I really enjoy the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club. Here are some of the things I enjoy. Love the swimming pool for exercise and that the pool is not freezing cold. I love the sauna. I love that the club is not just jam packed and it is a relaxing place to come to. I have also enjoyed several massages from Ina. She does an awesome job and knows so much about natural ways to heal. Steven the new manager is great. Since he has been there the club seems so much cleaner, the pool deck was cleaned, the club now has new soft and bigger towels.

Cozy athletic club that’s not perfect but conveniently located has a variety of options (including racquetball) and no membership required!

The Plymouth Creek Athletic Club is clean and chock-full of amenities. The weight-room at the has everything you’ll need and you’ll never be waiting to use the equipment. There are a variety of classes at here, but my favorite is the boxing club that meets Wed and Sat. The staff is friendly and the towel service is super-convenient. The dry sauna is rumored to be the hottest in the Twin Cities, and I believe it. Factor in the salt-water pool and racquetball courts, and the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club is probably one of the best overall-value fitness centers in the area.

Came here late at night on a Sunday needing a place to stretch my legs after a long drive. Needed some exercise and warm hot tub on a cold night. The woman at the desk was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I would recommend this as the best gym with best service I've ever had.... and I've been to some nice gyms! 100% A+++

NOT very age friendly. I felt like I was being discriminated for my age. I am 21 and the staff kept asking me how old I was more than TWICE because I looked young. Not very happy with this experience and will not be coming again.

Review if for my first massage at PCAC with Inna. It was a deep tissue massage and I loved it. Her style is very different than the typical painful quiet approach most therapists use. Inna actually got me to release the muscles so she could get in there and work them. It didn't hurt at all during the massage, but I could feel the deep tissue work the next day. I left relaxed with a sense of release in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be back.

The coaches/staff are awesome and the workouts change daily, so it’s never boring. The variety of class times allow me to book a class with what works in my daily schedule and it keeps me accountable. Great friends make class more fun, too!

Decent Gym for traveling - staying at the Crown Plaza, way better than any typical hotel gym. Pool, Courts, classes, free for staying at the Crown Plaza.

PCAC is a great gym! The staff members are always extremely pleasant, the facilities are kept very clean and they've got basically everything you'd want in a gym. It's not too flashy (which is good!), while missing any amenities we all love. There are saunas in the locker rooms, a pool and hot tub, all the standard weights and machines, and great group class options! Not to mention, racquetball, wally-ball courts and tennis courts! If you're looking for a good gym in Plymouth, I recommend checking them out.

The locker room could use some work... not very clean, needs a new scale and a swimsuit wringer would be nice. One shower handle has been broken for quite a while. The aqua aerobics instructor is great, but the classes are pretty crowded. An additional time slot would be nice.

Can't imagine working out anywhere else! Their staff is very friendly and helpful- you won't find that at any major fitness center :) It's always clean and well stocked with towels for pool use. Whether you're 18 or 80, there are many options for getting a full work out in; not to mention the fabulous classes they have to offer. Wish more health clubs were structured like Plymouth Creek!

Fairly cheap and well rounded gym. Saline pool (15yd) is nice, though occasionally under maintenance. One of the few places with racquetball courts (3) nearby
