Even though they didn't have my size in a few items I really wanted to get, the staff was very helpful in seeing if they did have them in my size so that was appreciated. Great prices, and I've always loved the Adidas brand. So it is good to find an outlet store that is nothing but the brand. My only thing I'd want to see, is more color choices being available for the pants, and more larger sizes as well. Since I wear a XXL , that size isn't always available.

Today I bought some shoes in this store, and after I paid they sent me a coupon to my email with a 15% discount in one time purchase. One hour later I came back to same store and tried to applied the coupon to a new purchase and the cashier told me that this coupon it was just for purchases online, and the coupon clarily says that discount can be applied in store purchases too, I attach the picture here.

Adidas is a decent shoe brand, kind of on the expensive side though, I used their shoes for years, I wish they still customized shoes, because that was a selling point for me back in the day. the store itself sells decent shoes, friendly clerks, not the selection I was hoping to see, but Im spoiled by online shopping. Got decent shoes though.

If you need to use the restroom and they tell you they dont have one......its a lie! If you're standing at the entrance facing the back of the store. On the right hand side in the back of the store just passed the fitting rooms is a door. Go through that door and almost immediately to your right you'll find the non existent restroom. IF YOU'RE SPENDING MONEY IN AN ESTABLISHMENT THERE IS NO REASON TO DENY SOMEONE THE USE OF THERE RESTROOMS!

Lindsey the manager is extremely rude. Didn’t let me talk about my issue and accused me to be rude. They advertise a price that is not real.l and Don’t honor they prices. Horrible attention

You can't assume the price that's listed on the signs are accurate. The back wall of clearance shoes were supposed to be 50% off -- that's what the big sign on top says. You waste time picking out a pair, trying them on and then waiting in line to purchase. When they ring them up, you discover they are not 50% off but more like 35%-40% off because the tag is a particular color. I told the cashier I did not want them then. What a waste of time. Deceptive practice. Won't be back.

Worst customer service ever. The staff did not even want to help me look for an item because I didn’t have the SKU number would not even look at the picture to see if they could even help me find something similar. This was a waste of a drive and a waste of an Adidas store these associates do not want to help you whatsoever just order online.

I am having the worst experience with this location. I bought golf shoes that have a 1 yr waterproof warranty. I did not wear them until recently when the ground was soggy and the water seeped right through. I bought these from this location on 12/4/21 and because I can't produce my receipt they won't honor the warranty. I gave my email as I am part of the Creator Club, but they can't find my transaction. I do have my credit card confirm of the transaction and it's absolutely ridiculous of the hoops I have to go through considering how much I spent on this transaction.

40% off entire store, the last two times I've visited. They must do this pretty frequently. I got a ton of gear for a great price. Returned wrong size item next day and received an additional 20% off items purchased that day.

Went in there to look for a pair of shoes. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in at all. Had another customer help me grab a pair of shoes down because I couldn’t reach it. Was disrespected when I was rung up.
