Very nice and clean place to eat. Not too busy but kind of bust at all time. Lots of tables are availabe indoor and outdoor. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The service was very nice and the food tasted awosome. Toilet facility is available here. Toilets are kept clean and tidy. Lot of parking are available near the store. They also provide click and collect facilities. For this seperate parking is available in front of the building.

Serving staff need training badly, customer service skills are lacking badly. Also, check your food before you leave or they won't even discuss wrong items with you. Yet another McDonald's I won't be using anymore. I like to get my sausage in my sausage and egg muffin (what I paid for).

Standard McDonalds fare, there is little to differentiate between different restaurants. However some are better than others … this one was clean and well presented. Good atmosphere for a MacD. Staff were friendly and efficient. Only downgrade was that dryer in men's toilets was broken.

Lovely food & quick service. A couple of staff looked unhappy. A girl with ginger hair was crying in the eating area. A young male car orders delivery lad looked angry. Nevermind, we enjoyed our meal.

It’s was as described. Although my coffee cup wasn’t water resistant for very long as it started to soak through. But was what we were expecting. The breakfast menu is a bit basic these days .

Went macdonald with my son and granddaughter food was very good service was fairly quick did not have to wait to long atmosphere was good

Just finished work, so popped in to grab some breakfast. Food OK, but these cardboard forks/knives are terrible 😔 not the company's fault. Just they are what they are Service good and atmosphere at that time in the morning great.

We went to the drive through and even though there wasn't any one in front we still had to wait nearly 10 minutes to order our food ( the lady on the speaker kept saying "I'll be with you in a second"...) ( That second turned into 10 minutes!) and even then we had to to wait for them to prepare it. When it eventually came the burgers were both cold (the chips were piping hot mind you)

Good food as usual. It’s McDonalds so you get fast food. Not tried everything on the menu yet but the chicken burger is pretty good.

The staff work hard but I do like my bun with the toppings on the burger. Silly of me I know but this has not escaped more like being thrown on from a distance, It tastes great after you assemble it, sort of DIY burgers. Most be the training because this is all too common in many but not all MacDonalds. The computer screens should also be part of the cleaning routine as letting your grandson play a game should not come with free gue.

What can I say, McDonald's.... very noisy full of rude gibby customers and children serving the food. Cold chips returned, Banana milkshake mixed with Strawberry returned. Hot chocolate returned as it was supposed to be a Latte. Why did I visit there? Why does anyone visit there really. The food at best is warm and it should be served hot.. there are keagal temperatures takeaway food must be served at for safety reasons. Never again, this was my second McDonald's visit and my last because the children that serve you look on you with fear when you complain because they just don't know what to do. So if you face this like me... just ask for the manager, he or she may be over 18.

For advertising cheap meals due to covid closure their knocking off 3 pounds.. from a 25 pound meals, disgusted with the preparation and presentation of the meals felt ripped off. Offered my NHS card with them saying only take nus for students. Told them well im NHS only to be referred to previous statement a few times. Table service confused the staff with table number. Early stated on the app use table number only to be told wasnt suppose to use that. Questions asked all needed to be referred to manager even basic meals.

Cannot get a simple order correct. Stated NO CHEESE, recieved cheese. It even says it on the box no cheese. I know it's run by KIDS but surely these kids can read. Obviously not. This happens every time we order
