Well, I was here 10 yrs ago, back today. The place didn't lost its glory, and the service and the food is superb. I would honestly say, that the complaints are not relevant at all. Would highly recommend. Final note - we all, four of us, are eating together.

We had the bulgarian ethnic salad, the cabbage sarmi with minced meat and the mish-mash. The ethnic salad was okay, the sarmi very greasy but seasoned well and the mish-mash was undercooked, so much that you could still see the clear egg white not even cooked. We call the waiter to explain the situation and they were very rude, stating that "it has always been cooked like this". I could have rated 3 to 4 stars if the staff were polite but I got a negative attitude afterwards and no apology for the undercooked plate. Will never set foot in a Dayana ever again.

Fantastic restaurant in Plovdiv which has a very big selection of dishes and a good drinks menu. The ambience is so serene with the waterfall and the trees and plants everywhere. The Shepherds Salad was simple but really nice. Their homemade bread with butter and herbs came out piping hot and it was was delicious.

Nice location. We liked the food. We were told the service was extremely slow, but maybe we were lucky that day because it wasn't bad at all.

The patatnik was absolutely delicious. The shopska salad was very fresh.

Wow, great taste and phenomenal value! We had 2 appetizers and 2 full meal size sides plea combination mixed grill (~1 kilo of meat) to plus 500 ml of house wine for roughly $35. It appears that your best bet is to visit on the weekends: our food was fresh and there were several large local celebrations. Very yummy, great atmosphere too

A must for all visitors of Plovdiv! The only place where we had delicious traditional food.

I don't get those low rates. During my stay in Bulgaria l ate a lot. Really a lot. And this place was one of the best! Very good prices and great taste. What's more you can find a free place without ang problems. Fully recommend it!

This place looks amazing and I was so disappointed when I tried the food. I initially ordered tarator, which they served warm whilst my friend's chicken soup was cold. I ordered cola but I got fruit juice instead. After I was thoroughly disappointed I decided to double down and order the lamb skewer. What came was meat the reeked of rot to such an extent that the waitress that passed by our table thought that the smell was coming from the bathroom.

Very good food and at a good price. The best place to try traditional Bulgarian food. Very cozy terrace. Perfect place for drinks and dinner
