In Kennon and Marcos Hiway, the travelers must-go restaurant is the Tinoyans Restaurant. For Naguillan Rd, traveller's must stop restaurant is Sablan Mix Mix Restaurant. Their specialty is Mix Mix, a dish with a mixture of pig internals and meat There's nothing fancy about this restaurant that operates in all simplicity but their Mix Mix dish is worth the try. They don't have much parking space, but you can park your car near the municipal hall.

Their best seller is Mix mix, a local delicacy. Like adobo but has pig intestines. We also ordered fried bangus good for 3-4 and it cost 300 pesos.

If you want a LOCAL delicacy in the municipality of Sablan then this is the place to be this has been a staple for more than 2 decades, this was previously called "ignacia's" owners name and the only food they serve is what is called mix mix, its pork meat from intestines to skin, fat, liver and meat sautéed in soy sauce and onion leaks henced called mixmix. Local truck, jeepney drivers and Sablanians very own restaurant. Try it with the chilli and rice and a shot of local Gin! 😋

Locals flock here for the local delicacy "mix mix" which is a mixture of pork meat and intestines (isaw). Mixmix is very flavorful. They have a limited but select menu. You can request for sabaw. Barako coffee is already mixed with sugar Cutlery, service water, and softdrinks are self-service. They have their own toilet.

It really is a worth it drive going to Sablan. The food does not cost that much. We will definitely return when ever we will pass by this road.

I don't know exactly what the mixed pig parts are, but they tasted WONDERFUL. I also loved the chicken. The bangus is big enough for a group of four. The rice was the best I have had at a little roadside cafe. The road widened here, so parking was readily available.

Typical Filipino dinning place, good food. A tip, go directly to the kitchen entrance and state your order politely, the staff would imediately serve you. :)
