Nice place to take a break! Great place for a quick lunch and coffee. There is a summer terrace and comfy coaches on the second floor. Toilet are clean but don’t throw away you receipts there is a password to unlock the door. I Recommend costa coffee!

I ordered a cake and coffee, the cake was old and covered in small hair. showed the staff, shrugged their shoulders, the money was not returned to me. none of the coffee shops had such bad service

Very kond and capable personal. Highly recommended. Location is great but as most places in Bulgaria they let people smoke on all tables. Very sad.

Costa coffee shop, a chain known throughout Europe. The coffee and cakes are excellent. The service is good. Located in Plovdiv's pedestrian street. It was fun and pleasant as usual to drink coffee there.

Absolutely horrible, dirty, damaged and old place. There is a mess on 2nd floor, everything is dusty, dirty and lack of care. There is are big spider webs over your head, just awful. Please clean it and renew the toilet

Average coffee, the regular Costa food. Good place and atmosphere.

We try to spend some time in this lovely place , unfortunately service was so bad that we need to wait 35 min to take our order . Tables are as unserved like in picture below and we need to clean it . They make mistake with our order 2 times . For sure they need to work more to improve the service.

The food was nice and tasty and the service was nice. The place looks very cozy and classy. I only wish that they could start warming up the pastries as well! Unfortunately, currently they are only allowed to warm up the sandwiches. So if you want a warm pastry, keep that in mind.

We visited the coffee shop yesterday - very slow service and not good at all, they even do not remember orders. Place is dirty, good that the toilet is with a code to enter, however looks like a horror movie…

It was a cold morning but we were snug and warm.I had a giant coffee and a lovely biscuit.

A bit slow service even though there was no people waiting on a queue. Other than that the well known taste of the Cappucino :)

Staff have no smile, told them we did not want takeaway cups as we were staying in the coffee shop even worse facial expression offered them my Costa loyalty and they looked at it strangely as it had stamps from Burgas!. Wifi very poor. Plovdiv deserves better service.

A tad pricey even by Plovdiv standards, but well worth the wifi and coziness. The coffee itself is decent. I've spent many afternoons here working on my laptop and I've never been disappointed by the facilities or the atmosphere.

The interior is very, very dated. It's an absolute shame a large chain like Costa is doing so little to keep it tidy, clean and renovated. A small cappuccino is 4.2 leva btw. You can get a cheaper coffee in the fanciest coffeeshop in town.
