Wedding ring shopping that was such a lovely experience! Absolutely top notch quality service! Andrew was great showed us a variety of options, explained everything eloquently and was not pushy in the slightest showing us a variety of metals, types and budgets. During our chat with Andrew, Cathy approached us and offered us a drink- we were given a free glass of Prosecco and a pint of beer- outstanding! Cathy also cleaned and polished my engagement ring whilst we continued our purchase! Despite being an hour from home we had no qualms about purchasing from the Drakes team! Can’t wait to return for our fitting!

After having a bad experience at a well known high street jewellers, myself and my fiancé went to Drakes instead. From the minute we walked in, we had 5 star service offering us to sit in the booth and get a drink for us. We were looking to purchase our wedding rings and the wonderful Vicki was there to serve us. She was fabulous listening to what we did and didn’t like and let us try on so many different rings. My fiancé found his, and I found one online which I requested to try on. Vicki wasted no time and ordered in a sample for me to try which arrived 2 days after we went to store. I fell in love with the ring and purchased it there and then. Vicki and Cathy, you were wonderful and thank you for such a happy experience buying our wedding rings after the trouble we had elsewhere.

Visited Drakes jewellers as I was unsure of my ring size. The very knowledgeable team were kind enough to assist me with this free of charge, and offered me very useful advice regarding fit etc. Will definitely be visiting if I need anything made bespoke in future.

Went in to get steel chains removed off a braclet that I got somewhere else (they oddly refused to do it), the team was super nice and tried for me, unfortunately normal jeweler tools can't remove the steel chains, but they recommended me a different place. Super friendly service, the products looked gorgeous, would definitely go to this jeweler next time I need something :)

Amazing service! Drakes helped me remake my engagement ring and a ring my mum left me! So rather emotional! Andrew at Drakes was amazing he gave wonderful advice which I'm so glad I listened to! Drakes Sold a pre loved Rolex as the genuine article only to find out it was heavily modified and as such Rolex wouldn’t service it.

Excellent customer service. I bought a bracelet online for a friend's birthday. They emailed me to let me know that there would be a slight delay in shipping due to the bank holiday but I missed the email which was entirely my fault. I then received another email advising they had refunded delivery due to delivery delay. I messaged them asking why the refund, worried that the bracelet would not arrive on time. Their response was almost immediate and could not have been more helpful. They checked when the birthday was and made sure I would have the bracelet on time. I would certainly order from Drake's again and will be sure to visit the shop if I find myself in Plymouth sometime.

Drakes Jewellers was by far the best jewellers we visited in Plymouth. We loved the atmosphere and customer service. We felt very comfortable browsing around the store, and were assisted by incredibly helpful, relaxed and friendly staff. Katie helped us find our wedding rings. She was so lovely, thoughful and informative, providing wonderful help and going the extra mile in helping us find our perfect wedding bands. We're really grateful for the great customer service, and will be reccommending Drakes Jewellers to all our friends.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cathy, I think that was her name, so sorry I only caught it at the end! We were on our way to drakes when we walked past Fraser hart and decided to just pop in to see what they had. Safe to say we had a horrible experience when shopping for our wedding bands there! When going into drakes Cathy made us feel instantly so welcome and we loved being able to explore options and walked away really excited. We now know exactly what sort of rings we want and need and will most definitely be heading back to the store to order them closer to our wedding date! Another lady came over and let me try on some shape to fit and cut out rings she had in her draw and she was amazingly helpful too, I just didn’t catch her name! Thank you so much for saving the day as we were ready to give up!!

Ordered two Thomas Sabo charms as was in a sale! Arrived beautifully wrapped, prompt postage, even the invoice was in a beautiful envelope, along with couple of chocolates, could not ask for more, very pleased, would order from again Thank you!🥰🥰

Fantastic service today, as always, at Drakes. It's our 40th wedding anniversary next week and I had seen a ring on-line that I liked. Anne and her colleague took the trouble to find the ring and another similar one. After completing our sale Anne presented us with the lovely surprise of a bottle of bubbly. Thank you so much xxx
