Horrible experience want to share with you guys - As I check in there was none person to assist with bag and surprise to see they don’t have a staff to work with them - I find the owner rude while talking to them, there are 3 person they claim polland and married to filipina. - The hot and cold shower is bad would share pictures , WiFi they claim working but doesn’t work .on asking assistance with owner they says it’s working with their phone it should work with you also .. no customer service. - While checking out they keep knocking door at 11 and keep shout check out check out… as I was having shower getting myself prepare for check out and check out at 11.30 - After I check out my deposit was not been given full asking if I write a good review no extra charge or else they will charge me 250 for extra hour, I explain as customer service hope they can help me as I check out at 11.30 am ,they challenge me to write good review and show them only then they allow me to go. This was polish son and her mother Eva , these is extremely rude and forced things to do on customer point - I think respect is earned and win customers heart for them to write a review. - They even point out thing like socket where I didn’t use it and putting a blame on customer so they can recover money from customer and keep pressuring me if I write hood review they let me go away - I request Agoda and other guest know how bad they people are customer service is zero - Got to know from people around complaining that these polish family is rude and none of helpers (locals)want to work with them. - I would never want people to visit these hotel . - AS the owner mentioned he wanted he wanted to charge for 1 hour ..no problem the amount was paid right for 1 hour. - the owner wanna make a deal that he may let me go incase i write agood review about the hotel in front of him. - AS ALL THE CUSTOMER YOU CAN SEE HOW RUDE THE WONER IS...HE HAS THE GUTS TO WRITE ABOUT KARMA....let metell you whole bantayan knows about you...and has bad review of people working iwth you. thank you. and i doing right thing of making people aware.

Red Flag, a lot to explain. This place is run like in eastern bloc gulag. We didn't feel welcome during our stay. They were very hesitant to return our thousand peso deposit for the key. Room prices kept changing throughout the week. On the bright side the room is aesthetically pleasing...

HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS THE WORST EVER! Staff were impolite, rooms were terrible, EXPENSIVE room rates that isn’t even justifies the amenities, met the owners and not even welcoming and approachable! This is the worst!! Will never ever come back again. AGAIN, THE WORST! We highly dont recommend this Hotel. Look for other hotels.

Did not stay here, but ate at their restaurant which has nice decor and is kept clean, but is dark, hot, and has no music. Had the bacon sandwich which was delicious, with freshly made bread and fresh ingredients. However, we waited over an hour for a sandwich that should take no longer than 20 minutes to make. Obviously they were not prepared for customers, and we were never given any updates during the whole hour as to why it was taking so long. Also, the owner never even acknowledged we were there or said anything to us, even though no one else was there! I recommend the food, but you'll be waiting for an hour or more for just a sandwich. Avoid this place unless you have hours to spare!

Nice clean new rooms. First time staying in Santa Fe that everything in the room worked. Pleasant staff, and a gym. Didn't try the restaurant but the baguettes looked good. Would stay here again.

Extremely clean and pleasant stay! The family was incredibly hospitable. coming from a female- solo traveler, not only did I feel safe, but the family was kind and welcoming. Make sure to try their sandwiches - the mom makes the best sandwiches in town!!!
