Delicious russian food. Big portions for hungry people.

At the first glance, prices look a little bit high. Until you get the food. The quality and portion size impressed. I enjoyed every bite of chicken with plums. Complements to the chef.Since it was dinner, i couldn't make it - it was just too big.

We tried many dishes here, so I can recommend chicken and veal meatballs, fish soup with pastry and potato pancakes with liver in cream sauce. Ribs are boring, other soups deliver ok, but nor amazing. Shashlik is coma-inducing oversized dish for very hungry people. Overall there is a feeling in the air that you are taken care of and the staff is very nice. Try vodka, served with small pickle. Also salmon tartare comes with surprise too ;) One dish to avoid is mackerel carpaccio: just a pile of chunks of raw frozen fish... Had to send it back. Nevertheless it is a place that delivers solid hearty food with attention to quality and presentation, not an average eatery.

Really very interesting taste and delicious one. Never eaten something like this. Crispy potatoes pancakes with beef burger and vegetables. We are really happy with our choice.

When am in Palanga ,i always come to Chaginas for these Dumplings

Visited this place with kids. Unfortunately, we were disappointed both with food and service. The waiter forgot about one kid's meal, which we understood when we've finished with our meals, she didn't even apologized and we had to wait long for it, but the no one liked and it was not eaten anyway.

A group of 12 people. Some ordered pancakes, some meat dishes. Everything came separately, and some portions of pancakes didn´t come even after 45minutes. The explanation after we finally lost our patience was that the kitchen only has one frying pan. The restaurant was almost empty as it was in the middle of the day. So some had already eaten while others had to wait for even to start. Terrible service for high price. As an example - (non-alcoholic) Gira (kvass) costs 5 euro for 0,5l. No airconditioning inside. Second floor was like a greenhouse.

Good food, decent prices, good sized portions.

Amazing food, really urge you to visit Cagino. We had the ”Russian burger”, pelmenis, salmon tartar - all of them were so delicious prepared with high-quality ingredients. Portions were pretty big. Loved the staff as well.
