Everything was great but underground parking is an extra 18lv per night, which we did not pay as we found ample free parking spots around the hotel.

Small futuristic hotel with a chill and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are definitely high-tech - the bathroom windows that go from matt to transparent, the in-built charger on each side of the bed, the camera which allows you to see who’s standing in front of the door etc. The staff is friendly and there’s free snack and coffee accessible 24/7 in the kitchen corner. As a disadvantage I’d say that the rooms are too small and too dark (only one window that takes 1/3 or 1/4 of the wall). On a side note, the breakfast was kind of overrated and overpriced. Poor choice of food for a 4-star hotel, and most of it was somehow tasteless.

We booked four rooms in the hotel for a weekend trip to Plovdiv. The hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the absolute highlight were the high-tech parts. The rooms have built in wireless phone chargers and automatic blinds. Parking is free. The prices are great for the excellent quality you get when you book the Este Park Hotel. We can definitely recommend it and would book again if visiting Plovdiv again!

καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο, φοβερή διακόσμηση, με πολυτελή κλινοσκεπασματα, τέλειο στρώμα, και μοντέρνο μπάνιο με ντους βροχής. ωραίο το σύστημα με τον αυτό.ατο έλεγχο κουρτίνας και φωτισμού. καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Πρωινο δεν πήραμε. στα μείον θα βάλω το ότι το εξωτερικό πάρκινγκ είχε μόνο 4 θέσεις. επίσης στην τηλεόραση ειχαν βάλει ένα σύστημα που δεν δε άφηνε να βάλεις ότι θέλεις.

Чисто нов хотел,много любезен и отзивчив персонал,топло и уютно в стаите. Банята е просторна,матраците са удобни,нямам никакви забележки. Почиства се всеки ден👍Препоръчвам💯💯💯

Excellent hotel. Great service, fantastic high-tech room, good coffee and working space available throughout the day. Free parking available right outside. I wish more Western Europe hotels were like this.

Great rooms, top employees. Everyone was very polite & Helpful. About 10 min from the Old Center, not expensive to reach by taxi. There is very good Mall next door and Starbucks for all coffee lovers.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and I give it a perfect 5/5 rating. Everything was spotless and brand new, from the lighting to the contactless charging stations to the spacious lavatories. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere.

Great spot if you are attending any of the rowing events nearby. We were here for the 2023 u23 world championships. Short 10 min walk to course through the park - ver safe. Hotel staff were accommodating and helpful. Rooms are top notch. Beds, linen and pillows all excellent. Construction and technology are second to none. We experienced multiple days of above 40 Celsius weather. The A/C was perfect - much better than other hotels by reviews from other associates in area. Shower is overhead rain drop with high pressured wand that work well. Breakfast is 18 lev per day. - we only did it once. There is complimentary coffee, water, cookies and apples. Confection machine in lobby with the usually plus beer, wine,Prosecco. Only takes coins. Mall is a block away with McDonalds.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the self check in. Only downside was that parking turned out to be a bit challenging as, apparently, you have to have booked a spot in advance.

Due to very bad weather in Munich, my flight got cancelled. Although the Hotel has little stricter cancellation policy, I sent the cancelled flight info and got a VERY friendly call from Hotel manager who understood the situation and cancelled the reservation without any costs. Although I havent been in Hotel yet, I definetly want to visit even more. In today´s Digital Dement world, a personal touch and direct contact from human beeing understanding the situation is just what one needs. Thank you for your understanding and see you soon!!!
