SOOO MUCH CHEAPER THAN CHIPOTLE! No extra charge for guac and queso they’re absolutely not stingy about their portions and it’s tastes better!!! I got myself the burrito bowl and my boyfriend got himself a burrito and chips with queso and a drink for $30!!! I’m coming back more often :)

Great staff. Need to require that customers wear masks!!! Black beans well drained means take a second to drain the sludge. Don’t want that as part of my meal. Tortilla chips were also hard even after getting another bag:/ Made this meal not so good. Updated review: On my second visit, the dining experience was great! Clean dining area, clean soda fountain. Beans and pico were well-drained and I appreciated the extra attention to this! Tortilla chips still aren't as good as Chili's, but they were a lot better than last time!

We enjoyed our burrito bowl and salad bowl. Service was quick down the line. In and out fairly quickly.

The one thing you can count on with chain restaurants is that the quality of the food will be fairly consistent, therefore it's the quality of service that sets one location apart from the rest. Unfortunately for this Qdoba location the quality of service sets this location among the worst. We visited on Sunday October 9th at around 12:15pm. The overweight black woman who prepared our food clearly hates her job & even speaking was nearly beyond what she was willing to do. A smile or thank you was out of the question. The young man who rang up our order was little better. He didn't ask if we wanted drinks so I had to ask for them after already running my card once to pay for the food. On top of that the woman who rolled my burrito did a terrible job & the tortilla was torn so my meal ended up being a mess. We were traveling when we stopped at this location, a mistake that I'll never make again.

I asked for no guacamole even the women told them no guacamole they loaded it up with guacamole. The guy at the register it was around 5:30pm April 2nd was extremely unfriendly just slid my food at me gave me dirty looks never said a single word to me. I paid and waited on my receipt and he just stood there ignoring me. I asked for the receipt and he tossed it to me and looked irritated. I come here often for about 2 years now and Never had an experience were I was treated so bad. AZ taco company is a better place to go great food and good people plus a local business. I don’t want to come back to this location after today. I really wouldn’t recommend this location.

We went for lunch. This location was busy at 1pm. I understand the wait. The steak burrito I ordered was amazing! It was my first time visiting Qdoba. I don't have one neat me. The food proportions were enormous. I was able to bring the rest home with me for later. So many choices of meats and veggies. I highly recommend. They have the coco cola soda machine. We were able to choose from a large variety of flavors. Flavors you don't normally get to see or try.

The inside seating area was very clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got one of the 'hottest' salsa, but I didn't think it was hot. Lime juice would have made it very yummy. I considered the price high but then everything has gone way up 😡 Over all everything was fine and I would go back if I was needing a quick meal and was in the area. There was a nice patio outside.

The gentleman making my bowl was so enjoyable, I knew I'd love the bowl before my first bite... which was even better than I anticipated! Thank you!

Arrived 1.5 hours before 10 pm, which is the listed time of close, to find the store all not shut down. Dining room, and exit door were blocked off. The food was wrapped, and most of it was not on the line any longer. We had to walk back through the line, to exit the store. All of the food was cold, when we sat in our car to eat. So disappointed. I eat here often during the week, but tonight was ridiculous.

The food here is usually pretty good and the staff are all friendly. It can be a long wait for food at times, but is generally reasonably quick. Burritos are great, but the chips are stale more often than not.

We ordered from the app and picked up from this location. This was our first time here. Overall experience was not so good. Multiple toppings were missing from the burritos There was no tortilla chips either. Please check your order before you leave the store.

I usually love eating a QDOBA but I will never be returning to this location. All of the food choices looked old and stale, and when I started eating my bowl, I could tell that the ingredients were sitting out for a long long time. I’m not typically one to leave a bad review after something like this, but I got really sick about 3 hours following eating the food I ordered from this location. I don’t want to make assumptions, but the staff working the counter did not seem like they cared about working hard whatsoever, so I attribute a lack of fresh ingredients and in my case, unsafe ingredients, to poor operations. I really hate to see it happen and I will most likely never eat at a QDOBA again

So fresh, rice wasn't hard like other places. And I ate all my food there didn't take none home so you know it was bustin 😂

The service was outstanding. The food is decent quality. I'm disappointed they still have not brought back the gumbo but I added back a star because the employees at this location definitely deserve a high rating.

Door dashers worst experience. Waited more than 20 minutes to get order and so therefore order was super late to get to customers and I get deducted points for delivering it late when it’s not even my fault. This is the Plymouth area.

This was the cleanest Qdoba we have ever been to and we eat at Qdobas all over the US. The staff were super friendly and definitely care about the food they are making. They didn't just dump the food on the tortilla like most stores do. They definitely care about presentation. Keep up the amazing work!

That was my first time. It was a little different…a little pressure when ordering but the food was fantastic. I got the chicken burrito with cilantro, guacamole, onions, corn salsa and cheese. We ate outside and it was very clean and pleasant. It is my coworkers favorite spot. I’m sure we will try it again.

I came in to get an order for four people. I read the order off, one at a time. Each person got what they ordered, packed professionally and ready to go. I found out later on how much everyone enjoyed what they got. Staff treated my kindly and my family was happy with what they got. Price was reasonable. Three for three.

Tastes fresh. It's much better than Chipotle. They were quick and very helpful when helping one decide which sauce to use. I came in during low foot traffic time so I'm not too sure if the same applies when they are busy. Nonetheless, the food was great.

Good food. Service was fast and accurate. Can't ask for more. Pro-tip: go for the "3-cheese nachos"... with chips on the side... It's just a burrito bowl with three scoops of their fabulous queso... For like 9 bucks. Can't go wrong.

Unfortunately, the service at this location seems to be consistently bad. Of the 3 workers on the line, only one was focused and seemed competent. The other two were giggling and talking and mostly ignored the customers. The eating area was also partially closed off for an unknown reason. The quesadilla I ordered was good.

Classic Qdoba experience. If you've never had it, it's "like Chipotle." Service staff is competent, but not standout. Really good food, generous portions and you have to get the free queso! They also have one of those choose your own adventure pop machines.

The people here were very nice! I came in at around 8:53pm, and they were closing up and cleaned a lot of things up already. The guy took off his cleaning gloves and served me and they even gave me a free dessert!

I ordered the new surf and turf bowl. Beware, you can only get it how they advertise it. If you switch or want any other toppings you will be charged per item. Needless to say, it was horrible. And on top of that, the amount you get will fit in a MINI BOWL. So, for $20 bucks I got an absolutely terrible bowl. Not worth it. I could have done better at Chipotle or anywhere else for that matter.

My boyfriend and I went there around 1pm, yes it was lunch time. Saw the manger doing online order and waited patiently to get help. My boyfriend and I got skip and they went and help the customer behind US, didn't get ask if we got help or anything. We told them we got skip and didn't even order anything. No apologies. Got our food and left. This is the first time that happen to us at the Plymouth location. I understand it was busy but the fact that we got skip and ignore was ridiculous. Keep it up ignoring the customer in front of you :)
