Their ice cream is SO overrated. I went there after hearing so many people obsess about this place and I was so disappointed with both the flavors and texture of the ice cream. Out of the few flavors they have, keto hazelnut is pretty much icy water with blunt hazelnut flavoring, sheep-milk yogurt tasted nothing like yogurt and had just a general sweet flavor, and I don't even remember the third flavor I got, very unimpressed. And the prices are SO high. Don't waste your money there, not worth it.

Saw that they had vegan options here so went to check it out - and they had a dark chocolate ice cream! It was super good! :) We had it in a cup as the cones aren't vegan. Thank you for offering vegan ice cream here in Plovdiv :)!

Small ice cream 90gr =7BGN . Why it is twice the price that in the neighboor main street? It was a good ice cream but not better than other I taste in Plovdiv

They have the most delicious gelato i have ever had. Pure and bio ingredients, soft and fluffy structure, unique taste with rich flavour. It is made on site and always super fresh. Many unique flavours to choose along. I highly recommend them as a must visit place in Plovdiv! :))

Really amazing ice cream and cone, sweet enough but not too much!

Great gelato, I would say the best in Plovdiv. However for the price you are paying I’m expecting perfect experience. When they started there was biscuits and sprinkles to top your ice cream and now they don’t have any of this, which was disappointing for me and my kids. Still the flavours are awesome.

The best place in Plovdiv for gelato/sorbet/ice-cream. The flavours are outstandingly rich without feeling heavy. The staff are extremely friendly, they let you try any of the freshly made gelato before you buy it. There are at least one or two new flavours everyday so there is no excuse to not keep going back.

We visited the place in Plovdiv on a hot Saturday afternoon and it was empty which was the first red flag. They are advertised as offering gluten free options. We explicitly explained several times that I have celiac disease and every little piece of gluten will make me very sick for days. The girl behind the counter assured us several times that all the presented flavors are gluten free and we trusted her. We had the french cream, strawberry, cappuccino and lavender tastes. We weren't particularly impressed by any of them and the french cream was straight up blunt. Long story short, I got severely glutened at this place. I don't recommend it at all for celiac people as they can't be trusted on their claims. And I don't recommend it for the ice cream quality either, it's overpriced and the taste and texture are average at best.
