    What can I saw for a review for McDonald's in Plymouth? It was okay. High school to college kids work there, so customer service is at that level. The biggest thing to note is that that place never felt clean. Especially at table and soda station. Always sticky, always dirty. Even after the remolding. Wish management took more pride in cleaning, but with short staff understandable, but to a point. Lived in the area for years, never saw an improvement.

    Old Gray haired manager was miserable and very rude. Refused to re make a coffee that was completely wrong and told my wife exactly that. We go there every morning before work and whenever we get her as our server shes ALWAYS miserable. We have made reports to corporate and other managers with no results so far. We are filing an official complaint with corporate and following through until she is terminated. Other employees there told us they get hourly complaints about her. Obviously management needs to change here.

    Ok ordered two double quarter pounder with cheese meals and both of them had stale bread and dried out burgers. They seriously looked like they came from the day before and put back out for lunch. It was 11:30 so I wouldn't have thought they were sitting out. My bun cracked and fell apart when I picked it up and the burger looked like it came out of yesterday's trash. There were 8 kids meals bought also only one child had a burger meal. AND THE ONLY ONE THAT VOMITED. SERIOUSLY!!! It's amazing how you can go one day and it's fresh and hot and then it turns out to be the most disgusting meal ever had. State inspection should be like old days and with no notice. Definitely would shut your doors with the filth and inadequate help you hire. I'm almost positive that the meals put out at 11:30 and all dried out are from the day before.

    Had a cheeseburger and fries. 20 miles down the road I had to pull over. I have never been this sick. I spoke to the manager to give her an heads up that they could have an issue with the food but she basically blew me off. I am not looking for a free meal but I will never eat there again.

    Every single time I come through the drive thru they tell me to pull up or park in the parking lot and wait for my food. I order common items that should be ready soon after I get to the pickup window. They gave 5 other people their orders while I waited. I sat there for 15 minutes for my order and it STILL hadn't arrived so I went inside to see why it's taking so long. It was just sitting there in the bag. They didn't even apologize for the huge inconvenience and wait time (and cold food). I think they make people pull up so it makes them look good with corporate. They probably have timers that clock the speed and drive thru performance. They're likely trying to 'game/cheat' the system at the expense of their customers. I will never do business with this McDonald's again. I might just boycott ALL locations and will probably live longer anyway.

    This is the first time in a very long time, that I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it was NOT dripping grease everywhere. The burger was quite enjoyable. Whoever was running the grill deserves some kudos.

    i just went there and got the two smallest breakfast burritos i’ve ever seen from a mcdonald’s. not to mention, one was ice cold and seems like it had been sitting a few hours before it was given to me. i went back in bc it was cold and they were so small and dissapointing and i asked if i could get something else instead, women at the counter laughed at me. i asked if i could get a deluxe burger and she said that was too much money. i said can i please get a cheese burger then, add pickles, she goes extra pickles? i said just regular. it had no pickles to my surprise, and she was very condescending. the women at both the windows were pleasant however and so the girl with long dark hair needs to go. she has ZERO customer service skills.

    Line at Burger King was too long, so I gave McD a try. Ordered double quarter pounder, fries, a big Mac, some drinks at drive-through. $40+ later, got a bag of food. They werecgoingvto give me someone else's order, but I caught it on time. What I didn't catch was there was no "double" in the double quarter pounders. Bad enough that McD burgers are strangely tiny and can be fastened simply by gumming them, no teeth required. My expectations were alreadt low, but apparently not low enough. I do not recommend.

    My daughters happy meal had no toy and only 10(!) French fries. We were on a time constraint so could not afford the time to turn around and get it fixed, very disappointing quality control.

    I only ordered a soda and the people 2 cars ahead of me were waiting on food so instead of "parking" the car, having the car pull forward so that the line of cars could continue, they let the person sit at the window which in turn held everybody else up.

    I am a regular at this McDonald’s in Plymouth and it’s ultimately my go-to for lunch and dinner. It’s convenient and admittedly comfort food. I’m always appreciative of my orders getting to me and the Dashers. Know it sucks having to deliver to me on a constant, but just know how much I appreciate you making the drive out here. Particularly Anthony and Dylan. They’re great. Even in snowy conditions. Thank you so much. After all I’ve been through over the course of the past 3 years, father passing to a heart attack (nightmare come true), mother going down to psychosis and then getting out of her own way to pick herself back up and taking care of a sibling with severe special needs (2 brain disorders, PCOS, slight autism and a bit of bipolar), just hoping for a miracle. Just really kind of sucks when you’re hungry and put a DoorDash order in and it’s cancelled minutes before it’s suppose to arrive. Am I disappointed, frustrated? Guess I just don’t understand.     Only mc donalds in the area. I'm updating this review and hopes that store management might pay attention. The person that took my order was excellent. The person that took my money was excellent. The person that handed the bag out through the window was excellent. There was no other cars in line. Only one other car in the parking lot. And the person cooking the food somehow couldn't manage to put the food inside of the English muffin. It's not like they were super busy. Look at the picture posted and you will see what I mean. There was no cheese on the sandwich instead it was in the wrapper. The egg was only half in the English muffin. They should hire people that care about the food that they're putting out. They are paying good money now. So that's just my rent for today! I paid $6 for an Egg McMuffin and it was just about disassembled in the paper.

    Went through the drive-through for a biscuit, sausage, round egg, and cheese, the fried potatoe concoction, along with a medium coffee--something I've not done in a very long time. Sticker shock: with tax, more than $10! All food was hot. No longer does this feel like an inexpensive place to eat.

    Went here because I figured it would be quicker than going to a cafe I had originally planned on getting breakfast and I was tight on time. There was only a couple cars in the drive though and one person ordering inside when I showed up. Waited 20 minutes before my coffee/sandwich came out and the lady told me it was wrong and immediately turned around and left I assumed to fix the order. After waiting another 20 minutes I was able to get a hold of someone (the manager I assume) she told me they will make the sandwich right away. I was very late for work at this point and had to ask for a refund as politely as I could muster as I had no more time to waste here. Manager then had trouble running the computer for this task and tried to short change me the refund, I could see she was ringing up random items from the screen on customer’s side. She seemed annoyed that I asked for ALL my money back for the zero service that I received. When she handed me the rest of my change she rudely waved me off and walked away. First time I’ve ever had to ask for my money back for anything service related. I’m a very calm and patient person but this experience had me boiling, I needed to leave as soon as I could. While I was in there several other people came in who had been waiting for 20+ minutes after ordering in the drive through asking where their orders were. This location clearly needs new management; there was zero communication between staff members. Everyone seemed to be running around doing their own thing. You don’t even need to be in there as long as I was to see that. I go to this location occasionally when I’m grocery shopping next door and usually have subpar experiences, but this was just a whole other level of terrible. 0/10 Went to work super late and hungry. Not stoked

    The late night crew is amazing! I’ve always received great service and my family loves the McDonald’s App and all the perks from it. I’ve definitely had a few bumps from the earlier crew and if someone has used the App since it started they know how to use it. Also, Grace is probably one of the most pleasant, professional and delightful workers I’ve ever interacted with and should be commended. Keep up the great work.

    I showed up ten minutes before close, which, yes I know is annoying. But I was only going to order one thing. And I waited in the drive-through until 1255 and no one took my order and then I went and looked in the drive-through windows as I drove out, and there was no one in there, but all the lights are on. I just wanted ice cream and now I’m really pissed off.

    Drive - thru Do not let them ask you to pull ahead after you order you may need to go inside to get your food as others go speeding by you from behind. The Manager was overly apologetic about it, the thing is this is not the first time it has happened
