only 1 night passing through to our next destination. It appears they are prepping for a renovation as signs were up throughout the hotel. It’s already a great hotel, so the updates will add more value by giving it a modern feel. The breakfast area design hopefully will change with the renovation. It’s small and not enough space to display the food, so it doesn’t flow well. Plus the breakfast items needs a little more care. The staff was friendly!

The hotel needs renovations badly. I have mostly seen on the road workers stay there so all carpet and fixtures have seen better days, and they get up between 3 and 4 am and they are NOT QUIET. The person at the front desk was friendly but everything else was pretty marked up. If you want to sleep in a clean quiet environment do not come here.

A great hotel for Bristol Renaissance Faire. Only 10 minutes or so away. Clean hotel with helpful staff and management. Manager resolved an issue I had quickly! Breakfast was above average for chain hotel. The cinnamon rolls were particularly tasty.
