    I love Culver's! If you have never been here, cheese curds and custard are a must have. Service and food was great and they got my order out really fast.

    Yesterday, I went to Prime outlet. after shopping I walked in to have lunch. Soon I smelled bad something at the entrance just like restroom smell . I ordered my menu and got my burger. the hamburger bun is cold and bad shape, it just like from garbage can. fries and cheese curd is too salty. I'm from Schaumburg, IL. I always enjoy Culver's but this place is the worst I have ever been.

    I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and there was no one waiting. It took them 20 minutes to bring out the food. The next time, I only ordered a shake. They brought out everyone else's food while I sat there in my car. Finally I asked one of them walking by my car, where's my shake? So after 18 minutes total, be brings out a medium when I ordered a large. I believe he said it never appeared on the dock, but that didn't seem to concern him at all.

    This is the last time we will be coming to this location. We've been having issues with Curd Side for a little while now. Last time, she didn't give us one of our drinks because she said they were out of iced tea. Since I had already paid for it, my husband went back to get it. This time, the girl completely forgot our drinks. When my husband asked for them, she asked if he wanted her to go in and get them. Seriously!? When he came home with the food, our burgers were smashed in the bottom of the bag, no longer assembled. Not to mention, not all of the requested ingredients in mine were included.

    I went to the drive-thru at Culver’s. The lady at the window was SUPER friendly. That is always nice. The wait was not too long. But, when I got back to the office I was disappointed with my Sourdough Melt. These have become one of my favorites…. so I know what to expect. The meat was not as juicy as it normally is…. and it sort of fell apart as I was eating it. It is hard to explain, but it was not normal. I will NOT stop eating Sourdough Melts…. or stop eating at Culver’s because it is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. But I have to give this visit 3 stars. I am sure it will be better next time.

    There was a LOT of kids there at once but I still got my food in less than 5 minutes (keep in mind I didn't get much food for 1 order). The good was amazing as always. Still the people in people in my seat were annoying (they were my friends so that's normal). Would definitely recommend to everyone.

    Did you know that stressed spelled backwards is desserts?? You have one of those hard weeks... and nothing kind of wipes it away like a turtle sundae with your favorite Culver's custard!! And it worked!! super nice crew All the kids there are always nice It came out fast and fresh and delivered to the table with a big smile on their face!! it tasted delicious what more could you ask for?

    Culver's are usually consistently fresh. You wait because it's freshly made. Not my experience at this location. 2 Butterburgers ordered. Both buns were hard on the bottom and the burger was cold, not hot and fresh like usual. They willingly replaced the order but the second round was barely any better. A burger should minimally melt the cheese if it's adequately warmed/cooked. I usually love Culver's and find their food very fresh. This was an anomaly.

    We ordered two concrete mix ice cream‘s, one blueberry and one chocolate and for a homeless lady, one vanilla shake & fish sandwich . We have never been to a Culver’s before. We drive in a big rig & from Louisiana. We will look for them for now on. Ice creams were very good & thick! Great customer service. Thank you & Ms. Mary Anne thanks you too. ❤️

    CHECK YOUR BAG! This is the 8th time we have had missing items. Big ones. When you’re on a timed lunch break from work or you had a very awful day with bad news and you get Culver’s to cheer up- your spouse gets home and we have half a bag of food. We call and say, missing a whole meal out of two meals…. Can we get a refund? NOPE! Not unless we drive all the way back to our store, past your lunch break allotment, and not even get a full refund at that. Then Culver’s says well- Only “cash” refunds. An hour wasted, a lunchtime now fasted instead of eating…. Still a sad day and angry spouse running back and fourth for nothing? Never order here again. Why can’t Culver’s just CHECK THEIR BAGS?! Is your system that difficult or are the employees all new all of the time? What are you guys doing as a business model? The food is great- when it's there. Why won't you fix this?! Did you know that your location is "known" in town for this very problem of withholding ordered food?… Then having the audacity to charge the customer for more food AND a longer wait time to make it right(which isn't right)? Sad to see Culver's go down the drain like this. so sad.

    Let me start by saying this was not a typical Culver's experience, though I had not been to this particular location prior to today. The order-taker/cashier was fine, though never gave me an order number. This led to a young girl wandering the restaurant with a small fry on a tray. By the time I tracked her down, the fries were scattered on the tray in an unappetizing mess. She was going to hand it to me until I said I didn't find it very appealing and it was a to-go order. She and the other young lady at the fry counter then proceeded to scoop the fries back into the bag (bare fingers) and into a paper bag. I took the bag but them dumped them in the garbage as I had lost my appetite. All of this happened after another young Culver's lady spilled cokes everywhere, though I had offered to help her, noticing the cokes were tilting in the tray. She proceeded to yell out 'we have a spill' as I jumped out of the way. I do not hold these young ladies entirely responsible - I believe a lack of training and supervision and no manager in the front to guide and advise. Fixable things, but it will be a very long time before I visit this Culver's again.

    My wife and I stopped by a few weeks ago just to get some custard really quick through the drive through. We ordered a contend a concrete and were told to pull forward. The 2 or 3 other cars in front of us, along with us, had to wait for atleast 20 minutes before we saw a single food runner coming out with any of our orders. When we finally got our order the concrete was completely wrong. Wrong custard flavor and wrong toppings. After waiting for so long for a basic order, watching the runners joke and play as they slowly brought out the orders, and then getting the wrong item we asked to talk to a manager. The manager apologized and said we could get 2 free custard orders next time. Tonight we were nearby and decided to get custard. This time, I ordered a concrete with chocolate custard and crushed oreo. When I got it everything seemed fine until I got halfway down, when I discovered that they had filled the bottom half with vanilla and heath but had then topped it with what I had actually ordered. I have no idea if they had just started to make my order, realized they had accidentally started making it wrong and instead of starting over they just filled in the rest with the correct order, or what happened. Never seen something like that before
