An awesome cinema, there are some things however that are not so great. First of all the prices are on the higher end. Tickets start from around 9 Bgn and and for 4Dx they go all the way up to 24. Speaking of 4Dx, it's not worth it. If you're expecting your seat to move throughout the entire movie or for water to constantly spray you, this is not the place. Combined, these things probably lasted for 20 minutes, for a 2 and half our movie.

New movies and premieres, a little more expensive

Nice atmosphere, but low attendance. Premières are probably better attended. It was chilly in the halls, they were definitely not heated.

I was at the second part of Dune and I was very pleasantly surprised that the salon was almost full.

The hall is spacious, good sound, movie specifically was great. Like always only trouble in theatre is someone from the back row moaning. But all the rest was fine.

Seats could be a little bigger given how huge the cinema is . They have loads of showings and offer free parking if u come see a movie . AC and staff are top notch.

Wasn’t my cup of tea I thought it would have been more dramatic but I just felt like I was in a car /truck going over some bad terrain just didn’t get anything from it but that maybe just me

A bit pricey compared to smaller cinemas in the city (e.g. Lucky Cinema) but it's very well maintained. Both sound and picture are better than that of many of its lower-priced equivalents.

Excellent place and perfect quality of 4DX

Good atmosphere and everything. But it is a bit overrated. The prices of the tickets are more than they should be and I am definitely not gonna talk about the snack (it is a cinema after all). But still, good experience.

Perfect as ever, best staff and cinema experience

Great concerns theatre as one would expect from Cinema City. Prices are decent. Service is great as expected. Definitely a recommended place!

This is the only 4d cinema in Plovdiv. I saw Avatar 2 and the feeling I got immersed inside the water scenes. I felt every crush, every flight and every scene action of the movie. I recommend it without hesitation.
