Today, I had my hair dyed with the balayage technique at this salon. After sitting in the chair, I showed the lady a photo of what I would like (cold shades (1st photo)) and asked if it would be possible. I pointed out to the lady that I have already dyed my hair with drugstore dye several times, but the last time was more than 3/4 years ago, she said that it should be fine. After applying it to the hair and for about an hour, the lady washed the lower part of the head, after which the hair was already visibly red, the lady then told me that "gray-white" hair would not be possible, but that it would be approximately dark beige. Since this was my first visit to the hairdresser, I believed that at least the cold shade I wanted in the final would be what I would leave with... Unfortunately, even after toning, I went home with an orange-yellow color on my head (2nd and 3rd picture). I will probably have to rely on drugstore paint again and create at least an apparent cold shade myself... I paid 2,710 for this piece, the total dyeing took 4 hours and after the lady told me that in order for the hair to look the way I wanted, I would have to to come again in 2 weeks and sit for another 4 hours and pay more money for something that might at least remotely resemble what I imagined, I thanked her and left for good after paying. Next to the ladies they created amazing hair coloring, hair extensions during my visit, but unfortunately my experience here is not as positive.

I went to this salon for hair extensions and did the best I could. Great individual approach. Yes, it is not the cheapest, but you pay for quality and it is an excellent investment in yourself, who is thinking about an extension, I highly recommend it!! I'm already looking forward to my next visit ❤️❤️❤️

Před par lety jsem měla stejnou zkušenost jako paní Rouckova viz.nize. nechala jsem u vás 4500 za střih elektrickým strojkem a stejným výsledkem jako měla paní. Nehledě na to že po jednom umytí už nebyl na vlasech ani ten špatně výsledek. Bohužel...

It's been three weeks and I'm still bothered by the experience with the salon, so even though I don't like giving negative reviews, it's needed here. I want to warn others not to burn themselves... One would not expect that if the salon has 4.6 stars, that something would be wrong. I requested a topping and a cut. I left with a scratched scalp in several places, spotty color (I've never had my hair dyed) and a haircut with the help of an electric stand. The final price after three hours was CZK 2,000! (I pointed out several times that my head was burning. The hairdresser only replied that it was chemistry and that it should be. That it is chemistry after all.)

The best hair salon in Pilsen! Aneta is an amazing hairdresser. Definitely did a awesome job. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Both I and my daughter are more than pleased with the results. Aneta took her time to make myself and my daughter happy and made sure that we look just the way we wanted. Again couldn't be happier!!! Thank you!
