    My mother was crippled by the orthopaedician there.They just want your money and to drain health fund.All the talking and stories of how "good" they are will dissappear once they made the intervention.No matter the results,you will not be seeing them again because for them you are now worthless piece of meat.

    I am very satisfied with the procedure carried out at Pulmed hospital in the ENT department by Dr Ivan Delchev. I was surrounded by professional and kind care. At this moment I also thank the nurse Stoyanka Kalcheva, who without regard to the language barrier helped me with the procedures. The procedure itself and the hospital stay were of the highest level, everything went smoothly. The hospital rooms are in very good condition and there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

We were recommended Pulmed in an emergency case with two fractures of the fibula and tibia of the shaft of my husband's tumor endoprosthesis because they supposedly had specialists. We came with ready-made X-rays from Tryavna, where they did not have an orthopedist. After our arrival, the doctor did not even want to see the disc with the photos and immediately asked for new ones, without the patient even coming to the emergency room, let alone being examined - someone else should be taken.... After the photos, the husband he has been waiting for me for over 3 hours, in incredible pain and with a double fracture, without anyone looking at him. I'm keeping the parking slip as proof that I paid for 4 hours of parking. The orthopedist never came, and the emergency doctor said he didn't care, he had done his job... We left. I hope this hospital goes bankrupt soon. We then went to the surgeries where within an hour my husband was examined and treated by two incredibly competent and smiling orthopedists. След снимките съпругът ми чака над 3 часа, с невероятни болки и двойна фрактура, без никой да го погледне. За доказателство си пазя бележката за паркинга, според която платих за 4 часа паркинг. Ортопед така и не дойде, а докторът от спешното каза, че не го интересува, той си бил свършил работата... Тръгнахме си. Надявам се тази болница скоро да фалира. След това отидохме в хирургиите, където в рамките на час съпругът ми беше прегледан и терапиран от двама невероятно компетентни и усмихнати ортопеди.

The Emergency doctor was chatting, I was in shock Me: Sorry but I think he is having a heart attack, pls do something Doctor: It's 1 am and you say you came for a heart attack? Me: Can you plan a heart attack? Doctor: This is a private hospital, you have to pay Me: OK Doctor: you have to pay (by the way, the patient's condition is not stable) Me: I have money (I try to prove that I can pay by opening my wallet and showing my money, credit cards etc) by the way security guard (!): You’re in Bulgaria not in Turkey (he said and walked over me, I couldn't understand this racism at that point, so meaningless) finally they decided that I had money and can pay the bills :) They started the tests, the result was HEART ATTACK!! (Sorry doctor for an unplanned heart attack) After all , no matter how hard they tried to convince me to stay in the hospital , I couldn't trust this hospital who believe that a heart attack can be planned. I spoke with the doctors in Turkey and took the patient to Turkey.     I strongly recommend the Children's Department of Pulmed. A professional attitude and dedication to the work of the whole team, which is unfortunately rare nowadays. I am relieved that I can count on 24/7 if needed!

    Clean place, some personal is nice. Did MRI here and got a result after 10 minutes with disk. Hard to plan visit to doctors cause there are always several people who booked same time? Wonder why that happens all the time. Awful service in emergency: on Saturday in evening I couldn't breath and needed help, came here and doctors ignored me!! I asked for doctor, reception woman said: I can't help, wait for him. After 40 minutes 2 doctors came out drinking coffee and said we will not check you, come on Monday morning. What the hell? I have money, I came to pay for your service and you simply left me with nothing?! One day many people will die here with such service!

    Има какво да се подобри. В детско отделение и в гинекология баните са откровено гнусни. Персоналът в детско е претоварен. Работят по един лекар и една сестра на смяна. Не е ок. Още по-забавното е, че санитарките в детско се изживявят като лекарки, морални стожери и възпитателки. Току-що имах следния разговор с една от тях в резултат на това, че от половин час бебето ми вдига температура след парацентеза. Когато почуках на вратата на лекарския кабинет и никой не ми отговори в 5 30, питах къде е сестрата. Казва ми, че я няма. Питам за доктора. Казва ми се, че спят с тон сякаш ги търся, да им продавам нещо. Казвам, че ми трябва някой, защото е с 38, при което какво мислите ми отговори санитарката? "То 38 не е висока температура." Санитарката, бе, хора! Казвам й, че не ми трябва мнението й, а сестра. Идва сестрата, не е доволна от измерванията на температурата с дигиталния ми дистанционен термометър, който ми казаха да си донеса, че те нямали. Носи ми друг дигитален за под мишницата. Успяла ли съм била да измеря. Успях, госпожа, пак 38.2 показва. Добре, че се оказа малко от малко човек, та ми помогна за това да му дам панадол през устата, че малкият повръща всякакви сладки неща и вече четвърти ден драйфа поне по два пъти на фонтан - от прахчетата, които му дават против диария. В гинекологията нещата не са много зле. Не много. Сравнявам със Селена, където съм лежала 3 пъти също. В УНГ са най-приветливи, макар че пият кафето прекалено дълго и не разбирам какво наложи да чакаме днес 3 часа преди да направят 20 минутна процедура. П.П.Взимам си думите назад. Не защото нещата не са така, както ги описах, а заради завеждащата отделението доктор Данева. Великолепен специалист и човек. От мига, в който тя се намеси, състоянието на детето се подобри веднага. На вторичния преглед му каза, че го обичя, докято му слушаше гърдите и дори ми п. омогна да си облека якето. Такава внимателна дама и такъв специалист в едно!

    Храната е много вкусна. Лежахме в детско отделение , детето имаше пневмония. И още на следващия ден започна да се подобрява, това е най-важното. Всички лекари, сестри и санитарки бяха много любезни и отзивчиви. Което приятно ме изненада, свикнала съм медицинските работници да са по-груби и изнервени. А имахме и късмета да сме настанени 2 майки с деца в 1 стая с баня. Има и стаи с по 5 легла с 1 баня. Съседната стая беше манипулационната, където сестрите слагат абокати, на всички новопостъпили деца, чуваше се денонощен плач и пищене. Всъщност това е най-лошото, което ще преживее майката, да стои отвън пред вратата или да държи детето си, докато то пищи и реве. Може би има някакъв по-щадящ метод за поставяне на абокат, не знам. Ако няма, дано скоро се открие. Влязохме с направление от лл, в края на 2022г платихме такса при постъпване от 120лв. , в стаята има телевизор с кабелна и безплатен интернет, в банята няма тоалетна хартия.

    Criminal and abusive behavior in an emergency room. Even before the examination, get ready to be "placed" in the appropriate department. Then they realize that it is proper to examine the patient anyway, so that they have grounds for their words! This is the last time I visit an emergency room at this hospital!!!!! In conclusion, I will say that not everything is money and clinical paths, and not every complaint is treated with a hospital stay!

    At the beginning of February 2024, I was admitted for treatment at the "Palmed" UMBAL in the department of orthopedics and traumatology with the head Dr. Georgi Tikov.     I'm giving a 1 because it just doesn't get any lower. All they care about is taking the money - yours and those on the clinical trail. I've always thought that Surgeries are the worst place you can be, but no. And the both places you get equally inadequate care, but in Pulmed it is many times more expensive! A complete tragedy!

    I entered for treatment at the ENT department of PALMED Plovdiv in a rather serious state of health!
