    If you are not a subscriber to the clinic, which in itself is not cheap at all, prepare a few hundred BGN for your child's treatment. The equipment they work with seems modern, but the broken seats in the waiting room and the lack of hot water in the toilet (and the misery there) make a bad impression. Some of the staff are friendly, but others are rude and treat you like a piggy bank/credit card. We had a nightmare Christmas. I highly recommend avoiding the clinic.

    Crazy disgusting place! Hygiene under any criticism! The doctor was under all criticism! Service under any criticism! Yesterday, for the first and last time, we had to visit this so-called "Clinic", we waited for an hour and a half, other people came with their subscriptions, they entered and left before the others waiting.. You pay them 40 BGN and absolutely no attitude.. The waiting room was overcrowded, and even an open window would give little or no ventilation! The examination itself was an examination of my 8-month-old baby and an overflowing prescription with various medicines (and we went because he had a high fever, vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days, and he didn't even remember to measure his temperature)! The doctor allegedly would not have been able to give adequate treatment to the baby without tests and told us if we wanted to do tests, where they were done again in the same "Clinic" and where they again charged us a 22 BGN fee! And guess what the doctor in question saw.. that my 8-month-old baby most likely had the coronavirus, as he had low levels of leukocytes and erythrocytes! Just CRAZY!!!

Един единствен път звъннахме с проблем да поискаме съвет от доктор. Беше ни казано, че докторът в момента е зает и ще ни върне обаждане. Такова така и не последва! Платихме 130лв., за да си седим вкъщи и да чакаме да изтече срока. Гледат на родителите единствено като на касички, а заинтересованост нулева. Избягвайте ги при всички случаи!

    Ние сме нови абонати и ни се наложи да чакаме от 10.43 до 12.18 ч, а детенцето е за профилактичен преглед, като имаше ужасно много хора и нямаше никакъв ред, само по нахалните успяват да влезнат за преглед. Само да кажа, че детенцето ние на 20 дена. Уважаеми господа Ако не се въведе ред или запазване на часове, това чакаме по близо два часа е унизително за частна клиника с абонамент.
