Friendly employees and very thorough with their work. The appointment scheduling was simple, and they do text reminders. Got in quick. The Dentist and dental assistant made me feel comfortable with all the dental issues I am having. Highly recommend.

Amazing service all around. Front desk gave was helpful and friendly while setting up my account. The doctors and hygienist were amazing during my cleaning. They constantly asked how I was doing while cleaning my teeth and they gave great advice at the end of my visit on how to improve my oral hygiene. They also gave their best practices and recommendations to help me prevent cavities and protect my teeth and gums.

Today my wife, daughter, and myself had our first visit with Portneuf Valley Dental. The whole visit went smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Our daughter has special needs and other dentists and hygienists have been frustrated by her, but not here. They were very accommodating. Tanya, the office manager, is experienced, pleasant, and very knowledgeable in dental care. The hygienists were pleasant and thorough. The dentist, Dr. Higham (sp) was also very pleasant and clear about what was going on. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dental home.

Very friendly. The staff is very kind and conscientious of any sensitivities and that she may have. They also are very much on time. And are very gracious when you forget your appointment. They guarantee their work for crowns and bridges. I would definitely recommend that you check them out.

I took my kids and myself for the first time. The staff was really friendly and all the kids did so well. Even my 2 year old twins got their teeth brushed by the hygienist. Super small space but an overall great experience.

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I felt that the proper time was taken to make sure my teeth were cleaned. The dentist took the time to explain matters regarding my dental health that i was able to understand.

Went in for an extraction of an old root canal where the crown had broken off a long while ago. Dr Sheppard was finished in less time than it took to get me numb. I’d say that was a perfect extraction, coming from the absolute best dentist office in town!!
