Bad services,we don't had towels..too much expensive than the price which refer to.. I hadn't seen worst bathroom and never had hot water...jungies would come to the bathroom..

I had booked 2 rooms for our stay at Home Hostel 3 months in advance, but when we arrived, the hostel owner couldn't find our booking and told us that the hostel is overbooked. After talking on the Hostel World Hotline he finally found the booking, but we had to be accommodated in one room. He made us feel like he’s doing us a favor for staying there, even though it was his mistake for not properly checking the bookings. After I asked for us to be charged for 1 room instead of 2, he told us to pack our bags and leave if we don't want to pay. The staff wasn’t always there and their attitude was VERY rude. The room itself was ok, but the commonly used toilets/showers (2in1) were far from ok. They were constantly wet, the drainage was not working properly, so you had to shower in other people’s dirt. Overall, the experience with the hostel was bad. Having said that, the location of the Hostel is on point :).

Place is ridiculous. Front door handle broke so we stood stuck at 2 in the morning to wait for th landlord to open for us and it seemed he knew about the problem and has never done anything to fix it. They are selling a doublre room with no ait condition nor heating and without plugs in the wallw They lie obthe site offering a double bedroom with bathroom and the only has one bed. Absolutely unacceptable.

We booked Anthora Hostel through Agoda but could not find it when we get there. There is Home Hostel located in that address. The owner says they are changing the name to Anthora and awaiting the new sign board ready to be installed. The hostel has been renovated. We stay in a double room with AC/Heater, spacious and there is a lounge inside. There is small kitchen with big fridge, microwave and coffee machine. So, tea, coffee and water are provided. Bathroom seem newly fixed as it looks new. Overall hostel interior has just been newly renovated. We love our stay there. Location is perfect, close to everything you want to go.

The location was perfect for exploring the old city with restaurants and things to do all around. The owner of the hostel was very nice and extremely helpful with tourist tips. The room was small, cozy, and perfect for one person. The room also had an AC / heating unit so I was able to control the temperature myself on the cold days. The only issue I experienced was the toilet in my room's bathroom was leaking whenever it was flushed. I notified the owner and he immediately looked into it and called the plumber.

I cant say its a cleanest place ive ever visit. But an owner(who i never met) doing one of a smartest thing i have ever seen. He hires most sexiest, most ripe bulgarian girls as a receptionists. You wont believe it. They not doing much job. Dirty toilets, tobacco smell everywhere, garbage bags in "newly" cleaned rooms. Some of the girls invite other girls(i assume all of them are college students doing part time job) so you feel like living in a flower garden.

Very disappointing experience. Awful service. We did not have towels or hot water. The bathroom was not clean and the bed sheets were stained and clearly had not been washed.
