I spent a month here, rarely in my life, I have been so welcomed. Ivan is an amazing host. Extremely caring and efficient! 😍 You can reach him all the time and he responds quickly! The rooms are very well decorated, and extremely quiet. You are literally on another planet. The bedding is amazing. Sleep is deep and we hear nothing at all. Perfect for recharging your batteries and feeling relaxed! The neighborhood is super clean and quiet, and very trendy. I can only 1000x recommend this place! (remember to bring a small gift from your country for your host, it's always appreciated!) 🎁

Our host was the best. He even washed our clothes for us and advices us many places to visit in and around Plovdiv!

The art guesthouse is THE place to be in Plovdiv! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best location in Capana, the most beautiful place of the center of plovdiv with restaurants, bars, cafes and many little shops. It's licated in a quiet little street. The owner Ivan is a lovely guy who will make all the necessary things and advices you need. He comes in 5 minutes if you need something and he is a very nice person. You should take the room with the roiftop to enjoy your breakfast with a stunning view on Plovdiv and all the monuments, the hills and the mountains. But what i have prefered is a night view where you can drink a glass of wine. Incredible guest house experience here! I travel a lot and it was one of my best! You should go without any hesitatiin! Cozy guest house in the heart of Plovdiv. Amazing roof top space to chill and have fun.

Lovely little guest apartment. The owner met us on arrival and gave a personal tour of Kapana. Great part of town to stay and the apartment was just off the main streets so it was beatifully quiet at nights. Comfortable safe and warm

Perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Clean, comfortable room. Fast wifi. AC. Access to kitchen. Our room had a small patio. Close to everything you need and more. And Ivan, the owner, is wonderful.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderfull! I'd recommend it 100% to everyone. The owner is such a nice person and host, he'll tell you everything you have to see in the city and where to eat the best food!
