Super bad service. Waited 15 minutes for a menu whilst at least 3 other tables received menus. It wasn’t busy at all. The waiter came by after and asked what I wanted and I said a menu. He walked off even though the menus were near by and disappeared. I got up and left. Very bad service.

+ Locatie is top + Lemonade was lekker + Pasta was oke + Serveerster sprak geen Engels maar was wel aardig - bruschetta viel zwaar tegen - Alles duurde heel erg lang (het was niet super druk) we zijn hier 2 uur geweest, voor 1 drankje en wat eten. - peper zout olie setje is echt vies - toilet kan niet op slot. - lege borden en glazen bleven de hele tijd dat we er waren staan. - het eten dat we wilden was er niet.

Ужасяващо грубо и агресивно държание на собственика на заведението. Реших да вляза и да си закупя вода, за да ползвам тоалетна и когато пожелах да платя с карта в българки лева, въпросният стана агресивен, защото имал такса при плащане с терминал. Когато му казах, че това не ме касае, започна да ме блъска и да ми вика, да ме гони от заведението. Да ми обяснява колко много такси и наеми плащал. Нямам думи. На косъм съм да извикам полиция. Рейтинг 2.1 е много. Пожелавам успех с бизнеса.

I visited here for a coffee and it was so delicious I ordered 3 more! Best coffee in town, arguably since we came to Bulgaria. The portions are proper sized and generous. Beautiful atmosphere by the main Plovdiv fountain accompanied by great service. I will be back.

The glasses were dirty, the icecream was o e on the photo of the me u and different when they served it and when we asked them to change it they only put it in a different cup with one more ball. There were no napkins and the table was dirty. I dont recommend.

Who knows for which mysterious reason, some people didn’t understand yet that it does not worth to treat clients bad. Upset service. Our mistake? Probably that we didn’t speak Bulgarian.

My daughter brought me a take away coffee from this cafe and it was so good, I had to write a review to give the manager of the cafe and it’s staff the credit and recognition they deserved as it is the best coffee I have had since visiting Bulgaria. Thank you and keep it up.

How it is possible... 25 clients on the terras, 3 servers.... Waiting 15 minutes for the first beer, and 20 minutes for the second... Like there are not interessed to make money on a sunny afternoon....
