I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this business. The owner and setter were very rude and the owner didn’t take ownership of an incident regarding my ring that was their workers fault. They didn’t offer to make it right at first, and then later offered a less valued solution after some push back discussion while complicating the integrity of the ring. I will not be returning and would warn future customers to be weary of leaving their special jewelry in this businesses hands.

I went wedding band shopping with my fiancée for myself. While shopping they offered to clean her engagement ring. After cleaning they told us they lost a diamond in the band. They proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault and didn't offer to fix the ring. After some back and forth, they finally offered to put a $15 stone in its place and even made the remarks that it wasn’t set right originally which is untrue because its been checked recently. I would be very cautious with doing business here and personally will not be returning. The owner and setter were very rude and not sympathetic with the situation and our distress.

I have had several pieces of family jewelry repaired and resized here, and have been extremely happy with their work, service and prices! I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry!! They have beautiful jewelry, and the customer service is great!

Amazing service. My mom’s Shinola watch wasn’t working, so I took it to this place. They said it was a dead battery and within ten minutes the watch was fixed and they charged me $15. Very reasonable, fast, and friendly service. I will definitely come here again for any of my jewelry needs.

Beautiful custom job, exactly what I asked for, they followed all of the details I provided z to the exact letter, was so excited to get it but when I went to pick it up they made me pay above the quoted amount when there were zero deviations from the quoted job, cited the price of gold went up but why is that my fault? What’s the purpose of a quote if they don’t stick to it. Beware, make sure they stick to their quotes, get it in writing before you pay a deposit!
