Went
here
because
I
figured
it
would
be
quicker
than
going
to
a
cafe
I
had
originally
planned
on
getting
breakfast
and
I
was
tight
on
time.
There
was
only
a
couple
cars
in
the
drive
though
and
one
person
ordering
inside
when
I
showed
up.
Waited
20
minutes
before
my
coffee/sandwich
came
out
and
the
lady
told
me
it
was
wrong
and
immediately
turned
around
and
left
I
assumed
to
fix
the
order.
After
waiting
another
20
minutes
I
was
able
to
get
a
hold
of
someone
(the
manager
I
assume)
she
told
me
they
will
make
the
sandwich
right
away.
I
was
very
late
for
work
at
this
point
and
had
to
ask
for
a
refund
as
politely
as
I
could
muster
as
I
had
no
more
time
to
waste
here.
Manager
then
had
trouble
running
the
computer
for
this
task
and
tried
to
short
change
me
the
refund,
I
could
see
she
was
ringing
up
random
items
from
the
screen
on
customer’s
side.
She
seemed
annoyed
that
I
asked
for
ALL
my
money
back
for
the
zero
service
that
I
received.
When
she
handed
me
the
rest
of
my
change
she
rudely
waved
me
off
and
walked
away.
First
time
I’ve
ever
had
to
ask
for
my
money
back
for
anything
service
related.
I’m
a
very
calm
and
patient
person
but
this
experience
had
me
boiling,
I
needed
to
leave
as
soon
as
I
could.
While
I
was
in
there
several
other
people
came
in
who
had
been
waiting
for
20+
minutes
after
ordering
in
the
drive
through
asking
where
their
orders
were.
This
location
clearly
needs
new
management;
there
was
zero
communication
between
staff
members.
Everyone
seemed
to
be
running
around
doing
their
own
thing.
You
don’t
even
need
to
be
in
there
as
long
as
I
was
to
see
that.
I
go
to
this
location
occasionally
when
I’m
grocery
shopping
next
door
and
usually
have
subpar
experiences,
but
this
was
just
a
whole
other
level
of
terrible.
