It's a big grocery shop with everything in it including household items, flowers and even some discounted electronic devices. It has a big parking space, public toilets, ATM, E-pay branch and other useful little shops in it. Best part is cooked food section. Too many choices. They are dirt cheap and delicious. If you live nearby, chase their weekly offers as they go very generous on some food and beers for a week long.

Has everything you need, prices reasonable.Not the cheapest supermarket in the city but not to bad.Would recommend pick and choose for certain items only then visit another store.You will get used to what's reasonably priced and what's not. We only do a quarter of our weekly shop here.

Plenty of parking, convenient public transport to and from the shop. We'll and diversly stocked, friendly staff. Fast enough checkouts. Ready to eat food after the tills to go/eat in. Decent side services like paying your utilities and bills. Parking is gated but free for the first 2 hours I think, and there is enough spaces even in peak times.

In general, I like it. Just sometimes there are issues with the self-service machines and some of the staff working on them isn't super friendly. Other than that, the quality-price ratio of their products is one of the best possible. Edit: I'm giving 5 stars as the mentioned problem no longer occurs. Kaufland (together with Lidl) are the best hypermarkets in Bulgaria and Europe.

My first visit, great displays of cheese, pastries and meats, good variety on the shelves, great value. Well worth a visit

This Kaufland is my favorite supermarket in Plovdiv. It is clean and big. The product range is big. I recommend this supermarket.

Amazing customer service received from Ivan Mendev - ok, there’s definitely scope for improvement when it comes to customer service and managing customer expectations - I was getting frustrated with the wait for someone to come help with lifting heavy; in the end I asked this guy busy restocking for help and not only did he help inside the store but also with loading the car - what a guy, all done with a smile - deserves a promotion!

The supermarket is new and has very big assortment!

I like coming here since there are multiple businesses on site and I can tick a lot of the daily tasks.

Good prices, a lot of international products.

Cheap prices, fair quality. Usualy they offer very low prices for the quantities they get. Rarely it is due to a quality compromise. You can sell something or reach someone if you need it. They give invoices so it is perfect for small businesses.

You may find what ever you look for your food. Good quality product selling

I can say it's the place I shop the most in bulgaria and its staff is very friendly

Just go and enjoy. Bright place that will make you happy. The sound of the fountains will calm you.
