I got to try out this spot recently because of my YE status ;) IYKYK Met the owner as well, and I really hope for success for your location!!! So back to the spicy... I always tell myself the older I get, stop eating so much spicy...but what do I do, every. single. time. get. the. spicy. hahaha even if my body hates me for it!! Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich: Personally didn't care for the pickles in it, BUT overall great flavors, moist chicken. The coleslaw on top balances the heat on the sandwich! I do wish the bun was a little more grilled, but I would definitely order it again!! There is a secret menu item too for this ;) just ask them!!! Sweet potato fries were a great balance b/c substance and crunch. nom nom. Oh and thank you for the coupon for my yelp followers and social followers, been blasting that code out there!!! I thought i would try this place. I got the double stacker and it was great. Cooked to perfection. Placed looked good...servers were nice. Im going to ding this place on the fries. There had plain Crinkle fries and sweet potato fries. This place needs to get some Cajun seasoning, cheese fries, or someing UNIQUE for their fries. If this place got something special it would be much better.

Tried their Nashville Hot chicken burger with Nacho fries. Loved how spicy it was, without overpowering the flavors of the tender/juicy chicken. The fries had quite a zing to em. Kathy and Mia were friendly and courteous and guided me through my order since this was my first time here. Will definitely recommend 💯

Compared to other burger places this has a touch of unique features. Something that gives it an edge over other places. This is now my second time being here and I do enjoy it over the standard burger joints. Worth a try or two ;)

One of the best halal burgers in all over California, trust me. Would recommend to try all the burgers but americano is the best. 5 out of 5 for french fries😁 and for friendly staff🎉

This is my first time here. I was kindly greeted which is a great impression. I ordered the Spicy Hawaiian Sandwhich , and spicy garlic fries. Everything was going great until my fry container wasn’t correctly closed, AND the lady with the long green acrylic nails closed it. With no gloves. I felt totally grossed out. Whatever, I still ate them because I didn’t want to be called picky or make a fuss about it. Next day I fell sick , and I highly believe it’s because of that lady’s hygiene. It’s super unhygienic. At least wear gloves if you’re going to have acrylic long nails. I personally wouldn’t return here. I’ve never been to a restaurant where women with long nails don’t wear gloves. It’s gross. Please fix this for your future customers.

The way they make you use a screen to order yourself is absolutely ridiculous when they have workers right there to take the order. Those screens don't even work properly and it took longer to order than if the girl just took the order. The food was good enough but nothing like the hype on Instagram and WAY overpriced! $40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. I've had way better for that price. Would not recommend.

Tried their Nashville burger which was nice and spicy but expensive. Just the burger on its own costed 15 dollars which included 3 dollars charge for the spicy sauce.

I got the crispy chicken nacho fries. The chicken was really good but I was disappointed to find out that the fries are crinkle fries… They didn’t include enough sauce so the fries were plain, and a few pieces were overcooked.

I enjoyed the burger with mushrooms really good and the buns are so tasty and also the fries are awesome taste I finished everything in the plate compared to other places the price is so good

Best place to get some great wings! Very consistent quality; the wings are a great size, covered in plenty of sauce, and always fresh. I love their wings and this place has become my go to spot for some comfort food. I always order the 48 wing family pack. Perfect for a quick dinner and plenty leftovers for lunch the next day.

It was my first time here. The staff was nice and friendly . I really enjoyed the mango habanero wings . I will definitely be back next time that I am in the area.

Fara, the cashier, was awesome she explained and recommended what to order and it was spot on. It also helped that we had family visit this restaurant last year and they left riveting reviews. The HYPE is real cause it is that good. Highly recommend this place.

HEADS UP: a side of Fries here is huge; one serving will easily satisfy two or even three people. Many customers were throwing fries away as they exited. I enjoyed the sweet vs. spicy taste bud tug of war the the Hawaiian Spicy Burger offers. The iniBurger size was tall and substantial - indeed it should be for ten bucks. My two buddies thought their burgers were merely mediocre. By the way, I awarded an extra star for atmosphere given they provide outdoor seating. I took one away for slow food preparation, most likely due to a mere two employees working at the time.

I want to thank Yalda for her amazing customer service and making sure her customer are happy and satisfied. I loved that she was calm, collective and help resolve the issue. Yes the one person I spoke to prior wasn't as fair but having a manager who handle issue like Yalda keep customer coming back and we'll deserve the rating a restaurant gets. Thank you for addressing my order mix up issue today. I've not visited this location but yes I have had burger from here that were for a luncheon. It was a large order for 35+ student and 10 adults. It was a supper rainy day which meant hunger student and staff. They made sure every burger were made to perfection. Being it was a large order every burger was perfect perfect and not one over cooked. Not one person complained that their burger was dry missing some thing or flavorless. That's a win in my book. We ordered the Malibu chicken burger and bigi Americano, Each order came with a side of fries. The burgers are a good size, super filling. We ended up with alot of fries to share. Couldn't share pictures of luncheon as it was students. Would I come again yes. I wasn't aware of this location. I've been to the Fremont location and have always been greeted with the same type of customer service and amazing burgers. Why I love INI menu is because it is the perfect mix for a family with little ones and adults. Adults can order full size burgers. I love the they have mini burger and you can customize your mini box, perfect for the little ones. Once again thank you Yalda.

This place has lots of good reviews so I went in to see if it deserves them. It definitely does! Excellent burger, excellent onion rings, even some good soda options besides the standards. As Arnold would say, I'll be back!

Went here but I was actually going to wing stop well glad I didn’t. All I have to say is the Nashville hot chicken sandwich just get that. But beware if your sensitive to spicy just don’t get a regular burger. It was incredibly amazingly delicious I freaking love spicy mostly everything and this burger was beyond the spicy I expected this will be my go to spot from now on.

The food tasted amazing. The Hawaiian spice burger was by far the best flavor, with the perfect amount of spice and meat. The loaded crispy chicken fries tasted amazing as well. The nachos, fries, and meat worked together really well. This is a place I would definetly come back to
