Девет месеца тренировки изправиха тялото ми и вече знам, че е важно да изградиш мускулатура, която да държи тялото в правилната му позиция. И продължаваме безотказно....:) Обичам ви момичета от ❤️. This place will get you fit and feeling better in no time! The studio is very tidy and cozy, while Tsvetelina, the instructor, is so fun and welcoming, it was hard to leave after the very first time (could also be the shaking legs after the workout).

The instructor, is so amazing. She stretched my body in ways I didn’t know were possible.

An extremely enjoyable workout. I would love to visit the studio again.

This Pilates studio is located in a peaceful residential area in Plovdiv, but if you go out onto the main street, there are various sports centers nearby. She is a very competent Pilates teacher. She is fluent in English, so the 1:1 classes with her went very smoothly. She is probably one of the best Pilates teachers in Bulgaria. I highly recommend it. I'm Korean, and when I stayed in Plovdiv for a while, I took one-on-one Piletes lessons from her. She gave me a good lesson with very precise movements and fluent English. thank you

Изключително доволна съм от тренировките на Жанет! Преди това опитах да тренирам в друго студио и си докарах травма за 1 месец, въпреки че ясно предупредих предишната треньорката, че съм напълно начинаеща и имам болки след първата тренировка. В Pilates Mindset е съвсем различно. Жанет се съобразява с индивидуалното здравословно състояние на всеки и постепенно увеличава натоварванията. Само за 2 месеца тренировки тялото ми стана по- стройно, стегнато и издръжливо. Приятно ми е, че отново мога да нося късите си поли и някои дрехи, за които вече мислех, че никога няма да мога да сложа. 😀 Благодаря, Жанет! 💗

There is great energy in the studio! Clean and bright space. Tsveti does great and varied workouts. After a workout, I feel energized and motivated for more.

Favorite place! The only workouts that keep me going back to the gym despite the breaks. 55 min. wonderfully utilized time for my body and soul! I feel like I'm on a holiday, a holiday to myself. Special thanks to Geri, with whom training is not just training :) It is a pleasure to be at her training - she structures the exercises precisely, pays attention to the specific needs and physical limitations of each trainee and gives invaluable advice for the body and soul.

Since I discovered Mindset Reformer Pilates I feel very good, downright wonderful. I feel perfect after training, which are great, always different and very relaxing.
