Great sales help, I learned so much from the associate helping me. Not pushy and let me make an informed decision. Now if only she could teach me how to get out of there without spending a hundred dollars on stuff I did not know I needed till I got there to make my skin happy! I recently had my eyebrows waxed and tinted (for the first time) at the benefit brow bar inside this Ulta. What a great experience! Finn explained the whole thing before we got started and continued to explain what was going on throughout the process. Not only did I leave with beautiful brows but a smile on my face from the wonderful customer service!

Store policies are ridiculous- won’t allow exchanges of brand new items unless you have a receipt or connected to someone’s personal information. It’s a brush, not even makeup where the tags still on and wouldn’t have been able to be used without cutting tags off. You owe more to your customers Ulta - I’ll make Sephora my go-to

I stopped in today to grab a new eyebrow pencil and Abby was AMAZING! I forgot which color I usually get and asked her for help and she went above and beyond! I said how I needed to get my brows done soon and she offered to do them for me right then so I obviously said yes. She even filled them in for me and made them look aaaamazing! We talked for a bit and she had me laughing the entire time. If you need your brows done, I couldn’t recommend her enough. I’ll absolutely be back! Thank you so much, Abby!

This Ulta is great! I was just there with my aunt for some returns and to grab my yearly stock of one mascara and some hairspray. They are always super helpful with returns and have no problem answering my stupid questions as someone who rarely wears makeup.

Made an appt for my young daughter at her first “big girl” hair salon. I chose the master stylist because I want them to do a good job and hopefully be good with kids. First they called to tell me they “had a cancellation” and asked to move my appointment up. I told them I couldn’t because I’m working…Hence why I made the appt for when I did. I could tell she wasn’t happy that I said no. Then 3 hours later they call and say the stylist has an emergency and has to leave. They rebook the appt for the next day with the most basic level stylist they have. It is pretty obvious she had too much time between us and her other clients so she made up some lie to get out of if. Weird behavior from grown women. I decided to just cancel and go to a real hair salon.

I went to the Ulta Plymouth location to purchase a new hair straightener. I just opened the box to use it today and found the product absolutely disgusting. The straightener was covered in someone else’s make up, the plates were chipped and scraped & someone else’s hair was stuck in it. I called customer service and they seemed like they could care less. This is unacceptable, DO BETTER. Purchasing a product for 87 dollars and then discovering it like this is completely disgusting. Never will I shop here again.

I came here for a piercing since Ulta recently started offering that service. The lady who did my piercing was very nice and there were no issues with the process, However after examining it in the mirror I quickly realized the piercings were NOT symmetrical. By the advice of family and friends I decided to leave it alone and not return to complain because it would take a careful eye to even notice, but I myself certainly do. Though the people were nice I gave this service a one star soley based on the outcome. (It might benefit someone to mention while I was there the woman who did my piercing was making statements about her "brain being more tired than her hands" which I should have taken as a red flag from the getgo). Maybe I am being picky but this is on my body forever :(
