Ernesto and his team catered our wedding reception and everyone LOVED the food! Ernesto worked with us on our desired menu and we ended up having carnitas, chicken, beef, beans, fajita veggies, rice, tortillas, chips, salsas and all the toppings! Everything was delicious and we had so many guests come up to us and tell us they loved the food. The afternoon of our reception, our friends picked up the food from the restaurant and brought it to our venue. Ernesto had chafing pans for the hot food, and we transferred the rest into decorative bowls. Great pricing, and we had lots of leftovers. Thanks again Ernesto + team for putting together the best fiesta feast!!

We came here once on a weekend night, and they were crazy busy, with a long waiting time, so we ended up having to go somewhere else. Anyway, we came back here around 5:30PM, on a Tuesday, right before it was starting to get more busy. Upon arrival, the host/waiter that sat us down was super nice and friendly. He constantly came around to make sure that we were good, and didn't need anything else. 10/10 already a good experience, having someone who was nice and friendly! We also received complimentary Chips and salsa as soon as we sat down, which was great! What we got: - Complimentary Chips & Salsa It was good! Chips looked a bit greasy, but it didn't taste too greasy. The salsa wasn't very flavorful, a bit more on the bland side but it was fine since it was free. - Grilled Chicken Quesadilla Maybe I am too used to seeing American Quesadillas that I was expecting a bigger, flatter and more cheesier Quesadilla. Overall I probably wouldn't get this again, due to the chicken being overly salty (I love salt, but not this much). There was a small amount of cheese on there, so I couldn't taste it much. The tortilla it came on was a bit greasy. - Chile Con Queso (flour tortilla with beef & cheese on top) There was a lot of beef on this appetizer! It was super cheesy, and filling! - 2 Steak Tacos, 2 Chorizo Tacos, and 2 Carnita Tacos My favorite place by far that serves a great amount of meat with the taco! You could easily turn 1 taco into 2 taco with the additional taco shell. They have your typical El Yucateco (Red & Green) sauce, as well as Tapatio. The server asked if we wanted some hot salsa, but never brought it. Sadly, I love my tacos with salsa- but wasn't able to try it since it was never brought to us. It was ok though, because the tacos were full of flavor! - Molcajete Tulum It came to the table steaming hot! *It is grilled steak, chicken, chorizo and shrimp, sauteed with onions, bell peppers covered with their red sauce. It was garnished with cambray onions, cactus lead and slices of cheese. It was also served with a side of rice, beans, cactus, onions and tortillas. I was expecting this dish to be spicier than what it actually was. Overall it was ok. I tasted the sauce in this dish alone, but nothing really special kicked out. It wasn't as flavorful as I would've wanted it, but I still think it was good. - Shredded Chicken Burrito Jalisco *Two burritos stuffed with beans and shredded chicken. It was cooked with tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Topped with cheese dip, lettuce, sour cream and shredded cheese and a slice of tomato on top. This dish was yummy! The shredded chicken inside wasn't dry, so that was a plus. Overall, we would definitely come again. We would love to try some desserts and new dishes next time. The food here is definitely meant to be devoured when it is fresh out the kitchen! Thank you for the great service, and wonderful food.

Very nice place to eat. The atmosphere was nice, and my t-bone steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Definitely will return.

It’s difficult sometimes to find a Mexican restaurant that stands out. Tulum certainly does. Every thing I had here tasted excellent. From the fajitas, the salsas, the queso dip, and the margaritas were incredible. The icing to the cake of this whole experience was how fantastic our server was. She was attentive, helpful, and just damn good at her job. For great food and a good environment come here you won’t regret it.

We came here for dinner. The ambience is ok. The waiter told us it's going to be a 15mins wait time. He came back and told us our table is ready, so we waited for him to show us our table, he never came to show where's our table. After about 5mins, the lady noticed us, finally. The food is ok, I liked their margarita drinks. The staff isn't very friendly, they're rushing 🙄. We just got done with our food when the guy who let us wait for 5 mins and never came back, told us he's going to get our check. I didn't like the fact that they are rushing their customers for the new customers. I understand that new customers is waiting for their table, but it's not ok to rush us specially we have kids that eats slowly. So I just asked for a container. My son ordered from the kids menu, and they charged us for the whole price for the meal he ordered.

Tried it over the summer and this place was great. Back in town and got a to go order. One taco missing cheese, the order meat on one side cheese on other and not top and bottom but left and right. Ordered cheese dip also but they did not put it in the bag. Beef in taco and enchiladas looked more like mashed up baby food. Never again. Bad flavor and did not get the entire order. The place was not crowded

Delicious food. Fantastic service. Please try there skillet & horchat. To be fair, I have had better steak tacos. But, this will not stop me for going back. They have many other great selections. Recommended!👍

What an awesome little place. Service was GREAT! They were very on top of everything and about checking back on us. We ordered the carne asada and carne tampiquena and Camarones. The food was delicious!!! Prices were typical of a Mexican Restaurant and the environment was nice and relaxing with fun music.

My significant other and I spend forever trying to find a great restaurant in the area. It was a struggle until we found Tulum. This is an absolutely beautiful establishment. The dining experience is really nice. The food although not gourmet by any means is wonderful in flavor and is very authentic. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. We needed a go to restaurant and we got it. We have been here a few times already and will continue to dine here weekly. This food cannot be beaten. Just so good. Excellent staff as well. Very lovable restaurant. Can't wait to be regular customers for the months and years to come.

Fantastic! This is quite possibly the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Everything is delicious, service is amazing, and the atmosphere is upbeat. I just wish I lived closer!

The food was delicious and i had plenty to take home. The margarita was pretty big and yummy! The restaurant was super colorful and fun. Would recommend
